Glitch in BTBAC

This is a known glitch in the mission "Breaking the Bank at Caligula's" where this guy (who lived in the 4Dragons casino room where all the planning was done) came with Triads but is left behind with CJ 

 

Now, even if you kill this so called 'Triad member', the mission doesn't fail. (which isn't the case if any Triad is killed before robbing the vault and before approaching Zero again)

 

I thought I should acquaint the ones who haven't experienced it..

If I'm not mistaken, there are two moments in this mission when you can kill this person and more than two scenes when he appears to us up to the moment when our guys change into police suits to start leaving.

Personally, I have not tried to kill this character in order to see the reaction of the game to this, but I will try it as this man is one of the robbers who will steal only 4 bags of money and you can kill our guy as BEFORE he takes the bag, so and AFTER this. But this all needs a test, which I will do in the near future.
