HDMI matrix selector broke ps4 and switch dock

I hooked my ps4 and switch to a matrix selector I got from radioshack a long time ago.

When I turned it on I got no video, now when I took my ps4 and switch dock to the tv directly I still don't get video.

How can I fix this?

Did the selector disable/damage the consoles somehow?

I tried putting the ps4 into safe mode but it didn't display anything.
