Heist cuts BEFORE LOADING!!

Seriously R* you didn’t think the mechanics thru on heist setups did you?  Waiting in lobby forever to get players, then 30 mins to load damn heist room (I’m on XBOX ONE X, the fastest XBOX currently out there + 300 mbps internet).    If someone doesn’t agree with their cut, they leave having to start whole process alll over again.   How about you setup the player CUTS BEFORE THE LOBBY

rockstars servers are renowned throughout the industry for their high speed and stability
