djdarko
Is there a program to edit the GXT files for VCS? I normally use Zverik's gxtedit 1.3 for III, VC, and SA, but it seems incompatible with VCS, as it cannot save the file after modification. Also, if it's possible to edit, what would be the easiest way to use the modified file? Is there program I can use to modify the PSP .iso file, or could I use PPSSPP to override the file, similar to how the texture replacement works? djdarko
After doing more testing, I have found that CyQ's GXT editor is able to modify and save the Vice City Stories files, which then allows Zverik's editor to open/search/save them correctly. Edit: It seems you are able to resave the file only once using Zverik's, after which the file needs resaved with CyQ's editor. But, regardless using UMDGen 4.0, I was able to get this far: https://ibb.co/PcjtkQz Which is a major step forward. N69
Actually, if you wanna "fix" VCS gxt, you only need this: 1. Open gxt with any hex editor. 2. Find ATF_1 string. After that, there is TDAT 3. After TDAT there is 0A (in hex view). Replace them with 0C. 4. After that, gxt will be opened fine in Zverik editor. If you didnt wanna get same error again, just replace "test" in ATFG_VC section, with some more long string. Otherwise, check that: https://github.com/Sergeanur/GXT/
