more players standing still lately than normal

Ive noticed that lately, the amount of asshole players who isnt playing or put controller down during survivals has been happening more and more often. am I the only one?

I've haven't played survival in a while but they could be AFK in a smart location where enemies cannot hit them until the round runs out. That would be my guess.
