When replacing all textures, a bug with a Japanese gang is activated.

When replacing all standart mip-maps textures with others, for some reason a bug is activated with Japanese versetti gangs. Changed to the standard model, everything seems to be fine - but maybe something else was activated from Japanese content? How to fix it? Steam Version 1.0.
