My OpenIV crashes once I click on any texture files only but others are working fine

Hello OpenIV team,

I've ran into a problem that I'm unable to solve. I'm currently using GTAIV the complete edition that rockstar gave us the free DLCs along with the game. Every time when I click on a texture file, I get an error saying that it couldn't handle and it needs to restart. I tried uninstalling, removing the files, control panel and restarting the PC to install again and it is currently still not working. I also had to uninstall GTAIV and the files all together the first time I got the error. But still nothing. 

Please give any help and advise on how to solve this issue.

This issue is fixed in the latest update, run OpenIV to get the update.
