FF_Sefirot Posted June 6, 2020 Share Posted June 6, 2020 Hi everybody, Someone knows if there´s a way to convert a given save to the PS4 version (PS2 Classics)? I know how to convert PS2 saves to PS3 (both DVD\ISO and PS2 Classics version) and between NTSC and Pal. The only process that I can´t do yet is make a conversion to PS4. OrionSR Posted June 6, 2020 Share Posted June 6, 2020 (edited) Last time I looked into PS4 saves for SA the best evidence suggested that the PS4 saves are both hopelessly encrypted and wrapped with PS4 metadata that prevents tampering. Both of these limitations seem like the sort of thing people would be motivated to resolve, but I don't have the hardware so I haven't investigated further. However, my script archives indicate that PS4 saves should be compatible with PS2v2 if a strategy to manipulate them can be found.
