bluejerrymouse Posted May 25, 2020 Share Posted May 25, 2020 So, I have GTA 4: The Complete Edition from steam, legitimately. I tried downgrading to patch 1.0.4.0 to get some mods working. When I tried, I got it to work, but then GTA 4 decided I was a pirate. I have windows 10. I got the drunk camera, low car health, and ghost cars. Help.
