Anyone else experiencing GTA 5 Casino Lucky Wheel not paying winnings?

At least 4-5 times now, my partner & I have experienced the GTA 5 Casino Lucky Wheel not paying cash winnings - $20k & $30k. 

I have a suspicion this may have to do with us both playing from the same IP.

Has anyone else experienced not getting cash winnings?

Yeah, that can happen when you're earning too much money too quickly from the same source. It can even happen legit, like when you start a client job with a friend and complete it, then quickly complete the same job from the friend's Terrorbyte.

 

If you do some other stuff in between spinning the wheel, you should be fine.

I won the Mystery Prize yesterday and got an eCola. I didn't check my inventory out of sheer disgust 😆, but I don't have problems in general receiving these amazing prizes.

Yeah, we try to do it at completely different times of the day and it still happens. It seems only one of us can spin the wheel per day and actually receive the winnings. Thanks for the reply tho!

You only get this bug when you're both winning cash though, aren't you?

 

If so, you could use the re-spin glitch / disconnect trick in case one of you already won cash that day. Chips and anything else should be fine. (Except maybe RP, but after a certain level you won't want those anyway.)

 

Fighting bugs with glitches; it's the Rockstar way. 😉

Nope! Did it today and he had already won a stupid T-shirt. I still didn't get the $20k I won on the wheel.

Not sure how the re-spin glitch / disconnect trick will work for me. If it's not giving the money on the first try, why would it give on any other try?

Ah, that's too bad.

 

The disconnect/re-spin would be just so you don't win a blank basically.

I mean, one time i spinned the wheel and it landed on $50,000 but it said I won 50,000 chips so that made no sense.

You can contact support but they can't really do anything to stop it, only refund you money. But that's not a guarantee and sometimes they won't help you if you don't provide evidence.

I won the "Large Diamond" from the Mystery slot on the wheel... didn't know what it was, so I did a web search and found out its a Special Cargo that goes into your Warehouse and you can sell it for $150K.

 

But the game just sat there and nothing happened, I couldn't move away from the wheel and the transaction never completed.  I shut down GTA V via Task Manager and restarted the game, but there was no Special Cargo in any of my five warehouses (which all sit empty these days).  I was bummed, but not because I really need the 150K (I have 131M in the bank LOL)... I was bummed because the reason I was at the wheel in the first place was to win the car... and because I decided to accept the Mystery Award and see what it was, that used up my daily spin of the wheel, the game didn't allow me to spin until 24 hours elapsed.  It didn't give me the prize, but it did register that I had spun the wheel and won something.  Great, thanks Rockstar.  LOL  Ah well, I was trying to cheat them out of a free vehicle, which I do every week... so I guess we can call it even.  :D

 

Ever since I heard you can win a special Slam Van truck via the Mystery slot on the wheel, I always accept the Mystery if I happen to hit it while trying to win the vehicle.  Usually, I regret it, such as when it informs me the mystery prize is that I got a full refill of my Sniper ammo, which of course was already full.  LOL

The special items are bugged -- at least on PC. You will never receive them.

In the last weeks I haven't received 130k $ in 3 spins 50-50-30.

I thought of sending a ticket but I had sent one not too long before for 150k $ of a MC business sale that wasn't credited, and from the response I got it seemed to me that they're not too happy of refunding without proof. 

 

And to think that, being an online game, they should know almost everything of what happens to players

They know, but they can process tickets faster if you provide proof, and that's all the third company that handles support tickets for Rockstar cares about.

 

You could probably copy a "transaction failed" screenshot you find online, send it to them, and receive the money.
