Loadouts and car spawning

Hi hey guys do some of you know why when I change loadout file ( where weapons for NPC are listened)
vehicles on street start act really weird there is like two or three variants of cars still spawning all together, why completly different file brakes another one ?

i believe loadouts are stored in: update/update.rpf/common/data/ai/loadouts.meta

 

not sure about your second question; I do know that you can control variety by either

 

1. changing the variety value in settings.xml

2. changing popgroup.ymt entries to add/remove vehicles from areas

3. changing vehicles.meta frequency values to control how often and how much each vehcile spawns

I know but when I change loadouts.meta for NPCs weapons, it's completly destroys vehicle spawning, it's spawn like 5-10 same cars over and over, and I have about 10.0 variety multiplier in settings, you understand why it's doing ?
