PS4 Heists and future friends?

Heya. I'm looking for people ultimately to do heists with and work through them all. I'm tired of waiting forever for 3 people to join or for them to just be afk for it. If we make into the finale it will be split equally between us all. I also play other games like red dead and I'm mostly looking for long term gamers, soo many people on my friends list from forever ago and now they just do their own thing
