Does anyone have the Cheatsync Backup?

While I've found some cheats from the Cheatsync forums and Upaluppa's old website (which also has many neat codes) has been archived thanks to the Wayback Machine, the main backup file that Upaluppa uploaded seems to be long gone from the internet. I know it's called "Cheatsync_Cheats__Collected_by_Upaluppa_.zip" but every piece of information I've found leds me to the same Rapidshare link that unfortunately died along with the entire site.
