Found a couple other interesting points to go along with it.

 

 

 

 

The two interiors are only loaded for the cutscene and once you are out of the house they are culled out. Using the Rampage Trainer I was able to use the IMAP loader and load all the interiors that are used only for specific cutscenes or missions. Enjoy!
