I'll check it by assigning the flag to a random ped.

Seeing as they're placed just under the "+policeofficer" and "+swat" flags, my assumption is very likely to be true. In this case, I'm not sure what CSI stands for, though.

 

Maybe try to assign them to police officers or NOOSE soldiers instead of just a random ped? See if there's any change in their weapons or gun skill.

I guess the same. I'll remove policeofficer flag and add the csi and dea ones

May me it was a flag for special forces other than fib CIA noose in beta version of game.

And one more thing, after deleting my saves and loading of custom sco scripts besides original game script with Zolika patch installed caused police vehicle siren lights to not show up in lightbars and no siren sounds.

Then I thought that may be editing sco caused then I restored. It remained the same. After removing ZPatch siren came up again and with edited custom sco scripts it worked.

 

Thinking that is my game f*cked or ZPatch did something 😓

It's attached to many pedestrians, yet nobody other than gang members and cops carry weapons at all. I think it should give a possibility for pedestrians to carry knife and bat. Maybe not pistol, though, as it's also attached to bums, and it wouldn't make sense for them to carry firearms. It would work pretty good if it's possible to attach Glock to "+cancarryweapons" but also disable it for pedestrians who has "+bum", though.

By the way, is it possible to change the injury animation depending on where the ped is shot? It will make more sense if the animation "move_injured_lower" applied to peds whose legs/feet have been shot rather than "move_injured_generic" or "move_injured_upper".

Hello there! Installing Zolika Patch to EFLC does not open the game. What could be the solution? It is very urgent! You are all the king!

This is only for base IV, not standalone EFLC. If you want EFLC, you need to install it as a DLC for IV.

CSI means Crime Scene Investigators, to be precise.:)

ZolikaPatch itself should be enough but I like to have both it and Xliveless addon, just make sure the folder structure is TLAD > common/pc and not DLC > TLAD > content >

Still crashes.

 

Do I need to keep content.cat and content.xbx? Should I keep the "Launch Episodes as DLCs" version of content.dat or my game's? And should I add the e1/2_audio/radio_working.xml ad E1/2_List files or not?

For some reason it still crashes.

 

Is there any option in ZolikaPatch that causes the Complete Edition not to work when enabled/disabled? Noting that I don't have XLiveLess Addon (for some reason it doesn't make the game load when it's installed, even if its features are disabled in ZP).

I just tried the game with unmodded TLAD and TBoGT, and tried removing every plugin aside from ZP as well, but they still crash.

 

Thanks for everyone who tried to help me. I'll try to figure out what's the problem, but if anybody has a clue I'll be thankful to hear it.

I have old fashioned disc version, EFLC as DLC, with episodes being in the DLC folder. So you guys might have done something wrong, idk.

 

Does your game versions match?

EFLC patch 3 with IV patch 8?

Last mission can't crash at any cost unless scriptmods are running.

Can you fix the definition setting for higher resolutions than 720p?

 

If you have a higher resolution than 720p and turn off the definition setting the whole screen becomes blurry.

 

On 720p just like on consoles only the environment becomes blurry, but Niko stays sharp with no blur.
