It gives us a feel of the game and shows what kind of person Claude is, and overall adds more insight into an over the top 2D game. The top down 2D era games made you use your imagination alot more of what was happening in the games city, I loved how R* made this little short video it helped feed those thoughts. As far as I know, there is a version with better quality than this.. but the soundtrack is awesome!!
