Change SAMP working directory

I don't know if this is the right place to ask this or not. But here I go.
Is there a way to set the GTA SA Install location different for two different installs of samp in two different directories?

 

For example, I have an install A and an install B. I want the SAMP installed in A to see the GTA SA in directory A and the SAMP installed in B to see the GTA SA in directory B, without manually changing the directory on every start.
