Keep a save game from right after the Big Score, and you'll be able to play all 3 endings from there. If you mean, which is the "correct" choice if you want to reach 100% completion after the story Spoiler pick ending C so you get to keep all your characters alive. picking ending A or B removes Michael/Trevor, and possibly prevents you from reaching 100% if you still had side quests to do.
