I did the Setup of the Merryweather Heist, i choose Freighter, and then what do i need to do? Because no heist is appearing. I already called up Micheal, so what do i need to do?

Have you tried going to the Terminal Island with Trevor to steal the Minisub? Should be on the map in orange: Hs

Yes i did, i told it that i did the setup.

Ok, usually by setup we mean the part at the planning board, and getting the equipment is prepping. But that does't unlock the heist itself yet.

Have you also completed Dead Man Walking, Three's Company, and By the Book? (FIB storyline)

Merryweather heist requires those to be done, for some reason.

Well, there is a B with Micheal, but when i go to that exact location, nothing happens, i can't go through the door, and the mission is Federal Investagation Bureau, it says that on the map at least.
