My version 1.0.7.0 game was loading very fast with the old v6.2 zolika patch, but now it take a longtime to load with the new v6.9.4.20 patch. I know i can enable this [ FastLoading ] option in the ini but this option causing performance loss and my old v6.2 were loading fast even with this option disable. Anyone know how to improve fast loading in the new patch?

in my experience loading speed  is affected by how much fps you get in the menus( no joke). If you leave your fps uncapped until you load into the game it should only take a couple of seconds but even that 15ish average normal loading time with a 60fps cap is not that bad imho

@Zolika1351 looks like CopSirensFlag is not working fine on 1.0.4.0. When activated, only ambulance sirens work, even if I add the +siren flag to the default police vehicles they won't work.

I bought GTAIV on steam, played 5 minutes, and after that I used downgrader to 1.0.7.0. But now EFLC says "Log in" and if I try to play GTAIV Vanilla, stucks on a black screen. Also requieres GFWL account, and crashes. Any idea or help?

My game randomly crashed and upon looking at the Event Viewer logs GFWLProtectionDisabler2019.asi is mentioned, the crashes create three error logs, two Application Error and one as .NET Runtime.

Are you sure? I put the zip file into VirusTotal and it detected several files as malware. Windows doesn't even let me open the file. I'm just wary of this download because there's a history of gta mods having malware in them. For example, the angry planes mod for gta 5

In VirusTotal GFWLProtectionDisabler2019.asi is an obvious false positive (https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/b83558e876a3da2337b1665c484018028a89e26c2693211dc48e34791ab16def), the warning is for ZolikaPatch.asi https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/9b09738a91511b33f97fb80538394fd46cfe2de341585283574a58e96beb4330

I've scanned the zip and the files inside with clam database, report files as safe, it's a false positive imo.

But indeed it look strange to be spotted like this in multiple malware DB.

I know what you mean. I capped at 60 fps and now i think the loading time not that bad either, but with old 6.2 patch was far more faster loading.

During gameplay found out that Xbox gamepad's Dpad LEFT and RIGHT buttons trigger trainer actions.

LEFT - NeverWanted, RIGHT - car acceleration. To disable it I removed in config keys, and these still remains active.

Nevermind had to read file more carefully, have to use 0 value for disabling keybinds.

Edit: I realised XLLAddon had BorderlessWindowed already enabled, so this is the result of mod conflicts...

Oddly enough, ZolikaPatch.asi crashes with

Assertion failed!

Program: ZolikaPatch.asi
File: Hooking...terns.h
Line: 135

Expression: m_matches.size() == expected

if BorderlessWindowed is set to 1.

The important part is that I am running:

Patch 7

Proton 7.0-4 (Linux, DXVK)

Again though, the fix is to disable BorderlessWindowed. I found that using Qtile on RADV drivers, switching windows with borderless disabled isn't an issue, but I guess combining with the same functionality FusionFix 1.10 provides would yield the same result as if it didn't cause a crash.

Edit 2: I found that BlackscreenFix crashes EFLC standalone 1.1.2.0 on launch.

Hey Zolika, any chance your patch could remove the ping limit which exists when trying to join a LAN game? I'm trying to make it all work over a tunnel so the ping is quite high considering that the game is expecting 1ms.

Curious - while we're fiddling around with GWFL, couldn't we just (if this ping check was somehow removed) use services like Hamachi/ZeroTier/etc and then create a virtual LAN with whoever you want to play with?

Then you can play through LAN multiplayer.

Just a thought.

Could you fix the cars swerving on a bridge when a train drives thru or add windshield wipers same way as you made the steering wheels work?

You don't have the souce code for this mod so you simply cannot make such assumption based on the fact that it just "works".

I have pretty decent leads that the mod does more than just "patch the game". Especially due to the fact, that in SP game, when i look inside the task manager, i can see data travel out every 5 seconds (0.5 - 1 MB on avg. per send) . The mod doesnt need to send any packets to any third party.

I would be very cautious before using ANY content from the OP.
