Already confirmed to run at 4K 60FPS by PlayStation. Rockstar just makes 30 FPS trailers unless it's to particularly show off their game at 60 FPS, which they only do with the PC releases.

The fact that they're going through all this effort to port it to the current gen consoles, and won't be coming out until 2022, means that they're still going to support Online for another year or two.. We won't see anything about GTA VI until 2024 at least.
