Weird (easter egg?) dialog during a casino heist?

Hey! Sorry, I don't have time to do deep research - it might be discussed issue, but at least Google search did not give any clue...

 

Am I the only one who has heard very unusual dialog during a casino heists in last... week or two time? I mean - during most of the heist Lester talks... but I have heard on 2 different occasions now some other male voice saying some sort of commentary to what I am doing. First time I heard it when I was in the mantrap and on the way back - when i switched to 1st person view it told something in the lines of "finally, it's about time" or something similar... few days ago I heard again, this time some different comment... Few things I know:

1. it is definatelly not Lester
2. voice doesn't seem to be similar to any GTA character I can recall
3. it is not my co-player; how do I know? first - it sounds like studio recording (or at least very good quality recording); second - I have voice chat off; third - if you think it is some kind of glitch where I hear my co-player then no - can't be; I did those heists with 2 different people, voice is same, dialog is different and relatively short.

I try to do heist today again, but I don't have recording-software... but i'll try to switch between different views, although I am not sure that this is actually a trigger. If I remember correctly, both of them happened in or near mantrap part... one was during on the way out (first time), other one on the way in...

Any ideas?

sometimes the guards have conversations as you go through the heist. I know during loud they'll talk to each other, and during stealth they'll talk about what a mess Yung Ancestor is making, and i believe talking about how the vault cameras/sensors were down if you got in undetected (the "about time" quote). Not sure about big con, as i play it the least

So, I started recording my heists and - finally I got it on the video! here it is, what do you think, who is it? Have any other players heard it as well???

Well, maybe, but - am I the only person who has heard this (I don't have modded game)? And what dialog it might be then? Is it Agent 47? Or someone else? Part of dialog from some other mission/activity/heist? And again - this is not only one dialog, I have heard at least 2-3 different ones... I'll continue recording my heists, but so far I can say that - I only seem to hear that when I host the heist. When I take part in other people's heists, I've never heard this. But voice is always the same or - at least very similar...

Sounds like one of the Duggan guards.

I don't think it's one of the Duggan guards as they don't really sounds like that but Duggan has a familiar accent to that one

Sounds like unused dialogue because nothing in the game matches this, I have never heard of this before.

Crazy guys. Its just random dialogue. Sometimes you hear duggan guards say hey did you hear about that special guest.... Doing silent sneaky. Sometimes they say that in tunnel on way out. Usually its after I've done gold glitch for someone. Not sure if that's relevant lol

Yea sorry to shoot this down but its just a bug where the guard voices sometimes completely ignore the distance/stuff between you and them so you get one of their voicelines at max volume.

Edit: Gave it some more thought and it actually might be by design but just weird because theres no 'radio noise', maybe its the guard in the office talking over some intercom system? i heard it a few times too, also in the tunnel, and just assumed it was a bug because the thing above does happen in several other missions as well.
