Ray Carter Posted July 5, 2020 Share Posted July 5, 2020 https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto_III According to various articles regarding the open world design of Liberty City, It was supposed to be a generic east coast city that included other influences from Chicago, Pittsburgh, Detroit and Philadelphia. I just wondered if anyone who is familiar with these cities can recognise any specific areas of Liberty City that were influenced by these other places?
