The Sundae Post shop in Vespucci Beach is a reference to Dundee published The Sunday Post. Dundee is the birthplace of GTA and where DMA Design was based.

Weird coincidence but @gonnaenodaethat holds services every Sunday for his apostles.

 

Another thing is that Dundee is located in Scotland, similar to Edinburgh, where Preacher drops 99% of his hints in the name of GTA VI: "it's all aboot the shaggin."

 

Thinking back on this, it's probably nothing interesting but food for thought if you will.
