Trilogy Chaos Mod Crash Problem After Playing For A While

I downloaded the Chaos Mod for GTA San Andreas and when I play for about an hour the game crashes without any black screen or any error window. I had the Ultimate ASI Loader with the Crash Dumps. This is what I found in the Crash Dumps folder:
