I reported your post as per forum rules relating to flaming.

This guy is quicker to moan about moderation on a f*cking gaming forum than he is to admitting systemic racism is a real thing that has affected millions around the world.

USA problems are not mine problems, period...

No offense, but USA problems (riots) are not specific to the USA. Police brutality is prevalent everywhere in the world, especially towards any race of color in the western world. Riots aren't tied to US only, the movement began there, but a lot of nations started their own riots because of the past police brutality that went either unpunished or severly underpunished.

Western world laudes itself for democracy and the freedom of free speech and yet we fight the basic issues such as races. It's a rotten, rotten world and if you don't care for eachother it's only getting worse. I am getting sick of people feeling like: "It's not in my backyard so I don't care". It's gonna get in your backyard if you do nothing.

I think I just said that you don’t get arrested or not served in restaurants for being black in Eastern Europe...actually saying that you will is offensive to Eastern European’s and racist #irony

Croatia is pretty homogeneous, at least in istria and kvarner where I have been. That said, from many border crossings into Croatia and Slovenia - you are much more likely to be pulled aside for extra checks if you look middle-eastern.

That’s something else though...my wife is Moroccan Israeli and would certainly be someone you’d describe as looking Middle Eastern

No but racism is. Say a black person goes to your part of the world in Eastern Europe. They'd most likely be detained by local cops, refused service, or beaten.

You are biased and without any real knowledge of police in Czech Republic...

I wish sometimes about sending some US cops to Europe and vice versa...

True. But I feel like in Europe cases of prejudice against people looking like they're of MENA descent are more ubiquitous, or at least I have more examples of them.

The sad thing about this thread is the predictability of the posts and opposing opinions. I literally could have written every post here just to have a discussion with myself. Don't get me too wrong, there are some good, solid, educated points here. Those of you who know; know. Those of you who really don't but think you do, educate yourself.

Haha it’s the same here with us English and Romanians...many unemployed English simply wouldn’t be willing to do the work Romanians do...such as housekeeping jobs...in my industry no English have lasted in that job lol

Like you know what problems we have?

This situations is really insulting us, because mainstream media act like it is main problem in Czech republic. Its even worse because we have czech mutation of CNN .Complete clusterf*ck if you ask me...

They are closing down worldwide events, like we all did that wrong move.

What I really hate, starting with school, is collective guilt. This did a lot of damage to everybody, this will not solve problems. They will be even worse, people will be radicalized.

Well then you have a problem with your media (also a big problem in Croatia so I'm not poiniting out) and also Social media because they're trying to profit as much as possible since it's a hot topic. The movement itself should be applauded not look down on.

Mainstream liberal media did a lot damage to situations like corona or this. They are rubbing all over faces their political view with bias, people here gets angry. We had there 40 years of communist reign and there is no difference between communist news and czech CNN news. Maybe commie news even bring better informations

Its like propaganda ...

All I wanted to say was that it’s baffling but not surprising how ignorant and dismissive people can be about the plight and suffering of my people when they don’t have to deal with these issues personally and can just ignore it. We say black lives matter and we get told “all lives matter “ even though not all lives are being snuffed out like my people, aside from native Americans really. I grew up in Kentucky and my 81 year old black grandmother shed tears talking me today about how little has changed from the time she was a girl. My mother and grandmother tell me their greatest fear is me being targeted and killed by police. I’ve “fit” more descriptions than I’d reasonably believe to be possible and I’ve been harassed by police since I was a child. We tried to kneel and peacefully protest and people shat on us, dismissed us, killed us and told us to shut up. We’ve reached the boiling point. This all could’ve been stopped a long time ago, but this country is reaping what it sewed. I’m not advocating nor dismissing the violence that’s going on. Just know that this is what happens when  people have been pushed to the edge. All this destruction is the direct result of many many decades of suffering and maltreatment. Good job America. Now we can’t be ignored.

I searched your old posts and found some relevant info about you.

It's not the police that are the problem in your life. It's you and the choices you make. You're blaming the wrong people.

Personal responsibilty.

Little does he know I turned my life around and became an EMT🤷‍♂️. Just like my friends cousin breonna Taylor was. Same state too.

we all do bad. We all make mistakes. Growing up certain behaviors become normalized, and you grow up conflicted being a product of your environment.

whether I was active in gangs or if I’m out here trying to help the community, I’m still as easily susceptible to being targeted and killed by the police. My background is completely irrelevant in that matter because we live in a supposed democracy, not a nazi regime.

From an outside perspective, it defies all explanation how a "first world "country with it's vast resources can be so broken on so many levels.

I really hope European democracies take a look at the US and come to the conclusion that they should do the opposite in every respect, and I mean every aspect of government and society to save ourselves.

I mean really, you can't be this f*cked up by accident, this is (malicious intent)

But shouldn't the people stand together in this situation rather than rioting, seems the US is f*cked, I doubt they get out of this economic disaster well.

Many people do, in protest, and as always, they use the few people who riot to delegitimze the whole thing. Oldest trick in the world by those in power and their cronies.

I mostly see incompetent, militarized police officers abusing unarmed, peaceful protesters with teargas, batons and stuff.

oh yeah and

Those who make peaceful revolution impossible make violent revolution inevitable.

You reap what you sow and the 2 corrupt ruling parties can congratulate themselves for this mess. So in November, if this election happens, the people have the privilge to decide between 4 more years of Trump and a another borderline demented status quo Democrat, who was a segregationist for most of his career and was responsible for a crime bill that was another piece in this turd puzzle. But he was Obamas VP so he must be legit.

The Maerican people are not to be envied.

Have you seen the police brutalizing the press and media?? Especially ones from other countries they are literally beating the hell out of them even from my American point of view it’s total madness

I don’t know @Raavi I think it’s less disgusting than groundlessly calling the whole of Eastern Europe racist who arrest black people for no reason and refuse to serve them in restaurants.

He used the search function to make a point without flaming or doing anything that I can see was breaking any forum rules (something @sivispacemdid earlier I might add)

Of course you guys as per the messages on top of the pages reserve the right to ban people for any reason you see fit so it’s your prerogative but to me it absolutely is you guys stifling debate.

Feel free to ban me because you feel like it of course it’s your prerogative.

There is no debate when someone goes digging through a members posting history just to find something to personally spite them with - *especially* in the given context. That's harassment. There is even less debate when the member that does so is a PBM.

I don't know why you keep hinting at your account being banned. As stated in the other thread, you are invited to share you opinion as long as you remain respectful and civil towards each other.

I mean I’ve gone through people’s posts to make a point before and then quoted them I guess to spite them...it was related to bothering people in freeroam as they glitched money but still...

I accept if they were banned before then that’s something else and you can ban them outright for that I guess.

so if I express an opinion that is abhorrent to you in a respectful and civil fashion would I not get banned then?

the disproportionate number of police killings with black victims truly boggles the mind.

Do you base that on media reports, which by the way, are probably the most agenda driven and unreliable they've ever been, or are there some actual stats supporting this claim? I've seen some numbers that seem to contradict this.

Surely you can appreciate the difference between GTAO trivialities and the above, right? Granted that had that been reported depending on the context you might have had some punitive action taken against you.

You have been here for nearly 6 years and are still posting. That should answer your question.
