Cannot pick up keycard from corrupt FIB agent in Casino Heist Prep mission.

Yesterday night, I was doing the hacking device setup for the casino heist and I used the Buzzard to kill all the corrupt FIB agents as normal. I landed the Buzzard and tried to pick up the keycard but nothing happened, instead the keycard agent is no longer solid so I cannot pick up the keycard. I've done this missions several times before and nothing happened and this is the first time this has happened to me.

 

After spending 15 minutes trying everything to get the keycard, I found a new session and I did the setup again and completed it that time, but I'm wondering how is this bug happening?

Random when you kill him by missiles. You push the body into the floor or into a wall you cannot collect the pass. And as it's a fixed prop when dead you cannot up n atomiser the body around to move him. Thankfully as you've seen it doesn't happen often and certainly not enough for me to stop using missiles on that mission.
