Yeah, the GTA 5 RAGE engine as is can perfectly handle running at 4K resolution and 60 FPS. It's designed from the ground up for it.

Seriously, this is just the PC downgraded but not as hard as the current gen!

 

No volumetric clouds, commands looks to be the same outdated sh*t...

 

f*cking yikes, I can tell this ain't running on RDR2 RAGE version because there's no way they would make such a upgrade just to not use it to its fullest.

 

And they couldn't even bother to update the old cars properly matching dashboards either, just look at that downright awful FOV on that Rapid GT cabrio.

 

f*ck the PS5, gonna be waiting for a few years until I upgrade now, there's no games out there that I can say are worthy enough for me to upgrade.
