This is a 100% Complete Chronological of every mission in the game, Pearson's Crafting, Missable Items, ect.  There are a few Random events thrown in.  All Legendary Animals and Fish I saved for the end of the game for John. What also helped me out were the videos on youtube that showed the map before playing the mission, then you can kind of see what missions were played in that particular playthrough, and then check to see what kind of dialogue changes are in the mission.  A very time consuming process, but I had a lot of free time lately to really hammer this thing out.

there is that one on the cave with the statues, the train wreck and ton of single gold bars more around the map... But i dont know if they count by your rulles.

If it isn't really missable stuff, I didn't put it in since there doesn't seem to be a time crunch and you could always get it as John when the game is complete, though I did like doing treasure maps and a couple of things that werent missable since you were around the places that the event was taking place anyway.

Also, why go back for the money on the last chapter 6 mission, rockstar literally implies that you should choose to help John on one of Blind Kassidy lines, also why would arthur go after the money? He knows he don't have much time, he won't be able to spend it, almost through all chapter 6, arthur keeps talking about saving john's family, getting them out of that mess so why would him just let John on his own on his last moments? And last but not least you loose honor when you choose that end, I think arthur did all the honorable choices on chapter 6 for his redemption, I don't think he would be greedy while trying to have his redemption before dying.

I thought Javier’s home robbery mission was only possible in Chapter 2? Most people on the internet say you have to do it before the start of a new chapter. It auto pops up right after Sean’s Party after The First Shall Be Last. Don’t know for sure to finish Chapter 2 without doing it? Help please?

You can do Javier Robbery mission in chapter 3.  The fishing mission will pop up first for him, but he will eventually be at his table to do his robbery mission later.

Here's why I choose to go back for the money.  John probably wouldn't leave Arthur if Arthur chose to go with him.  Also, why would Micah and Dutch follow Arthur and John?  All they care about is the money.  So even though your point makes sense that Arthur wouldn't go for the money, it also doesn't make sense that Micah and Dutch would go after Arthur.  The most plausible scenario to me is that Arthur, Micah and Dutch would have to meet where the money is.  As for Honor goes, I choose high honor and that way you get to carve up Micah's face.  This is important because at the end of the game, when you go back to visit Micahs frozen corpse, that scar will always be there.  So then the question would be why would Arthur go back for the money?  My answer would be he doesn't want Dutch and Micah to have it after all the lives lost because of it.  It's not that he wants it for himself, its that he doesn't want the rat and his leader who turned his back on him to have it.

John leaves cuz he was desesperated, dutch chased arthur cuz he thought he was a traitor and wanted to kill him, and Micah followed him cuz he do whatever dutch wants, even blind old Kassidy says to arthur to help John instead of being greedy, saying something like "seek glory instead of greed" or whatever

It just makes more sense to me to meet back at the money.  Arthur can call out to Dutch along the path back to camp, so he is obviously going there for more then the money (it makes better sense if you have high honor), he is also going to put an end to Dutch and Micah.  It also gives John the chance to escape which makes much more sense to me then the other options, but you can pick whichever one you want.  This is just the way I like to play it.
