Anyone else experiencing GTA 5 Casino Lucky Wheel not paying winnings

At least 4-5 times now, my partner & I have experienced the GTA 5 Casino Lucky Wheel not paying cash winnings - $20k & $30k. 

I have a suspicion this may have to do with us both playing from the same IP.

 

Has anyone else experienced not getting cash winnings?

Hey what's up man, I can't help you on that myself since I haven't experienced it (I also don't visit the casino very often anyway)
