xInfected_Virus
I'm currently updating and editing this guide hence the black coloured fonts on the dark blue background. All links are plain black at the moment but they will be changed back to their intended colour once update and editing is finished. Apologies for the inconvenience. I've got a cool solo money making guide for new and well set players. This guide is 100% solo. Best done in a solo public lobby. Collecting items such as Revolvers, cards, action figures, movie props, destroying signal jammers, doing Sightseer, Hostile Takeover and Headhunter can all be done in an invite only lobby. This guide is for both new and well set players such as beginners who are new to the game and well experienced players who have all the businesses. This guide assumes you haven't got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack. No Shark Cards needed. Contains AFK solo method on the "Well Set Guide." Will be constantly editing this guide in case a mistake was made or someone found another grinding strategy that's even better. Sections of the guide. Table of contents. 1. I'd suggest you read "What business, properties, vehicles, clothing and weapons you will need" and "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players" parts first and gradually go onto "How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire" part once you done everything on the "Building your wealth from scratch for broke and new players" part before moving to the "Well Set Guide". You can read the "How the businesses work" part to see how the businesses works if you don't know how they work. I recommend reading #1 and #2. If you played the game for a bit and have some of the businesses. I suggest reading the "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players" and "How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire" parts before moving onto the Well Set guide. If you have a Terrorbyte with Drone Station then go to the Well Set guide section for Terrorbyte Client mission tips. Make sure to collect items such as cards and action figures, destroy signal jammers, do Maude's bounties, do the treasure hunt and do original heists as host if you haven't done them already. I recommend reading #2 and #3. If you got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack aka the Premium Edition. Make sure to get the free CEO office, Paleto Bay Bunker, MC Clubhouse and the Cash Factory. Use the extra $1,000,000 to buy a high end apartment so you can do original heists and a small crate warehouse so you can do Special Cargo. I recommend you read the "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players" and do original heists and collect cards, action figures, do Maude's bounties and do the Revolver treasure hunt. Once you done that, move on to the "How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire" part. After you made enough money and got all the businesses then you can move to the "Well Set Guide". If you have all the businesses including a Terrorbyte with Drone Station and an Arcade. I recommend you read the "Well Set Guide" where it also contains an AFK Solo Method. You can grind and save up for whatever vehicle or aircraft you want since your well set. The solo money making guide section. 1. What businesses, properties, vehicles, clothing and weapons you will need. This is mainly if your new to the game. Spoiler What businesses, properties, vehicles, clothing and weapons you will need. Don't buy any cosmetic upgrades such as decor, personal quarters, garages etc. Recommended locations (For players who don't have the businesses yet). If you already own the businesses and properties then you don't have to change your current locations, except maybe moving your MC Businesses to Sandy Shores if it's in Paleto Bay or Elysian Islands/Terminal and moving your Bunker to Chumash or Farmhouse. This is mainly for players who are looking to buy those properties and businesses. If moving Bunker or MC Businesses, make sure to sell all stock since you'll lose all of them including the supplies you have once changing locations, you'll also lose all upgrades and decor when moving to a new location therefore you have to re buy them. Note: This is my personal opinion. If you think there's another better location or disagree, then let me know why. If you already have multiple Special cargo small, medium or large warehouses then stick with the ones you have. High end apartment: Any location of your choice since you can do original Heists and store up to ten vehicles. CEO Office: Office of your choice. Maze bank west is best for starters because it's the cheapest but if you want something more central then the Arcadius building is what I recommend although you have to grind more for that location because it costs more. Kosatka submarine and Sparrow with homing missiles: The submarine allows you to do Cayo Perico heists which are an excellent way to make money. The Sparrow with homing missiles makes it easier to do preps. Vehicle warehouse: I recommend La Puerta since it has good accessibility for the Cargobob and it's easily accessible when delivering a car and also great for selling vehicles to specialist dealer locations and it's also away from gang locations. La Mesa is decent too if your starting out since it's the cheapest location but watch out for Vagos though just don't point your gun at them and you'll be all good from the Vagos. Special cargo warehouse any size: Anywhere but in Elysian Island. MC Clubhouse: I recommend the Great Chaparral one since it's the cheapest location. If you do Biker contract missions then a Los Santos location is better. MC Businesses Coke, Meth, Cash, Weed and Document Forgery: I recommend Grand Senora Desert since it's the cheapest and it's easier to do sell missions to Los Santos. If your gonna buy the Weed and Document Forgery, then buy it in northern Los Santos or in Grand Senora Desert and Grapeseed respectively. No need to upgrade your Weed and Document Forgery but you can if your well set.Very important since this is the best location to do MC Businesses solo. Bunker: Chumash or Farmhouse because they're closest to the Los Santos for stealing and sell missions. Nightclub: In Downtown Vinewood since it's near the highway and it's next to a long main straight road that leads straight to the garage. It's also the northernmost one so it's very useful if the business battle or nightclub promotion or a sell mission is in Blaine county. Terrorbyte with Drone Station and vehicle workshop: So you can do Terrorbyte Client missions. The Drone Station is so you unlock Diamond Shopping and Targeted Data and the vehicle workshop is so you can upgrade the Oppressor MK-II. Need a Nightclub to own a Terrorbyte. Arcade: In Vinewood near the Eclipse Towers or La Mesa. Both are good locations. Optional but not needed. Only buy when well set. Hangar with workshop: I recommend any location in Fort Zancudo because you can access Fort Zancudo without getting a four star wanted level on you and you can steal a jet for free but you'll get a two star wanted level though. Also if you want to do the Smuggler's Run missions, most of the crates are in Blaine County so a Fort Zancudo location is mostly closer to the crates unless the crates are in Los Santos. Smuggler's run crates isn't a good way to make money, instead do them for plane discounts. Having a Hangar is good for storing your favourite planes and helicopters and having a workshop allows you to upgrade aircraft. Note: Any aircrafts that came out before the Smuggler's Run DLC can only be resprayed. Doomsday Facility: I recommend the Grand Senora location because it's in a central part of the map which is useful for Doomsday prep missions, Act 1 Elite challenge and also a decent location for Act 3 Elite and plus if you have a Hangar you can spawn personal aircraft right near the Sandy Shores airfield. Casino Penthouse: Since it's in the Casino, just get the bare minimum one unless you have plenty of money to spend so you can get every room for your penthouse. Prices of the recommended location for the businesses and vehicles need for the guide. Make sure to buy them when there's discounts. Del Perro Apartment 7 ($200,000). Maze bank west CEO office ($1,000,000). You can move to either Maze bank tower or Arcadius building if you want a central location later on. If you want the Maze bank tower or Arcadius building then your going to have to grind more to afford them early. In short, there's no real best location for the offices, it's just personal preference. Convenience store warehouse ($250,000). You can buy a large warehouse later once your set. Kosatka submarine and Sparrow with homing missiles ($4,315,000). La Mesa vehicle warehouse ($1,500,000) or La Puerta vehicle warehouse ($2,735,000). Chumash Bunker with Equipment, Staff and Security upgrades ($3,754,500) or Farmhouse Bunker with Equipment, Staff and Security upgrades ($4,479,500). Great Chaparral clubhouse ($200,000). A central Los Santos location is also good if you want to do the Biker Contract missions. Grand Senora Desert: Coke, Meth, Cash and Weed with Equipment, Staff and Security upgrades ($10,390,000). Grapeseed: Document Forgery ($650,000). No need to upgrade. Downtown Vinewood Nightclub with level five storage upgrades and Equipment, Staff and Security upgrades and five technicians ($6,845,550). Terrorbyte with drone station ($2,190,000). La Mesa Arcade with Master Control Terminal ($3,615,000) or Vinewood Arcade with Master Control Terminal ($4,270,000). Buzzard and basic Bati 801RR ($1,765,000). Armoured Kuruma ($525,000 with trade price). Cost to own everything needed for the "Well Set" guide is: $32,885,050 - $35,500,050. However, you DON'T need to buy all of them at once, scroll down for more information. Note: The CEO office, MC clubhouse, Bunker, Nightclub, Terrorbyte and Arcade are all basic without any additions such as accommodations, gun locker, etc. Also security upgrades is optional. You only need $2.2 million dollars to get started. Just buy the Kosatka Submarine. Work with someone who read the well set guide below. You'll get paid well and you'll get a taste of what you'll be doing. What you'll need to start. Link your Rockstar Social Club account: This is so you can get the Elegy for free and you can do the 50 headshot challenge with the Golden and Navy Revolver which gets you $250,000 and $200,000 respectively if you complete the challenge. You can also do the kill 25 NPCs or players challenge with the Stone Hatchet which earns you $250,000 if you completed it.Not having a Rockstar social club account means the Elegy will cost $95,000 and you won't be able to do the Golden or Navy Revolver and the Stone Hatchet challenge which you'll miss out on a total of $700,000 until you link your Rockstar social club account. $50,000 dollars in the bank: So you can register as a VIP and do VIP missions such as Headhunter, Hostile Takeover and Sightseer and you can call in a Buzzard which will cost $25,000 if you didn't buy it from the Warstock Cache and Carry yet. Casino Membership: This is so you can spin the lucky wheel and gamble on the high roller tables and it only costs $500 to get. I don't recommend you gamble although the gambling feature isn't available in some countries. Special carbine: You can get this once you reach level one at the Ammu-nation for $14,750. Get extended mags as well which holds 60 rounds, it'll cost $9,975 to purchase it or you can get the drum mag which hold 100 rounds but it costs $27,500. Also get the grip for more stability when aiming, it only costs $4,350. Suppressor which costs $12,500 will make the gun silent which is very useful for stealth missions. Micro SMG: You need to be level five but it only costs $3,750. Also get the extended mag which increases the magazine rounds from 16 to 30, you'll have to be level six though and it'll cost $9,325. This is very useful for drive by shootings while in a vehicle. Elegy: This is the vehicle you'll be travelling around a lot in. High end apartment: So you can do original Heists, store up to ten vehicles and unlock the mechanic so he can deliver the vehicle to your from your apartment. Only costs $200,000. You'll need to be rank 5 before you can purchase an apartment and you need to rank 12 to host original Heists. Second Elegy: Only buy once you have a high end apartment. This is so you can call in a second Elegy when your other one gets damaged thus saving you money to repair it at Los Santos Customs or Benny's. Heist Heavy combat outfit: Must have when doing original Heist because it gives you more protection from enemies. Bulletproof Helmet: Gives you a bit more protection from headshots, best used with the Heist Heavy Combat outfit during original Heists. A mask: Use a mask to rob stores so you only get a two star wanted level instead of three when robbing two stores in a short amount of time. Vehicles you'll need. 1. Buzzard. Most important vehicle for any money grinders to have to have since it makes travelling around the map easier and faster and makes Terrorbyte missions, Sightseer and Headhunter more quickly, you can also spawn it in for free in the interaction menu while your a VIP or CEO. If you didn't buy it at the Warstock website then it'll cost $25,000 to spawn at the interaction menu as a VIP or CEO so make sure you buy it ASAP. The Buzzard homing missiles like all vehicles and aircraft with homing missiles can sniff out enemy NPCs by locking onto them if you get one of the enemy ambush missions. If you didn't buy the Buzzard yet, make sure to conserve your Buzzard and avoid as much enemy fire as possible and make sure to avoid hitting anything and land gently so you don't waste $25,000 to get a new Buzzard in. Even if you didn't buy the Buzzard, once you paid the $25,000 to spawn one in, you can spawn it for free until it gets destroyed or the VIP timer expires or you retire from CEO. Another reason to buy the Buzzard is to make doing Headhunter more easier and fast because driving to different targets can be long and your vulnerable in a non armored car. Also some packages in Sightseer can be in Paleto bay and Blaine county and driving there by car can take too long. Also if you get the three crate pickup missions, the Buzzard is very useful to collect the crates back and forth and return it to the warehouse and repeat. Buzzard can be repaired when landing on top of your CEO Office helipad. When near your helipad, press right on the D-pad when the game prompts come up. If done correctly, you'll see a cutscene of your character landing the Buzzard and you'll spawn inside your office without the need of having to fully land the Buzzard and getting out and walking to the blue marker. It can make the Terrorbyte missions faster since you can fly to the target in Targeted Data, to the bank and gold buyer in Robbery in progress and to the buyer after collecting the diamonds in Diamond shopping. Best grinding vehicle in my opinion. 2. Bati 801RR. That is, if you can't afford an Oppressor MK II this the best alternative since it's still fast to get around the map and you can buy it for $15,000. Make sure to wheelie as much as you can since it becomes one of the fastest bike in the game while doing a wheelie. You can still get back to the second Post Op van (if your quick), second Garbage truck, second bike deliveries and second boat and still complete those missions with time to spare. 3. Oppressor MK II. You can also spawn it as a MC president in the interaction menu and if your not an MC president or you can still call it anytime by going into the Terrorbyte services in the interaction menu and spawning it from there or just call the mechanic if you don't own the Terrorbyte yet. However there's a five minute cooldown after you spawned it. Very useful for landing in tight areas. You can maintain full speed by boosting and wiggling the thumbstick up and down without pressing the accelerator button, just keep boosting while wiggling the thumbstick up and down for fastest travel time. Don't press the accelerator while doing this trick otherwise the boost won't regenerate. When climbing up the mountains in Vinewood, press the accelerator fully and when you get to the top; boost and let go of the accelerator and wiggle the left thumbstick up and down without pressing the accelerator as mentioned above. Perfect vehicle to use when getting back to the second vehicle when selling the MC Businesses such as Garbage Truck or the evil Post OP vans. Press R1 on PS4 or RB on Xbox to gain an extra 20 km/h and to land a bit more quicker. Not sure what key it is on PC. You'll need a Terrorbyte with vehicle workshop to customize it so you can install missiles (no the stock model doesn't come with missiles therefore you have to install it) and you need a Nightclub to own a Terrorbyte. When you do have a Terrorbyte with Drone Station then complete five client missions so you can unlock the trade price. 4. Kosatka Sparrow. You can spawn it without the need of being a CEO or MC President. It coss an additional $240,000 to install homing missiles. Very useful to access and exit the Kosatka quickly when doing Cayo Perico preps. Optional vehicles to help with grinding. You don't need those vehicles but they do help with grinding. Best to get when well set. 1. Cargobob (Optional). This is for the Import/Export sell missions. Use it if your selling the vehicle in a solo public lobby since enemy NPCs in blue Sultan RS will spawn and damage the car which reduces the final amount of money you get when you delivered it at the location. Make sure to fly high enough otherwise the enemies NPCs can still damage the car. Some vehicle sourcing missions can have enemy NPCs coming after you once you collected the vehicle, so use Cargobob to deliver the vehicle to your warehouse. The sourcing missions that have enemy NPCs come after you are. - Stationary vehicle with guards: Enemy NPCs in cars and helicopter will come after you after you drive the car a certain distance. - Photo Shoot: Enemy NPCs come after you in cars and helicopter. Fly high until the enemy helicopter spawns and fly to the warehouse, try flying in between the buildings in Los Santos and the enemies may crash into it. - Car Meet: Enemy NPCs will come after you in Banshee 900Rs after collecting the vehicle. - Race Bet: Same as "Car Meet". - Warlord Key: If you get detected, enemy NPCs will come after in cars and helicopter but successfully stealthing it means no enemies will come after you. - Stunt Jump: Same as "Warlord Key". - Tail Kuruma: If you get detected by the Kuruma then after collecting the target vehicle, enemies in Kurumas will come after you. Following the Kuruma to the location without getting detected means no enemies will come after you. - Barge mission: Well you don't need your own Cargobob for this one since the game gives you one but having your own Cargobob allows you to go to the barge early and you don't have to deal with NOOSE or the military soldiers and get a three star wanted level after killing them. Before entering your Cargobob, make sure to kill all four enemies on the barge with an aircraft with missiles such as a Buzzard or MK-II Oppressor; don't worry the missiles won't damage the car. As soon as you collect the car with your own Cargobob, make sure to fly as high as possible until the enemy Buzzards spawn and fly to your warehouse. This is so you can get a good distance away from the enemy Buzzards. 2. Post Op vans (Optional). This is for practicing driving the Post Op vans around so you can be more prepared in case you get the nightmarish Post Op van sale mission for the MC Businesses. More on step 3 "Solo Post Op van tips" part on the well set guide, scroll down to see. It only costs $59,850 buy it now or $45,000 trade price if you completed the Pacific Standard Vans setup and it's a Pegasus vehicle. 2. Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players. This is if your new to the game assuming you got the normal edition without the Criminal Enterprise starter pack or if your broke. Spoiler Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players. If your new or broke, do this before starting "How to gradually build your business empire." The goal here is to make at least three million dollars. This is assuming your new to the game and haven't got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack If your broke but done most or all of those things below already; do number five VIP work and modded Dubsta and modded Sentinel XS farming and even look for Doomsday and Casino heists as well. All of this can be done in an invite only lobby. 1. Important: Make sure to activate or link your Rockstar Social club account. This is so you can do the Golden and Navy Revolver 50 headshot challenge which gives you $250,000 and $200,000 respectively. You can also do the kill 25 people with the Stone Hatchet Challenge which pays $250,000. You should also buy the free Elegy. 2. Get Special Carbine, Micro SMG and $50,000 and store it in the bank to unlock VIP work. Also get the casino membership. Do some contact missions with some high ranked players until you reach level six and earn enough money so you can get the Micro SMG and also unlock more contact missions. Also do some survival as well to improve on your aiming and earn some money in the process. Get the Special Carbine as soon as you can afford it. Casino membership costs only $500 and will allow you to spin the wheel and gamble at the high roller table. I don't recommend gambling except spinning the lucky wheel since you don't lose anything spinning the lucky wheel.Note: The gambling feature is not available in some countries due to strict gambling laws. Steal a car on the streets and sell them to Los Santos customs, you can only sell once every 48 minutes though so set a 48 minute timer after selling. Steal cars Simeon requests, here's a guide from GTA Boom that explains everything on how to do Simeon's car list and how much they pay: https://www.gtaboom.com/gta-online-simeon-car-locations-guide/ Robbing Stores will get your around $1,000 - $2,500 but you will get a two star wanted level. If you rob multiple stores in a short sitting without wearing a mask or you kill the shopkeeper, you'll get a three star wanted level. The easiest way to lose the wanted level is to go to the sewer tunnels although losing a two star wanted level isn't that hard. Here's a video from Street Reaper- of the location of the tunnels best used to lose wanted level with ease if your having trouble losing your wanted level. Casino penthouse missions, some of Gerald, Simeon's and all of Martin's dispatch missions are unlocked at rank one but some of those missions may need another experienced player to help you. If you don't have the Casino Penthouse yet then you won't be able to host the Casino penthouse mission although you can join one, some Casino missions are hard though so make sure your with some experienced players. To deposit money, go on your phone and enter the normal Maze Bank site just make sure it's not the Foreclosures one and click "Ok".From there click on "Deposit" and select the amount you want to deposit and confirm it and you should be all good, you can deposit all the cash you have on pocket if you want. No need to go to an ATM. 3. Important: Do this part here before moving further to number 4. This can all be done in an invite only lobby so griefers and tryhards don't interfere with you. 1. Do Maude's bounties and bring the five targets alive so you can get $10,000 instead of $5,000 if they're dead. Finishing Maude's bounties gives you the stone hatchet. To bring them in alive, make sure you get them angry by going in front of and pestering them until they want to fight and beat them up until they surrender. Don't knock them out from behind otherwise you'll kill them. Use the money from the bounties to get yourself a Special Carbine and Micro SMG. After finishing Maude's bounties you can now do the get the Stone Hatchet and do the challenge. Killing 25 NPCs or players with the Stone Hatchet will earn you $250,000. Here's a video from GTA Series Videos that shows Maude's bounties and the stone Hatchet Challenge. 2. Do the treasure hunt so you can unlock the gold revolver and make sure to get 50 headshots on either players or NPCs using the Golden Revolver. Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on where the clue locations for the Golden Revolver are. 3. Do the Navy Revolver challenge, this gets you $5,000 per clue and there's five clues so you'll get $25,000 in total for all five crews. Killing the killer after discovering all five clues will unlock the Navy Revolver and earn you $50,000. Killing 50 NPCs or players using the Navy Revolver will earn you $200,000. So you'll make $275,000 in total with the Navy Revolver Challenge.- $5,000 per clue all 5 equals $25,000.- $50,000 for finding and killing the killer.- $200,000 for completing the 50 headshot challenge. Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on the Navy Revolver clue locations. 4. Collecting 100 Action Figures gives you $150,000 and 100,000 RP. You shouldn't need a helicopter to collect them since they're all on ground level and not on buildings or places where you need a helicopter to access. Here's the Action Figure locations from the GTA Wiki: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Action_Figures Here's video from GTA Series Videos on the Action Figure locations. 5. Collecting playing cards gives you 2000 RP per card which is a lot for low level players so collecting all 54 gives you 108,000 RP. You shouldn't need a helicopter for this because the cards can be found at ground level but if you find a helicopter then use it. Completing this also unlocks the high roller suit for the Casino Heist Big Con approach thus skipping the need to acquire NOOSE or Firefighter outfits. The Playing Card locations from the GTA Wiki: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Playing_Cards Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on the Playing Card locations. 5. Destroying all 50 Signal Jammers gives you $100,000 and 50,000 RP with $50,000 bonus for destroying the last one. You also unlock Avi Schwartzman as a crew member for the Diamond Casino Heist. He's an expert hacker so you'll have plenty of time in the vault. You'll need a Buzzard or any aircraft with missiles to destroy all of the Jammers. Spawn in a Buzzard as a VIP using the interaction menu and be careful not to damage it since you have to pay $25,000 since you most likely haven't bought one from the Warstock website yet. The Signal Jammer locations from the GTA Wiki: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Signal_Jammers Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on the Signal Jammer locations. 6. Collecting all movie props rewards you up to $150,000 in total along with 41,300 RP. Each prop rewards $10,000 dollars for bringing it to Soloman so brining all ten gives you a total of $100,000. Your get $50,000 bonus for collecting all ten props and the Alien outfit Fixed or stationary props are worth 5000 RP each. Props in vehicles are worth 2000 RP with losing the one star wanted level which is worth 100 RP so you get 2100 RP in total. The Movie Prop location on the GTA Wiki: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Movie_Props 7. Getting all gold in flight school will get you around $240,000. Not easy to get gold but do able with hours spent on it, besides it will make you a much better pilot overall and for missions and Heists where a pilot is needed. Takes dedication and constant resets and trail and error to get gold in all challenges. Note: it adds up per mission completed instead of one big bulk payout after getting all golds. So getting silver and Bronze as well also adds up too. Here's a video from Tylarious for Flight School tips and tricks. 8. Once you reach level 15, you can do daily objectives.Doing them for one day will give you $30,000 if you complete them per day and a $750,000 bonus is you complete them for 28 days straight. Here's a guide from the GTA Wiki for daily objectives: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Daily_Objectives 9. Only if available. Eating Peyote Plants and dying, going in the water or ending the hallucination gets you 5000 RP per plant so you'll get 380,000 RP in total if you do the same thing with 76 plants. Note: They're only available for a limited time and it's not currently available at the time of writing this guide but when it's back, I recommend you do them. You don't have to collect all of them as they respawn every 48 minutes so you can farm the closest spots, leave the game and comeback so you can farm RP and rank up very fast. Here's the Peyote Plant locations from the GTA Wiki: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Peyote_Plants_in_GTA_Online Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on where the Peyote Plants are. 10. Do Stunt Jumps. This is so you can unlock paint jobs like Lime Green. Here's a video on the stunt jump locations. 4. Buy a high end apartment so you can do original Heists. As already mentioned above. Five Maude's bounties is $10,000 per alive target delivered to Maude so $50,000 in total. 25 kills with Stone Hatchet Challenge gives you $250,000. 50 Headshots Golden Revolver Challenge gives you $250,000. Navy Revolver challenge is $275,000. Flight School golds in 10 lessons is around $220,000 - $260,000 depending how many completions you get. Collecting all 100 Action Figures gives you $100,000 and 100,000 RP since each figure is worth $1,000 and you get 1000 RP per figure each plus $50,000 for collecting them all. Destroying all 50 Signal Jammers gives you $100,000 and 50,000 RP since each jammer is worth $2,000 and 1,000 RP respectively plus $50,000 for destroying the last one. Collecting all ten movie props gives you $150,000 and 41,300 RP since each prop is worth $10,000 and 5000 RP (fixed props only) plus 2100 RP for the props in the vehicle. Collecting all 54 cards gives you 108,000 RP since cards are worth 2,000 RP each and it unlocks the High Roller suit used for the Big Con approach for the Casino Heist. If it's available, 76 Peyote plants will give a total of 380,000 RP with each plant giving 5000 RP each. So you should have around $700,000 at this point. What you should already have or need to get at this point. A high end apartment. More than $50,000 in the bank for VIP work. Two Elegys. Heist Heavy Combat outfit saved so you can use for original Heists when outfit is set to "Player saved outfits." Bulletproof Helmet. Mask for robbing stores. Special Carbine with extended mag. Micro SMG with extended mag. After finishing all of those challenges and collecting all cards and action figures, you should have a decent amount of RP so you should be around rank 40 - 45. RP from Peyote Plants are not included since it's not available at this time Here's what you'll unlock when you reach a certain rank: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Rank. You should be able to now be able to buy a high end apartment since you've reached rank 5 and host the original Heist since you've reached rank 12 after doing number 3 above the super heavy armour and carry three of them since the super heavy armour is unlocked at rank 25 and the ability to carry three armours is unlocked at rank 30. Very useful in heists. 5. Do VIP work such as Headhunter, Sightseer and Hostile Takeover alongside farming rare modded Dubsta 2 and Sentinel XS. You'll need $50,000 in the bank to be VIP. As VIP you'll only have four hours real time with a twelve hours real time cooldown so make it count. You can do all of this in an invite only session so tryhards and griefers don't come after you. Farm and sell rare modded Dubsta 2 and rare modded Sentinel XS during the Headhunter, Rob store, Hostile Takeover and Sightseer cycle during the cooldown period. Note this part of farming modded Dubsta 2 and Sentinel XS is optional. Farm the Dubsta 2 and Sentinel XS before doing the VIP cycle. When you got and original modded Dubsta 2, park it in your garage so you can get a free tracker and install full coverage on it. Now that you have a high end apartment with a ten car garage; make sure you farm rare modded Dubsta 2 because they sell for around $23,000 each and the rare modded Sentinel XS which sells for $14,970 for the Yellow Variant and $17,420 for the purple variant. Make sure to take a rare modded Dubsta 2 and Sentinel XS variant and put a tracker and insure it. This is so you can increase the modded Dubsta and Sentinel XS spawn rate at their normal spawn locations. Here's an article from GTA Boom that explains in depth on how to get the rare modded Dubsta 2 on where the location and time it spawns, watch the video on how to get it: https://www.gtaboom.com/online-modded-dubsta-2-spawn/ Here's a video from GTA Boom that explains how to farm the rare modded Sentinel XS and the time, day and location they spawn. After you took out all the Signal Jammers after following the guide above; do Headhunter. Important: Depending on the in game day and time, after you finished one of Headhunter, Sightseer or Hostile Takeover and there's a five minute cooldown, check your phone to see what time and day it is and use the cooldown time to either rob stores or farm rare modded Dubstas or Sentinel XS. If it's 8:00 am to 3:00 pm then use your personal rare modded Dubsta to spawn another rare modded Dubsta in a certain location in Vinewood Hills and either park it in your garage or sell it. If it's the early hours of the morning, go to Vinewood in front of Tequi la la and there should be a rare modded Sentinel XS driving around there, see GTA Boom video above for exact time and day they spawn at. 1. Do Headhunter in Los Santos. 2. Use the five minute cooldown timer to rob one store in Los Santos or steal the rare modded Dubsta or Sentinel XS on the street and sell to Los Santos customs assuming your there at the spawn location at the correct time and day. 3. Do Hostile Takeover in Altruist Camp. 4. Do Headhunter in Los Santos. Make sure to fly in the city since you'll still get Blaine County targets if you start Headhunter in the hills. 5. Use the five minute cooldown to rob one store in Los Santos or steal another modded Dubsta or Sentinel XS and park it in your garage. 6. Do Sightseer. 7. Do Headhunter in Los Santos. 8. Do Hostile Takeover in Altruist Camp. 9. Repeat 4-8. Both Sightseer and Headhunter have 10 minute cooldowns after completing them whereas Hostile Takeover has a 20 minute cooldown after completing it. It will take 48 minutes after selling a vehicle which in this case a modded Dubsta or Sentinel XS before you can sell another Dubsta or Sentinel XS at Los Santos Customs. If your garage is full of modded Dubstas or Sentinels then sell them and keep repeating the Headhunter, Rob Store, Hostile Takeover and Sightseer cycle until the 48 minute timer is up then sell another one until your garage is left of only your main modded personal Dubsta and Sentinel XS you stole and insured alongside with your two Elegys and even an Armored Kuruma if you bought it and repeat the farming process. See below for Robbing stores, Headhunter, Hostile Takeover and Sightseer tips. Robbing store tips and tricks. Don't use the Buzzard, instead park it in an open area and use your free Elegy as your getaway vehicle. This is because the cops arrive quickly and it takes time to start up the Buzzard and by then the cops will already start shooting at you thus damaging the Buzzard. Also there's sometimes an NPC with a gun and they shoot you as soon as you leave the store. Before robbing the store, make sure to wear a mask. This is because you will get a three star wanted level if you rob two stores without wearing a mask when robbing the first store. A mask can be bought at the mask shop in Vespucci Beach. Don't kill the shopkeeper even if he shoots you otherwise you'll get a three star wanted level. Make sure to fire a few shots near the shopkeeper's head to make him fill the bag faster. Losing your wanted level which should be a two star after robbing the store isn't hard, if your having trouble losing it then go to the tunnels. After you lost the cops, drive back to your Buzzard and if there's still a cooldown after doing one of Sightseer, Headhunter or Hostile Takeover, fly around until the cooldown is finished. While waiting for a Headhunter, Sightseer or Hostile Takeover cooldown, park the Buzzard where your Elegy is. After purchasing your first high end apartment, buy a second Elegy. This is so you can call a mechanic for another one if your current one gets damaged thus saving you some money to repair at Los Santos Customs or Benny's. Make to sure to be a a fair distance away from it so the Mechanic can spawn you another one or better yet, return it to storage and request it again. Sightseer tips. Make sure to land the helicopter softly in a open area and don't crash into anything. Finishing Sightseer earns you $21,000 - $25,000 depending how long you take but it's best to complete as fast as possible. It should almost pay off the Buzzard you spawned as VIP. For the four random IP numbers hacking mini game; you'll have to match the four red numbers on top, look at the first two red numbers the game gives you and look at the random white numbers, if the first two red numbers matches with a white number combination then 98% of the time it'll be that combination. The number combinations only move left so numbers on the very left column will move one row up to the very right column. The more you do Sightseer, the better you'll get in hacking. Very useful in future missions which require the Sightseer hacking mini game such as Heists set ups and other missions. You'll eventually recognize the patterns of the hacking mini game which you'll complete it with ease the more you do it. If the first package is in Blaine County then the rest of the packages will be in Blaine County but if the first package is in Los Santos then the rest of the packages will be in Los Santos. Headhunter tips and tricks. Best do in Los Santos because the targets are more closer and the vehicle targets are slower and can sometimes stop at the lights. They'll always be two targets in vehicles and two targets on the ground. You don't need to kill the henchman, just the targets only. The vehicles the target's in can take up to four or five missiles to destroy. Hitting the vehicle the targets in with the homing missile once will spook them so they'll start driving fast and getting close enough means they'll start shooting you but hitting them twice with the homing missiles means they'll get out and the target will run. Aim for the target running and fire missiles at him. After killing a target, you'll most likely get a two star wanted level. Not really much of an issue if your in a Buzzard but DO NOT destroy any cops otherwise you'll get a three star wanted level which police helicopters spawn and start shooting at your Buzzard therefore damaging it, something you don't want if your trying to conserve your Buzzard. With the targets in vehicles, make sure to stay far behind the target vehicle that the missiles lock on but not too close that they can shoot you therefore damaging the Buzzard and keep spamming homing missiles. After firing two consecutive homing missiles they'll be a three second cooldown before you can spam another two homing missiles. Best to fire the homing missiles if they're stopped at the lights since the Buzzard's homing missiles are inaccurate. Because the Buzzard's homing missiles are inaccurate, DO NOT shoot the target vehicle from the front or side unless they stopped at the lights because the missiles will always miss so that's why it's always best to stay behind them from a safe distance and spam rockets. With the targets that are stationary, you can also use the Buzzard to kill them. Fly near the target but not too close that they start shooting and keep killing henchman until you find the target and kill him as well. Here's a picture from Reddit user u/Psychko on where to position your Buzzard for the stationary targets, also contains some tips mentioned here already. Hostile Takeover tips and tricks. As mentioned; always choose Altruist Camp. Kill the person holding the briefcase and all of the Altruist members. The homing missiles will not destroy the briefcase so feel free to fire as many homing missiles as you need. After you collect the briefcase, you'll get a three star wanted level, fly away ASAP and collect the briefcase as fast as possible so the cops don't get near you and damage the Buzzard. Fly high to avoid cops shooting you from the ground and avoid police helicopters by flying away from them. Don't try to destroy the police helicopters with the Buzzard since the Buzzard's missiles are inaccurate and will mostly miss the police helicopter and the cops in the helicopter will damage your Buzzard so fly away from them as far as possible. Best to lose the three star wanted level first before delivering the briefcase so cops don't shoot at your Buzzard while you land to deliver the briefcase. After losing the three star wanted level, land the helicopter gently in an open area and deliver the briefcase on foot or you can use your Buzzard if the drop is in an open area. The longer you can keep the Buzzard alive, the more profits you can make since you don't have to constantly pay $25,000 to spawn a new one in. Once the Buzzard starts smoking, it's the beginning of the end for that Buzzard because it will stall a bit a few times before it inevitably dies forcing you to pay another $25,000 to spawn a new one in. Once you made at least $1,000,000 do the Fleeca Job as Host. Completing the Fleeca job as host will unlock the trade price of the Armored Kuruma which makes it cheaper to buy at $525,000 instead of the full $698,250. It's not recommended that you buy the Armored Kuruma at this stage. 6a. Do Original Heists. Now that your VIP timer has run out it's time to do the original Heists. This is the hardest part to the three million dollar journey not because the Heists are hard but because it's very hard to find competent teammates who will stay. Use a teammate's Armoured Kuruma if you don't have one already, Heist heavy outfit with Bulletproof Helmet and open your snack menu at all times and you should be all good. I know it's very hard to find players these days since almost nobody plays original Heists but I recommend you go on the links belowe to find players on your platform since it takes FOREVER to find three other random players. Even if you find three other players, they might be incompetent and thus keep on failing, dying and leaving. r/HeistTeams subreddit. r/HeistTeams Discord server: https://discord.gg/ABGys5NrFG Criminal Masterminds Discord server: https://discord.gg/ezTzm3X94Z https://gtaforums.com/forum/298-find-lobbies-players/ The Criminal Masterminds Discord server is mostly PC player although there's a steady amount of console players joining either. The r/HeistTeams Discord server has a mix of players on different platforms and is more larger as well. Please choose your platform you play on when choosing a role in the r/HeistTeams and Criminal Masterminds Discord servers. If your having trouble completing 6a of the guide then scroll down to see 6b. Note: After finishing an original heist finale as Host, DON'T join any other original Heist invites since it will reset the All in Order Challenge, wait until your able to do the next Heists example; Lester should call you if you've finished the Fleeca Job. Only accept invites from either the Doomsday or Casino Heists. However if you want to do the All in Order challenge in a Criminal Mastermind run then feel free to do another Original heist mission. Quick tips from me. Do the setups on Normal or even on Easy since you don't get paid as host and it makes it a bit easier but always do the finale on Hard for max payout. Only do setups on Hard if your doing the criminal mastermind challenge or your playing with high level players who most likely experienced and know what they're doing on the original heists. Start from Fleeca job, gradually progressing to Prison Break, Humane Labs Raid, Series A and Pacific Standard in order as host. This is so you can get the All In Order Challenge. - Note: The All in Order challenge will be voided if you join another original heist. Make sure to the original heists on assisted aim full because there's not a lot of lobbies who do heists on free aim. I'm pretty sure assisted aim full and assisted aim partial will send you in the same targeting lobby. Make sure to leave your snack menu open at all times when in a combat situation. I recommend using P&Qs last as it doesn't recharge as much health as the other snacks like EgoChasers, Meteorites and E-Colas. Make sure to stock up on snacks and armor. However super heavy armor isn't available until level 25 and even then you can only carry one. If you done all the steps above, you should be around level 40 - 45 thus unlocking the super heavy armor and allowing you to carry 3 or 4. Get in your teammate's Armored Kuruma to be safe. This is if you don't have an Armoured Kuruma. To get the Heist Heavy outfit, go to a clothing store and go on the cashier to browse outfits and scroll onto the "Heist Heavy Combat" and select one of the outfit of your choice. To save it, make sure your wearing the Heist Heavy Combat outfit and click "Edit Saved Outfits" and name it. Once you named the outfit, then confirm and you should now be able to use the Heist Heavy Combat outfit. Always set to player saved outfits so you can use the Heist Heavy outfit (Only in Heists setups or finales that allows you to use players saved outfits). Make sure to save the Heist Heavy outfit so it can be used if you set to "Player Saved Oufits". The only Original Heist missions that you can't use player saved outfits are Prison Break finale and on the Series A Trash truck mission. With the Prison Break Station setup you can select player saved outfits for the players collecting the vintage car from the docks but the station team must use the police uniform. Important: Make sure you have a mic so you can talk to your teammates and join a party so you can communicate with them more clearly. Missions where Armoured Kuruma is recommended are. - Fleeca Job: Kuruma. - Prison Break: Plane, Convoy, Station and Wet Work. - Humane Labs: Insurgents and Valkyrie (Destroy Buzzards ASAP otherwise they'll fire rockets at you). - Series A: Weed, Steal Meth and Finale. - Pacific Standard: Hack since there's lots of enemies, Convoy (get in the Insurgent pick up as soon as you clear the convoy since Savages will destroy the Kuruma using it's explosive cannons) and Bikers since there's plenty of enemies in the MC clubhouse kill them all before getting on the Lectro. Important: There's a bug in heists that will reset your progress if you get exploded in your own personal vehicle so try avoid using using your personal vehicle on missions that have explosive or where NPCs shoot rockets or explosive rounds at your from their helicopters. You should get $100,000 bonus for completing each finale for the first time and $1,000,000 bonus for doing all in order from Fleeca Job, Prison Break, Humane Labs Raid, Series A and Pacific Standard Heists from setups to finale in order as host. Finale payouts on Hard: - 60% cut on Fleeca is $86,250. - 55% cut on Prison Break Finale is $275,000. - 55% cut on Humane Labs Raid Finale is $371,250. - 55% cut on Series A Finale is $277,750. - 55% cut on Pacific Standard finale is $687,000 (but you may lose a bit with cops shooting at money carrier though).= This all equals to approximately $1,697,750. Total payout including bonuses: $1,697,750 add. - $500,000 from completing the Heists Finale ($100,000 per finale) for the first time. - $1,000,000 for completing them all in order gives you around $3,197,750 (assuming you didn't lose any money in the Pacific Standard finale), however you'll have to pay for the setups for the heists so it costs $40,000 to do Prison Break, $54,000 for Humane Labs Raid, $40,400 for Series A and $100,000 for Pacific Standard so all in all it costs a combined $234,400 (Fleeca Job is free if it's your first time doing as host it, but costs $11,500 for future attempts). In total the final profits is around $2,963,350 assuming you didn't lose money on Pacific Standard finale. Read this Reddit thread for more Heist tips. Note: Scroll down the comments section of that Reddit thread for more tips for Heists. More tips from GTA Boom: https://www.gtaboom.com/gta-online-heists-guide/ Here's another thread from the GTA Forums for tips on how to do the Heist setups and finale. Criminal Mastermind Challenge (Optional). Heist guides on the links above. You need to find experienced players who are in or near your time zone and they MUST be committed and have free time after they finish work everyday so they can do the Criminal Mastermind Challenge with you. Make sure you have a mic very important so you can communicate with your team. Always select your heist heavy combat outfit unless in a mission where you cannot use player saved outfits. Make sure to select player saved outfits so you can use the heist heavy outfits and don't forget to set ALL missions and finales to hard. Always leave your snack menu open while in combat. When doing the Humane Labs Valkyrie mission, DESTROY the Buzzards ASAP otherwise they'll fire rockets at you. Also just drive straight to the Valkyrie ignoring the guards and have someone in your team destroy the Buzzard with homing missiles. For Series A Trash Trucks make sure to have someone in the Vigilante to protect you from enemies coming out from vehicles. The drops are in the same location but third drop can be random so go to the location with the Vigilante and wait for the trash truck to come, get in and collect the trash, get in again, mark waypoint to next drop and repeat. For Pacific Standard Convoy, destroy all vehicles as usual but DON'T get in the truck yet, instead destroy the Savage and use the Insurgent pick up and push the truck to the location. This is because enemies and more Savages will start spawning if you get in the truck. Only get in the truck once it's near the objective, it's same place you gave the Transponder to Paige on the previous Fugitive set up mission. With Pacific Standard finale make sure only one person takes the money and use the bikes and follow this route on this video here If your on PS4, make sure to have the quick menu hovering on "Close Application" this is so you can quit out with three button presses. Not sure what it is on Xbox or PC. Look for more Criminal Mastermind tips and tricks on Youtube. Here's a Criminal Mastermind guide from the GTA Forums. I recommend visiting the links below to find teams for Criminal Mastermind for Original Heists. r/HeistTeams subreddit r/HeistTeams Discord server: https://discord.gg/ABGys5NrFG Criminal Masterminds Discord server: https://discord.gg/ezTzm3X94Z https://gtaforums.com/forum/298-find-lobbies-players/ Now you need to make your post stand out on the subreddit, r/HeistTeams discord or the find lobbies and players section of the GTA Forums and let the higher ranked player lead since they most likely know what they're doing. Example. Title: I need help to finish all original heists all in order since I spent several hours trying to find three other good players without success. I'm on your platform e.g PS4, Xbox or PC. Post: I'm having trouble finding players to do the original heists since I've had no success in finding three other players, even if I do find three other random players they keep on failing or dying and therefore have to spend hours trying to find three other competent players. I've read guides and watched Youtube videos on how to do the original heists but I'm more than willing to listen to any high ranked players who have plenty of experience doing the original heists. I don't have an Armoured Kuruma yet since I need to save money for businesses but I'll go in someone's Armoured Kuruma to protect myself from enemy bullets. I already have is a Heist Heavy Combat outfit with Bulletproof Helmet saved, Micro SMG for drive by shooting in the Armoured Kuruma and full snacks. As host I'll always play on hard difficulty and select player saved outfits so we can use our Heist Heavy Combat outfits unless there's a mission where player saved outfits cannot be selected such as the Prison Break finale and Series A Trash truck mission. After finishing a setup or finale, I'll make sure we'll replenish snacks and armor. While hosting a finale, I'll choose whatever role the team wants me to do since I know they can perform that role in the finale well. It's best we have a mic and join a party so we can communicate with each other more clearly. I'll mostly be available at insert time and the timezone your in. We can smash this out, good luck to the legends who joined and I will greatly appreciate all your help from legends like you If using Discord. I'm a low level player who needs to complete Criminal Mastermind so I can have enough money to buy the businesses and a Submarine for Cayo Perico. I have a mic, heist heavy outfit saved, I'll make sure to fill up on snacks and armor before every heist and I'll make sure to close app if someones dies. I'll listen to the experience player since I'm inexperienced with the heists so your leadership will greatly help. Note: You may have to go with a 40/20/20/20 cut if you've found competent players though but you maybe lucky to have someone who's willing to take a 0% cut. Best to go with the default 55/15/15/15 if possible. Who knows you might hit the jackpot and find a Criminal Mastermind crew. 6b. If you still can't find crew members for Original Heists. Then continue to look for any Doomsday or Casino Heists on the quick jobs. However expect to be kicked if your a low level player because the high level host has plenty of bad experiences of low ranked players failing or dying over and over again and they don't want constant failing to happen over and over again. Doomsday Heist guides. I recommend you read the Doomsday Heist guides first because the Doomsday Heist is hard. Best to stay in Armored Kuruma unless there's a mission where enemy NPCs fires rockets at you. What to do when you joined random heist finales. You will be kicked for a few heist finales first so you need to be patient until a host accepts you to help complete their finale. Make sure you have a mic very important. This reduces the chance you'll get kicked from a heist if your a low level player, make sure your more than willing to cooperate with the host. What to say to the host with you mic on: "I'll listen and do whatever you need me to do, I'll also take whatever cut you give me." Please don't be that entitled player who demands a higher cut, just take whatever the host gives you. The host put a lot of effort into completing the setups or preps and they've had to spend money to host the heist and plus they don't get paid for setups (Original and Doomsday Heists only). If your an experienced player who's made a new account or started their second character, politely say to them "I've had plenty of experience on this heist on my main account and I'll gladly help your finish this heist." 7a. If you finished the original Heists and got the finale completion bonuses and All in Order Challenge. Buy a Kosatka Submarine and the cheapest MC Clubhouse. 7b. If you haven't finished the original Heists. Keep grinding until you have $2,200,000 for the Kosatka Submarine plus another $200,000 for the cheapest MC clubhouse. Continue doing the VIP work and farming rare modded Dubsta and Sentinel XS method up on #5. You can even keep on grinding until you can afford the Buzzard if finding players on Heist are near impossible. Follow #6 as and do some Casino or Doomsday or Cayo Perico Heist as crew member (expect to be kicked if your a low level). 8. I made $2,400,000. Buy the Kosatka Submarine and cheapest MC clubhouse. 9. Once you got the Kosatka Submarine and MC clubhouse. Congratulations; your ready to do the steps below on the "How to gradually build your business empire" part. 10. Getting early vehicle upgrades (optional). Get a friend with you and do the Criminal Records race around the prison. Set to one lap and use supercars to finish the race a bit faster. Let your friend win the first race, then have your friend let you win and keep alternating until you have all the upgrades you need or want. You can also do slipstreams as well to unlock Gasoline Green and Lava Red paint jobs. Note: Vehicle Armor upgrades are only unlocked by rank, so you have to be level 100 to unlock 100% armor for your vehicles. 11. If you've done the Criminal Mastermind Challenge since you've hit the lottery jackpot crew who are good and can all come on at a certain time together. Since you've done the Criminal Mastermind Challenge, you'll also be awarded with completing the All In Order Challenge, Loyalty Challenge, completed all the finales for the first time and money from the finales itself; you should make around $13 million dollars. This is assuming it's your first time doing the original Heists. What to get with $13 million dollars. Maze Bank West Office ($1,000,000). Kosatka submarine with Sparrow ($4,015,000). Convenience Store Warehouse ($125,000). Great Chaparral Clubhouse ($200,000). Downtown Vinewood with Terrorbyte and Drone Station ($3,860,000). La Mesa Arcade ($1,875,000). Could even throw in a Vehicle Warehouse in there. You can only get either one Arcade with Master Control Terminal or one fully upgraded Bunker with money left over after purchasing the businesses and properties above. If you prefer Casino Heist then get an Arcade but if you prefer a form of passive income then get the Bunker. This is NOT for everyone since finding a crew for Criminal Mastermind is like finding a small diamond in the ocean. 3. How the businesses works. IMPORTANT: If your new to the game and don't know how the businesses work then I suggest you read this first. The Reddit thread linked has guides on how to the Special cargo and Vehicle cargo missions. Spoiler How the businesses work. Important: Read before moving onto the "How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire." If you know how the business works then you don't have to read this section. The GTA Online Mega thread contains how the businesses work and how to do the sourcing and selling mission. I'd suggest you give it a read, it has more tips in there such as contact missions etc. Here's a link of r/gtaonline subreddit where the mega guide gets updated every week: https://www.reddit.com/r/gtaonline/ Here's a video from Tylarious on some tips and tricks for special cargo. Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on how the Import/Export business works. Commentary by Gtamen. Here's a video from GTA Series Videos on how Gunrunning aka the Bunker business works. Here's a video from GTA Series videos on how MC Businesses work. Commentary by Gtamen. Here's a video from Tylarious on how the Nightclub business works. 4. How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire. This if you have some of the business needed for the Well Set guide or if your finished doing the Building your wealth from scratch for broke and new players" part. Spoiler How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire. This is mainly building your business empire using solo Cayo Perico method. 1. Make sure you buy the Kosatka Submarine and MC clubhouse. Ideally you want to do this as a VIP since you can spawn in the Buzzard and you can register as a MC President as soon as the VIP timer runs out. I recommend doing this in an invite only lobby. Only read this if it's your first time doing the Cayo Perico Heist. *1. You'll have to watch the cutscene first and fly to Cayo Perico island. Once you've reached the beach party, you'll need to dance until the guards walk away. *2. Once your out of the beach area you'll need to go to the compound and take a picture of it. *3. Go to the communications tower and complete the hack on the power box. *4. Go into the Sightseer app to access the cameras. *5. Make sure to turn the camera all the way to the edge so you can scout everything from the compound's south wall, south door, north wall and north door. *6. Scout all entry and exit points. You do not need to scout all the minor equipment such as bolt cutters (except for the first one on the northern dock), guard disguises, grappling hooks, cutting powders and supply trucks. *7. After scoping out everything, take a picture of the control tower and power station before leaving. Here's a guide from GTA Boom on where all the entry and escape points are I recommend reading that guide if your a first time player doing the Cayo Perico Heists or if you haven't already scoped out those locations: https://www.gtaboom.com/all-scope-out-locations-in-gta-onlines-cayo-perico-heist/ 2. Completing your first Cayo Perico heist as host. Assuming you've already completed your first Cayo Perico scope out. This part is a continuation of the instructions above. I recommend doing this in an invite only lobby. At this stage you most likely don't have a Sparrow so you'll need to use the Dinghy to get to shore and your Bati 801RR to travel to the objectives on land and back to the beach wherever your Dinghy is parked to get to the submarine once your VIP timer runs out. It's best to park your submarine around the Vespucci Beach area. As mentioned already, you want to do this as a VIP until the VIP timer runs out then switch to MC President. Be mindful when using the Buzzard, you most likely haven't bought the Buzzard on Warstock yet so you'll need to pay $25,000 when spawning it in although it will be free after you spawned it in but you'll have to conserve it otherwise you'll have to pay another $25,000 to call in a new one. It's also recommended that the player should buy rebreathers in Ammunation for the finale. For tips with Cayo Perico preps, I recommend checking out GTA Booms guide: https://www.gtaboom.com/cayo-perico-heist-complete-prep-missions-guide/ Start Longfin approach. Now this is the easiest of the approaches in my opinion because you can use the Simeon job trick to instantly lose cops after collecting the boat see below on how to do the Simeon job trick. - To do it before you start the mission, call Simeon and request a job first and wait for him to text you the job. You can't request a job while mid mission hence why you request it before mission starts. - Go the the police station and go back to the truck in the gas station as normal and return to the police station to collect the boat on the trailer. - Drive away from the police station for a bit first. - Once your away from the police station accept the job from Simeon. - After you accepted the job, immediately back out. - If done right then you'll have no wanted level and you can drive to the drop off without the need to lose the cops. After finishing the Longfin approach, return to your submarine and start up Fingerprint Cloner. Once you've delivered the Fingerprint cloner, start up safe code. There's a speedrun strategy that's exclusive only to safe codes mission below. - Go to the Casino as normal. IMPORTANT: Make sure your spawn point is set to the Kosatka. - If you haven't got the Penthouse which you most likey don't own at this stage then collect the keycard at the carpark. - Enter the head of securities penthouse as normal and find and kill the guard and make sure to collect the codes. - After collecting the codes hop into creator mode. - Once in creator, pause and join an invite only lobby. - Once in the lobby, the safe codes prep is completed so you can start the next one After safe codes have been delivered start up Cutting Torch. Once Cutting Torch is completed start up weapon loadout. Pick whichever weapon loadout suits you and make sure to buy suppressors as well. - You'll either get Merryweather test site where the weapons will be in an Avenger or the more easier and quicker enemy organisation where you enter a building that's re-skin of the CEO office and collect the weapons in the gun locker. Start up the finale. - I recommend you choose drainage tunnels as your entrance and main docks as your exit. - Here's a link of GTA Booms guide on how to do the finales: https://www.gtaboom.com/cayo-perico-heist-finale-guide-elite-challenge-hard-mode-solo-run/ - Here's a video of me completing the finale in 06:21 and getting elite. Not ideal for new players though but do take note of where I exit Cayo Perico island. 3. Making enough money for a CEO Office, Buzzard and Sparrow with homing missiles. Ok, you've completed your first Cayo Perico Heist as host, congratulations Your going to do another one and ideally you want to do it on hard mode because of the 10% extra payout and you have a 48 minute window before it turns back to normal mode. In the time you wait for Pavel to text you before you can re-do the Cayo Perico Heist you can do some money making productive VIP work assuming your VIP is still active. You can also move your Kosatka for $2,000 instead of $10,000. Start up Headhunter and call in your VIP Buzzard. Once Headhunter is finished, you can rob a store. Ideally you want to park your Buzzard somewhere and use your free Elegy to rob the store, oh and don't forget to wear as mask when robbing a store. After VIP work cooldown expires, start up Sightseer. After completing Sightseer, do Headhunter once Headhunter's cooldown expires. Rob another store and wait for Headhunter cooldown to expire or if Pavel texts, go straight to the submarine. Start up the heist which should now be on hard mode and select scope out. Make your way to the smuggler plane and fly to Cayo Perico. Go to the submarine and start up Longfin prep. Do Fingerprint Cloner. Do safe code or plasma cutter depending what's the vault content. If it's bail bonds then you'll always get safe codes (see above for speedrun tips for safe codes). Do Cutting Torch. Do weapons load out. Do the finale. - See the GTA Boom link or my video above on how to do the finale. My video is more complicated since it's a speedrun. Now you should have at least two million at the very least so I recommend purchasing the Kosatka Sparrow with homing missiles ($1,815,000 + $240,000 = $2,055,000). After you've purchased your Sparrow with homing missiles, it'll make the heist a bit more easier and more efficient to complete. Depending on your VIP status you can do Headhunter, rob store, Sightseer and Headhunter if your VIP is still active Once Pavel texts you, then start a scope out. Do all preps. Still select the Kosatka as your approach vehicle. Do finale. Repeat 1-4 until you have enough for a Buzzard. You likely have one million dollars at this point so I recommend buying the cheapest office at Maze Bank West. Also buy the Buzzard as well. Note: Your existing Kosatka Sparrow that's already on the map cannot be spawned from far away from the map so you'll have to go to it which can be time consuming or return to Kosatka which then has a two minute cooldown before you can spawn another Sparrow. The Buzzard on the other hand can be spawned from the other side of the map and plus it can be repaired by simply calling another CEO Vehicle and driving a certain distance and calling in a fresh Buzzard. The Buzzard only has a two minute cooldown only if it gets destroyed. 4. Buying an Arcade. Depending on your VIP status you can do Headhunter, rob store, Sightseer and Headhunter if your VIP is still active Once Pavel texts you, then start a scope out. Do all preps. You can pick the Longfin as your approach vehicle if you want. Do finale. Repeat 1-4 until you have enough money for an Arcade. Tip: When picking the Longfin approach, make sure you have a Simeon job trick on hand so you can use it to quickly lose your wanted level. To use the Simeon job trick, follow the steps below. 1. This is important part, make sure you request a job from Simeon before you start the job otherwise you won't be able to request a job while mid mission. 2. Once you started the job, then go and collect the boat as normal. 3. Once you've gotten the boat, drive a fair distance away from the police station. 4. Go on your in game phone and accept the Simeon job. 5. Back out of the job and you should lose your wanted level. If it still remains then try again and it should disappear. You should now have enough money for your Arcade. I recommend purchasing the La Mesa Arcade as it costs $1,875,000. Bonus steps with Casino Heist. Now you've done enough Cayo Perico runs, it's time to try something different. Time to do some Casino Heist runs to mix things up a bit. Here's a guide from GTA Boom on how to do Casino Heist point of interest scope outs if it's your first time scoping out the Casino or you haven't gotten all the points of interests yet: https://www.gtaboom.com/diamond-casino-heist-access-points-pois-guide/ Make sure to collect all playing cards so you can unlock the high roller outfit for the Big Con approach thus not needing to collect either the NOOSE or Firefighter outfits. Casino playing card locations: https://gta.fandom.com/wiki/Playing_Cards You can only do the security intel after you've completed the Diamond Casino missions as host. So to do them as host, you'll need a Casino Penthouse which isn't recommended if your a new player. Ideally you want to use a Oppressor MK-II when doing Casino Heist missions as it's maneuverable and can land anywhere but not everyone has the money to buy one hence why the Buzzard is a good consolation vehicle which ideally the player should have by now. IMPORTANT: Before starting a Casino Heist mission, make sure to call Simeon before you start doing Vault Contents and preps as you will get a wanted level on some prep missions you do (you cannot call request a job mid mission). Once you got a wanted level on Vault Contents or any prep missions then accept the Simeon job invite you've requested and back out. You will lose your wanted level most of the time easily with this trick. Missions where Simeon job trick is very useful. Vault Contents after getting caught by Duggan's security. Weapons. - NOOSE Vans: Best used after collecting the correct van. - Police seizure: Use after destroying all cops in the search area for weapons. Vehicles. - Police impound lot: Use near your Arcade while driving the required vehicle only if you got detected. - Valet service: Use only if you've alerted the cops. Hacking Device. - FIB Building: Use near your Arcade garage entrance after collecting the briefcase from the FIB building. - NOOSE Server Farm: Use near your Arcade after collecting the briefcase from the NOOSE Server Farm. Could also be used after killing the cop who has the keycard before getting to the server farm should you get a wanted level. Vault Keycards. - Duggan Guards: Only use if you've killed the drunk Duggan guard without using melee weapons such as shooting at him or blowing him up. - Prison Guard: Use once near your Arcade entrance as using it after collecting the keycard and moving away from the prison will complete the mission so your wanted level will stay on as the game knows your now in freemode instead of a mission. Big Con Mandatory. (I'm not including Maintenance, Bug Stars and Yung Ancestor approaches as I personally don't do them). - Gruppe Sechs Van: No need as you can call Lester to remove your wanted level. - Gruppe Sechs Uniforms: Use near your Arcade entrance after collecting the first bag. Silent and Sneaky Mandatory. - Nanodrones: Use near the Arcade garage entrance after collecting the fifth and final drone or you can use as soon as you collect the fifth and final drone. - Military Lasers: Use as soon as you kill some military soldiers. It may take two tries with the Simeon job trick before the Wanted Level is gone. If done right then you'll have no cops and you'll only have to deal with the soldiers without any repercussions from the cops. Security Passes Level 2. - Morgue: Use once your at the Morgue or on the way there is fine while cops chase you. - Party: Use only if you got detected. Patrol Routes: Use after you took the photo of the guard schedule.Casino Heists steps for new players. Request a job from Simeon before starting. Complete the scope out and take pictures of points of interests. All of them are on the link above. Note: You will always get Cash during your first playthrough as host. Pick any approach you want. Ideally you want to pick Aggressive first as you can do Silent Sneaky and Big Con on hard later. Pick the lowest percent driver and gunman but pick the highest percent hacker. Complete the mandatory preps for them. The optional preps the player should do are: Level 2 security passes and Patrol Routes. Duggan Shipments and Reinforced Armor along with the Level 2 Security Passes and Patrol Routes are a must do when doing Aggressive approach. (See tips below on how to do Duggan Shipments). Ideally you want one other player who's competent with the heists. Try taking the max cut if you can. See Discord links below to find competent Casino Heist players who won't demand a big cut and is ok with 15%. Repeat 1 - 7 twice more until you've played through all the approaches at least once. Scroll down to see links below on how to do each approach for the Casino Heists. If you got Cash for the first three different approaches you've chosen then just take it. Casino Heist steps for players who already done all approaches of the Casino Heists and are experienced with the Casino Heists. Request a job from Simeon before starting. Do Vault Contents. Always skip out on Cash (scroll down to see tips on how to change to Artwork or Gold after getting Cash in the vault). Select approach either Big Con Gruppe Sechs or Silent and Sneaky depending what's available (make sure it's hard mode with the red skull on the picture) and select crew. My personal preference is cheapest driver and gunman and expensive hacker but you can pick a cheaper hacker if you and your friend is good with the hacks. Do all mandatory preps for that particular approach. Do Level two security passes and Patrol Routes. Do Finale with good players ideally who's happy with a 15% cut. See Discord links below. Repeat 1 - 6 until happy. All preps for Casino Heist can be done in an invite only lobby so no griefers or K/D warriors can come after you. As mentioned already. Here's a guide on how to do the Aggressive approach: https://www.gtaboom.com/casino-heist-aggressive-guide/ Here's a guide on how to do the Big Con approach: https://www.gtaboom.com/casino-heist-big-con-guide/ Here's a guide on how to do the Silent and Sneaky approach: https://www.gtaboom.com/casino-heist-silent-sneaky-guide/ Discord Servers you can use to help you find other reliable players. GTAOnline (formerly r/GTAOnline) Discord server: https://discord.gg/gtaonline Not sure how long the Discord invite link will be valid. Cash is NOT worth doing. To skip Cash follow the steps below. Note: You'll always get Cash when doing the Casino Heist first time as host so you'll need to complete all three approaches of Silent and Sneaky, Big Con and Agressive so you can do the vault content change trick. 1. Check the vault contents as normal. 2. If it's Cash, exit the vault camera and get your phone out and call Lester. 3. Select "Cancel Casino Heist" 4. Leave the area as normal. 5. Go to your heist planning board and re buy the mission. 6 If it changed to Gold or Artwork then continue on to the preps. If it didn't change then repeat 1-5 until you got Gold or Artwork. Some Casino Heist tips and tricks. Best to do either the con job Gruppe Sechs method or the stealth method with two or three players to maximize profits. Recommended cuts. Two Players: 70/30 or 60/40. Three Players: 60/20/20 or 50/25/25. Four Players: 55/15/15/15 or 40/20/20/20. - If your playing with one friend then go 50/50 for both heists. When doing Cash or Gold and even diamonds with aggressive approach, I recommend using three players so you can get all the contents in the vault due to the shortened time in the vault but the aggressive approach is not worth it unless you want to unlock the outfits used for the aggressive approach. This is because you lose money when enemies shoot you and your teammates and you have less time in the vault as well. When doing artwork or stealthing Cash or Gold, just two people is enough. Always use the best hacker since he/she gives you more time in the vault. You need a Terrorbyte to unlock Paige and you need to destroy all fifty signal jammers to unlock Avi. If you have a very good teammate who's excellent with the fingerprint hacks then you can go with the 5% hacker. You can use the worst driver since he takes a low cut unless your going for the trade prices for the vehicles which you have to use the more expensive driver which has the getaway vehicle you want to unlock the trade price of. Always use the worst gunman since he takes a low cut as well. You'll get a SMG which is more than enough if your doing the aggressive approach after you done all the Duggan shipments. If doing aggressive approach then destroying the Duggan shipments are a must since the guards will have armour, helmet and assault shotgun which makes them hard to kill. After destroying all of them, they won't have armour and helmets and they'll only be armed with a pistol or micro SMG. If using the Buzzard for the Duggan shipments, make sure to stay behind and fire the missiles at them because the Buzzard's homing missiles are inaccurate. No need to to Duggan shipments if your doing Silent and Sneaky or Big Con Approach. This is to encourage stealth because the guards with heavy shotguns will shred your health and killing them is more harder when you shoot them. One pistol whip is enough to kill an unalerted guard even if he has a bulletproof helmet on. Get your pistol out and press circle (PS4) or B (Xbox) if near a guard to whack him unconscious. The Arcades with the Master Control Terminal will cost: La Mesa Arcade with Master Control Terminal $3,615,000 or Vinewood Arcade with Master Control Terminal $4,270,000. Also get the keypad so you can practice hacking the fingerprint scanner. It's possible to get all the Gold with just two players if you got a good configuration with three trays in the middle and you've completed each hacks within 15 seconds or less. If you got bad configuration with the Gold then you want to have just one tray left and maybe grab some on the last tray if you have time. If doing Cash with two players, you want to have only two trays left if you got the bad configuration with only two trays in the middle. However it's recommended the player should skip Cash as it's not worth it. If your really fast with the Artwork then consider using the 5% hacker so you can get more of the cut but only if it's Artwork. I recommend you get the setups done in an invite only session so no griefers come after you. If you have a friend then get them to do their setups and do yours as well and take a 50/50 cut for both heists. 5. Buying a vehicle and crate warehouse. Now that you bought an Arcade, the next thing to buy is a vehicle and crate warehouse. I'll be incorporating Casino Heist steps as well. Scope out Casino. Do Casino heist prep. Can be one of the mandatory ones such as weapons, vehicles, hacking device, vault keycards and the mandatory missions for the approach you chose such as Gruppe Sechs van for Big Con Gruppe Sechs approach or nano drone for Silent and Sneaky or even Vault explosives for Aggressive approach. Do Another Casino Heist prep. Do scope out and preps for Cayo Perico. Do Cayo Perico finale. Repeat 2 - 5 until you have enough money for a vehicle warehouse and a Cargobob. I personally recommend getting the La Puerta location. Once you bought a vehicle warehouse you can incorporate vehicle cargo to your Cayo Perico steps. This part of the guide is optional. IMPORTANT: First you'll need to source 10 standard range, 10 mid range vehicles first. This is so you can get top range vehicle 100% of the time afterwards. If you got a duplicate standard or mid range vehicle where it's the same vehicle but different color and license plates then you'll need to sell one of them, if you get a top range vehicle in between during your vehicle farming then you'll need to sell that first. Source vehicle. Sell vehicle to specialist dealer. Scope out island. Do Cayo Perico preps. Do finale. Repeat 1-5 until you want to move to something else. Scroll down for Import/Export tips below. Note: In order to source and sell a vehicle, you'll need to be in a public lobby. Make sure to do this in a solo public lobby so no griefers can come after you so set your internet to 800 MTU if your on PS4 or use other methods to get you in a solo public lobby if your on Xbox or PC. If you want to do another job then you'll need to set your internet back to 1500 MTU otherwise you won't be able to join any heists or a job on double money. I also recommend doing double money activities just to mix things up a bit. Buy a Import Export warehouse in La Puerta. If your buying the La Puerta location then you going to have to continue to grind for a bit since it costs $2,735,000 compared to the La Mesa which costs $1,500,000. I personally do think the La Mesa location is better since it's decent drive to the specialist dealers when selling the car, plus it's away from a gang area. Import/Export tips. Always sell to Specialist dealer for the most money. If your in a solo public lobby enemy NPCs will spawn in a blue Sultan RS and will attack you and damage the vehicle. If your lazy getting out of the car. Drive past the first batch of NPCs then slow down once the red marker disappears but don't go too fast otherwise a new batch spawns and don't go too slow either otherwise the first batch will catch up. If done right, you shouldn't lose more than $2000 per sale. Safest sell strategy: If you own a Cargobob and your in a solo public lobby just simply carry the vehicle to its destination. Make sure to fly high though since the NPCs can still spawn and shoot the car if your still low. Risky no Cargobob solo public lobby strategy: If you don't own a Cargobob and your in a solo public lobby, keep driving the car and as soon as you see a enemy NPC red circle on the map, get out of the car immediately and kill the NPCs. There's four waves of them (two blue Sultan RS with two NPCs inside each of them per wave). Once you kill them then you can safely deliver the car to it's destination. Make sure you don't die while battling the enemy NPCs otherwise you'll lose $500 per death so dying four times means you'll lose $2,000. I know losing $500 per death is nothing for most players but it's still some money for the most money tight player. Cargobob Barge mission guides. With the barge mission you need to own a Buzzard or other vehicles with homing missiles. The barge will be on the same side of the map where the Cargobob is except if it's in the Humane Labs where the barge will be on the other side west of the bridge leading into Fort Zancudo. 1. Get to the barge first and kill all the enemies there with your homing missiles from your air vehicle, don't worry the vehicle will NOT take any damage until you get in a Cargobob. 2. Once you killed all the enemies then call Pegasus or spawn your personal Cargobob and collect the vehicle as normal. 3. After you hooked the vehicle on, fly up until enemy Buzzards spawn. 4. Keep holding moving forward to the warehouse, if quick the Buzzards shouldn't catch up to you. 5. Once your near your warehouse, land on marker and your done.- If done correctly, you should get the vehicle back without paying any damages. With the Amateur Hour mission all you need is a helicopter or even a car and your all good. 1. Fly to a safe spot where you can snipe the driver but DON'T fly too close or the chase will be activated. Best to stay far as possible to avoid triggering the chase. Here are the sniping locations in this Youtube video. 2. Kill the driver, make sure you have screen kill effects turned on to make sure you killed him because sometimes you might hit him but he doesn't die so once you killed him for sure, you should know judging from the screen effect that he's dead. Don't worry about hitting the car, it won't be damaged by the time you reached it. If you have a thermal scope on your MK II Heavy Sniper then killing the driver becomes much easier. 3. Lose wanted level but don't call Lester, this is because once Lester removes your wanted level it has a cooldown and getting in the target car will give you another three stars. 4. Once you lost your wanted level get in the car but now call Lester to remove the three star wanted level. 5. Deliver the car as usual and your all good.- You shouldn't have any vehicle damages to pay for if done correctly. From experience, I'd use the Cargobob in those missions below. Missions where Cargobob recommended. Cargobob barge mission (well it's mandatory for this mission). Vehicle meet up where you have to steal the vehicle since enemy NPCs come after you after stealing the vehicle. Photoshoot mission. Pick up vehicle ASAP before enemy helicopters come after you.- Point to Point race. This is because enemy NPCs come after you after you collect the vehicle and drive it away for a bit. Racing circuit where the target vehicle races around a track e.g Eight Track next to the Casino, Sandy Shores Airfield and LSIA. Because the target vehicle is very hard to hook on to but if the race is in eight track or Sandy shores airfield then you can spawn a Cargobob and kill the driver first before using Cargobob to take. Missions where Cargobob isn't recommended but you can use if you want. Where the target vehicle drives around and you have fifteen minutes to collect it. Same as above, very hard to hook on to and plus the nearest Cargobob location whether you spawn it from your interaction menu or call it from Pegasus. Crime scene where you have to take the vehicle from the Police in a crime scene. Call Lester to remove three stars once you get in the vehicle. You can just drive it back to the warehouse.- Stationary vehicle. Drive it back to the warehouse besides some houses make it impossible to land a Cargobob on unless you land the Cargobob and move the vehicle where the Cargobob can get it. Stationary vehicle (bomb variant). Drive to the warehouse location while the timer is going and maintain a certain speed and you should be all good. Stationary vehicle (mafia variant where NPC and helicopter comes after you). You can destroy the four waves of NPC cars and Helicopter so they don't come after you. Warlord keys mission where you have to kill one of his guards to collect the key. Stealth it to prevent enemy NPCs coming after you. If successfully stealthed then drive it back to the warehouse. One missed shot or a shot that's not a headshot will mean your detected and that's not including if you get detected or the enemy sees a dead body. Movie shooting where you drive the target vehicle off a ramp. Stealth the mission to prevent enemy NPCs coming after you. Just drive it back to the warehouse. To stealth the mission, walk to the target vehicle and wait for the NPC who looks at the car to turn around and you can get in and your all good. Amateur Hour. Stay far away from the target vehicle and find a place that's far enough not to trigger the chase but still allows you to snipe the driver from a safe distance. You'll get three stars so lose the cops first, once you lost the cops, get in the car and call Lester because you'll get another three stars once you get in the car. See guide above on how to do that mission. Police pullover mission. Kill cops and get in the car, call Lester and drive it back to the warehouse. Detective mission where you have to find the vehicle from a location your assistant gives you on your phone e.g Los Santos golf club, Cluckin Bell in Paleto Bay, the Observatory, Del Perro Pier and the bar near the satellites near the prison, it's one of the locations where you can play darts. If you get a three star wanted level then call Lester and drive it back to you warehouse. Korean gangster mission where you have to tail the Kuruma to the destination. Not alerting the Kuruma will allow you to finish the mission without NPCs coming after you, drive back to the warehouse without having to worry about NPCs. Plate recognition mission where you and a teammate have to go on the police helicopter. You'll only get this mission if you have someone in your organization. Cayo Perico with special cargo. This part of the guide is optional. I personally recommend getting five large warehouses to store crates soon but you can do that at a later time though. You only need at least two small crate warehouses at that stage. Source three crates three times. Do Cayo Perico scope out. Do Cayo Perico preps. Do Cayo Perico finale. Repeat 1 - 5 until your satisfied with your warehouse having enough crates. Here's some special cargo source and sell tips. Some crate missions can be long such as the pickup missions. To know if you can do Sightseer and Headhunter back to back after you finished a crate mission is go into the interaction menu and go to VIP work and see if Headhunter is on a cooldown. If Headhunter is on a cooldown then do Sightseer and once your finished Sightseer, fly back to Los Santos and do Headhunter. This is if you want to include SIghtseer and Headhunter. Only use the Buzzard when you have to collect three crates separately. Parking a helicopter on the helipad of your office will repair it, if it's damaged. Make sure to press the right D-pad when the game prompt tells you to so you can automatically land on the helipad. If done correctly there's a cutscene that shows you landing the helicopter and you'll immediately enter your office. To know if your going to get a vehicle or separate crate mission, pause and look at your warehouse your sourcing the crate for. - If it's on the map then use the Buzzard to collect crates one by one. - If your warehouse your sourcing crate from is not on the map then go to the ground and the Buzzard should spawn on the road. Use the Buzzard and fly to the location to collect the crate. After you finished sourcing the crates, if you got the vehicle mission then start up Sightseer or Headhunter, drive back to your office and get in your Buzzard. This is to pay off the investment you made in purchasing the crates. Starting Headhunter and Sightseer at the warehouse after you delivered the crates and driving back to the Buzzard will already use up time thus you'll earn more money completing them the more time you take. It'll take around two minutes to drive from the warehouse to your Buzzard so those extra two minutes will earn you an extra $500 per minute which in this case is $1,000. If you do get a plane mission where you have to air drop the cargo, go to the airport with a Buzzard and enter the plane as usual but get out and get in your Buzzard and scout the drop off points for enemy NPC Buzzards and Valkyries. If you do see them then make sure to destroy them at all drop off points. The enemy NPC Buzzards and Valkyries with explosive rounds can ruin your sale. Once your done destroying them then you should have enough time to go back the to airport and finish your sales. 6 Buying a Nightclub with full upgrades, Terrorbyte with Drone Station/vehicle workshop and Oppressor MK-II. Cayo Perico and Casino Heist with Vehicle Cargo. Do one or two Casino heist preps depending if you want to source and sell a top range vehicle. Source and sell a top range vehicle cargo (optional). Ideally if your sourcing and selling top range vehicle then you want to do one Casino Heist prep. Do Cayo Perico scope out and preps. Do Cayo Perico finale. Repeat 1 - 4 until you have enough money for a upgraded Nightclub, Terrorbyte with Drone station/specialized workshop and Oppressor MK-II. Do Casino Heist Finale if you've done all your Casino Heist preps. Scroll up to see Discord links on where you can find competent players. I recommend getting the Downtown Vinewood Nightclub because it's the northernmost location which will make selling product easier as the drops are mainly in Blaine County. The fully upgraded Nightclub in Downtown Vinewood (Equipment, Staff, Security, all Technicians and all five storage floors), Terrorbyte with Drone station/Specialized workshop and Oppressor MK-II with homing missiles will cost about $12,635,550 plus more if you upgrade the Terrorbyte and Oppressor MK-II with other performance upgrades. After you bought the Nightclub then you'll have to do the staff, equipment and collect the DJ missions first. To fully utilize the Nightclub business then you'll need to have your Bunker, Coke, Meth, Cash, Weed, Document Forgery and Crate warehouse active. 7. Buying a fully upgraded Bunker and MC Businesses Coke, Meth, Cash, Weed and Document Forgery. I recommend buying the Farmhouse Bunker because it's the closest location to the Los Santos drops. With the MC Businesses you want to buy them in Grand Senora which will be the cheapest ones. Do two Casino Heist preps or source and sell vehicle. Scope out and do Cayo Perico preps. Do Cayo Perico Finale. Repeat 1 - 4 until you can afford the Farmhouse Bunker all MC Businesses with all the upgrades. Bunker tips. Make sure to buy the staff and equipment upgrades. You'll never get raided if your Bunker product is under 50% and as a solo player, you'll only be selling at about 20% product therefore a security upgrade for Bunker is not worth it unless you decide to sell over 50% of product because that's when the raid timer starts. If are well set and have plenty of money and haven't purchased the security upgrade, buy it just in case you decide to sell a full Bunker. Depending which location you get it'll cost: Chumash Bunker with Equipment and Staff upgrades $3,403,500 or Farmhouse Bunker with Equipment and Staff upgrades $4,128,500. Add $351,000 if you want the security upgrade. Assuming your Bunker has both equipment and staff upgrades you'll make $140,000 local or $210,000 remote if you've put your staff to manufacturing only. If you've put your staff on research and manufacturing, you'll make $98,000 local or $147,000 remote. If you got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack, you can either stay at the Paleto Bay Bunker or re locate it to either Chumash or Farmhouse. Selling solo from Paleto Bay should be possible but best to sell in a solo public session. I don't recommend upgrading the Bunker early if you got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack unless your ok with the Paleto Bay location but even then, I recommend waiting to upgrade until you have your I/E and special cargo business set up. What other businesses do I recommend getting to build your business empire? Short Explanation. So you've got the Kosatka Submarine with Sparrow, Buzzard, CEO Office, Special Cargo Warehouse and Vehicle Warehouse in La Puerta. This is my opinion. 1. Get the Arcade by itself without Master Control Terminal and decor: This is so you can do the Casino Heists early which earn good money. Scroll below for the Casino Heist guides linked on the Arcade section (will be linked green since green is the symbol of heists in the game) below also look at Youtube videos on how to do the setups. 2. Get the Nightclub in Downtown Vinewood and Terrorbyte with Drone Station (DO NOT upgrade the Nightclub yet): This is so you can do Terrorbyte missions Robbery in Progress, Targeted Data and Diamond Shopping after you've sourced and sell the vehicle cargo or crates. Scroll down and open the fifth section which has tips and tricks on how to do Terrorbyte client mission, Step 1 Import/Export Method and Step 2 Special Cargo Method on how to utilize Terrorbyte client missions, Headhunter after you've sourced or sell the vehicle cargo (it will be a bit different with crates though). 3. Get the Bunker in Farmhouse or Chumash and install equipment and staff upgrades on it: This is so you can add passive income to your business empire. 4. Get the MC Businesses Coke, Meth and Cash in Grand Senora Desert and install equipment, staff and security upgrades: Once your able to to Step 1 and Step 2 in the "Well Set Guide" on the fifth section of the guide, you can add even more passive income to your businesses and add more businesses for your Nightclub to be useful. 5. Get the Weed and Document Forgery in north Los Santos or Grapeseed: This is to add even more businesses thus fully utilizing your Nightclub. (You need a Crate warehouse, Bunker, Coke, Meth, Cash, Weed and Document Forgery all running so it means don't shut them down for the Nightclub to make money since those businesses are connected with the Nightclub). 6. Now upgrade the Nightclub and buy all five technicians, equipment, staff, security upgrades and level five storage space: Since you can do Steps 1-4 on the "Well Set Guide" below and also made plenty of money doing Casino Heists so after grinding for a good amount of time you can finally upgrade the Nightclub. 7. Now your well set: You can now to all the Steps on the "Well Set Guide" Buy whatever you want although scroll below on the "Well Set Guide" on what I recommend buying. Obsolete Casino Heist method in the spoiler below. I won't delete that section but just archiving it. Spoiler Casino Heist method. Could do this to mix things up a bit if you feel bored from spamming Cayo. It's not as efficient as Cayo but it's nice to mix things up a bit. Best to do in a solo public lobby so set your MTU to 800 if your on PS4. When doing the Casino Heist finale with a friend, set your MTU back to 1500 and set it back to 800 when finished with the Heist. All day method. This is if you have a day off from work or school or if it's the weekend and you want to grind GTA Online for the whole day. 1. Sell whatever you have in your Nightclub, Bunker or MC Business. (See Step 3 on the main grinding steps above on how to do the MC Business solo). 2. Resupply your Bunker and do Vault contents. 3. Do Headhunter. 4. Source vehicle from the Master Control Terminal. (See Step 1 on the main grinding steps on how to do vehicle cargo). 5. Sell vehicle (Try using Cargobob if possible). 6. Select approach (Silent and Sneaky or Big Con) and crew members (Cheapest driver unless you want to unlock the trade price of the vehicles, cheapest gunman but most expensive hacker for more time in the vault). 7. Do the hacking device set up. 8. Source vehicle. 9. Do Headhunter. 10. Do Terrorbyte mission (Diamond Shopping or Targeted Data). 11. Sell vehicle. 12. Do vehicle setup for Casino Heist. 13. Do Nano drone (Silent and Sneaky) or Both Gruppe Sechs setup if doing Big Con. 20. Repeat 8-11. 21. Do Vault Drills or Lasers depending on the approach chosen. 22. Repeat 8-11. 23. Do Level 2 keycards. 24. Repeat 8-11. 25. Do patrol routes. 26. Repeat 8-11. 27. Buy masks. 28. Repeat 8-11. 29. Sell Nightclub. 30. Repeat 8-11. 31. Sell Bunker. 32. Do Casino Heist with a friend. Alternative all day method. Another all day method if you just want to do the Casino Heist only but also make use of passive businesses. Best to do in a solo public lobby. 1. Buy supplies for your Bunker and even MC Businesses and do Vault Contents. 2. Do Hacking device. 3. Do Vehicle setup. 4. Do Vault keycards. 5. Do Nano Drone or Big Con approach (Gruppe Sechs). 6. Do Vault drills or laser. 7. Do Level 2 security pass. 8. Do Patrol routes. 9. Do Casino Heist with a friend back to back. Reset MTU back to 1500. 10. Once you finished the Casino heist, source vehicle. 11. Do Headhunter. 12. Do Terrorbyte mission (Diamond Shopping or Targeted Data). 13. Sell vehicle. 14. Repeat 1-13. You'll probably have to do the Casino Heist with a random if a friend isn't available take 70/30 if your playing with a random and hope that random is competent. 15. Resupply and Sell Bunker. 16. Repeat 1-13. 17. Repeat 1-13. 18. Sell Bunker and Nightclub. Note: 10-13 is to kill time before Lester texts you that another Casino Heist is ready to go. Balanced method. If you have less time or you don't want to repeat the all day method since it can get boring overtime. 1. Sell what you have in your Nightclub, Bunker or MC Business. 2. Buy supplies for your Bunker and do the Vault contents. 3. Select approach and crew. 4. Do hacking device. 5. Do vehicle setup. 6. Source vehicle. 7. Do Headhunter. 8. Do Terrorbyte mission (Diamond Shopping or Targeted Data). 9. Sell vehicle. 10. Do weapons setup. 11. Do Vault keycard setup. 12. Repeat 6-9. 13. Do Nano Drone (Silent and Sneaky) or Both Gruppe Sechs missions or you can choose another Big Con approach just to mix things up a bit but Gruppe Sechs is the best. 14. Do Vault drills or lasers depending on the approach. 15. Repeat 6-9. 16. Do Level two Security pass setup. 17. Do Patrol routes. 18. Repeat 6-9. 19. Sell Bunker. 20. Sell Nightclub. 21. Do Casino Heist with your friend back to back and take 50/50 cut or 70/30 cut if playing with a random. Fast method. This is if you don't have a lot of time to play. 1. Do Vault Contents. 2. Do Hacking device. 3. Do Vehicle setup. 4. Do Vault keycards. 5. Do Nano Drone or both parts of Big Con approach (Gruppe Sechs). 6. Do Vault drills or laser. 7. Do Level 2 security pass. 8. Do Patrol routes. 9. Do Casino Heist with a friend back to back. Step 1 Import/Export method. 1. Steal top range car. 2. Sell top range car. 3. Do Terrorbyte mission. 4. Fly to Los Santos and start up Headhunter. 5. Steal top range car. 6. Do Terrorbyte mission. 7. Fly back to Los Santos and do Headhunter. 8. Sell top range car. 9 Repeat 3-8. Here's step 2 from the "Well Set Guide" (optional). 1. Steal three crates. 2. Do Terrorbyte mission. 3. Steal three crates. 4. Do Terrorbyte mission. 5. Steal another three crates. You should have nine after you delivered those crates. 6. Do Terrorbyte mission. 7. Do one cycle of the I/E method above. (Do 1-5 on the Step 1: Import/Export method). 8. Sell crates or continue filling up the warehouse. 9. Repeat 1-8. 10. (Optional) If continuing filling up the warehouse, repeat 1-9. (You don't have to do the cycle again but it's up to you if you want to) 11. Sell the crates. 12. Do Terrorbyte mission. Terrorbyte Client mission tips and tricks. Targeted Data: You need to have the Drone Station in your Terrorbyte to do this mission. It's the easiest client mission in my opinion. 1. Make sure to enter from the east side of the building because there's no security in that area. 2. Avoid guard's vision cone sights and your all good. It's really easy to avoid them because their vision cone is so small. 3. Hack computer on the table next to the window. The more you do Sightseer, the better you'll get at the hacking mini game. 4. Shock the guard standing next to the doorway and hack the second computer. 5. Once you hacked the computers use the Buzzard or MK-II Oppressor to kill target. 6. The target will be at a random house, they'll be in any of the four locations. 7. Easy $31,000 in the bank. Diamond Shopping: This is another quick and easy client mission to do. However like Targeted Data; a Drone Station is required. 1. Don't need to use the Drone to disable security, instead just get out and kill the guards. 2. Make sure to lure the guard with the diamonds away from the back wall otherwise the diamonds may clip through the wall thus rendering it impossible to obtain. 3. After you collected the Diamonds, make sure to be outside when calling Lester to remove your wanted level. This is because your wanted level will return if you use Lester to remove wanted level while your inside the store. 4. Once all the cops are gone, use your Buzzard to deliver the diamonds to the drop off. Hopefully you bought the Buzzard at Warstock so you can spawn it for free at this stage. If you still haven't bought the Buzzard, use a car to drive there. 5. The drop off will always be at the same location. 6. Easy $31,000 in the bank. Robbery in Progress. 1. Use the Terrorbyte computer to find the bank where the robbery is taking place. 2. Go to the location using your Buzzard or MK-II Oppressor. 3. Make sure to let the enemy using the minigun to kill all the cops first. This is so you don't get a wanted level early and it exposes the minigunner to come out allowing you to blow him up with ease. 4. Once the minigunner is in the open, use your Buzzard or Oppressor homing missiles to kill the juggernaut. It takes two missiles to kill him. 5. Land your Buzzard or Oppressor and go inside the bank and kill remaining the robbers. You'll get a two star wanted level as soon as your near the bank's entrance. 6. Collect the gold and call Lester to remove your wanted level. Make sure your outside when using Lester otherwise the two star wanted level will return if you use Lester to remove your wanted level inside the bank. 7. Deliver the gold to the location. 8. Another easy $31,000. Data Sweep: Not recommend doing. This is because it's pretty long and you can do Targeted Data, Diamond Shopping and Robbery in Progress alongside Sightseer and Headhunter and after completing a sourcing and sell mission. Anyways. 1. Best to use an Armoured Kuruma and go to the target vehicle. 2. Use the Securoserv app to hack. 3. Go to the next vehicle if that's not the one and hack it. 4. If that is the vehicle, kill all the enemies and drive the vehicle back to the location. Now you can fully follow the Well Set Guide on the next spoiler section below. If you do get bored with grinding since you spent hours grinding with those steps. Just do some classic, doomsday or casino heists, contact missions, adversary modes, races, death matches or any double money events. Also help other players sell their stuff and work for them too. Do NOT be tempted to buy supercars or any unnecessary things. Buying supercars or unnecessary things early can leave you broke. Only buy them once you have plenty of money and you can do the steps on the well set guide. Tips from other people. @Black-Dragon96 keep doing stuff like VIP work and try joining random casino heists and Bogdan Problem missions (decent pay and you may learn a thing or two). After that get an office, get an I/E warehouse grind I/E. Next up, get a bunker with staff and equipment upgrades buy supplys and sell once one batch of supplys is trough, keep doing I/E and VIP work in between. Next up get a nightclub, activate the technican to work with your bunker. The daily income from the club will cover your daily expenses the technican will get you extra profit. Get a small crate warehouse for 250k and a second worker for even more profit (no need for crates). When your bored with I/E try joining random casino heist finals and Bogdans again to mix things up. More tips and tricks. I recommend doing the steps in a solo public session. This is not only to avoid griefers and tryhards but this guide may spread to the popular GTA online money grinding youtubers such as TheProfessional, Tylarious or maybe even Ghilliemaster and this guide may get very popular that more players will be doing this guide so most likely someone else will be doing a Terrorbyte mission, Sightseer, Headhunter or any other VIP work. See GTA Online Mega Guide thread on how to go in a solo public lobby. Or you can just keep finding a new session until you're in a solo public lobby or in a session your happy with full of friendly players who don't do Terrorbyte client missions, Sightseer and Headhunter. If you want to do the Casino Heist or other jobs then set your MTU back to 1500 otherwise you can't join a heist or other activities with low MTU. It's better to call Lester than die when losing Wanted level if you can't be bothered losing the cops. It costs $500 every time you die or easy way out whereas it costs $100 per star when calling Lester to lose cops. Completing all three acts of the Doomsday Heist as host will remove the cost when calling Lester to lose the cops so it'll be free when you have a wanted level. Get the Arcade with the Master Control Terminal. The Master Control Terminal allows you to buy supplies in one building instead of having to fly to different businesses to resupply. However sell product from the actual businesses location because if you sell from the Master Control Terminal then you'll have to drive or fly to that business to begin selling which could cost valuable time. Set spawn location in Arcade. This is so you can use the Master Control Terminal. Don't sell product from the Master Control Terminal. This because you'll have to drive to the business which takes up valuable time just getting there. Always sell product from the actual business location. Before you start the steps. (If you have a Nightclub). If you have a nightclub and five technicians then put them on Cargo/Shipments (Hanger), Sporting goods (Bunker), South American imports (Cocaine), Pharmaceuticals (Meth) and Cash Creation (Counterfeit cash). Once Pharmaceuticals and Cash Creation is full then move those technicians to Organic Produce (Weed) and Printing and Copying (Document Forgery). Ignore this part if you don't have a nightclub. Business battles (Optional). If your in a lobby with three other players and a business battle starts. You can collect the crate or vehicle with the crates. Once you finished, delivering the product to your nightclub then continue what your doing. Make sure your nightclub popularity is full. (Optional) You can make a small profit with the nightclub safe. At any time in the steps if your nightclub popularity is full in the pre step and the the game tells you your safe is $20,000 just go back to your nightclub and book another DJ to make the nightclub popularity full again and wait until the game tells you have $40,000 and re-book another Dj and keep grinding until you reach $60,000. If it reaches $70,000 collect the money straight away and wait until the game tells you, that you have $10,000 in the safe and re-book another DJ and keep repeating this process. Make sure to change DJs every 90 minutes to avoid losing popularity. If doing the AFK Solo Method then you'll have to sacrifice this part unless you AFK while in a contact mission. This is because you'll lose popularity if your not AFK in a contact mission. I'll be adding more tips here soon if I found something new. 5. Well Set Guide. This is if you already have all the businesses and are well set. Contains Terrorbyte missions tips and tricks. Contains AFK solo method. Has tips on how to do the MC Businesses and Post OP vans solo. Spoiler Well Set Guide. Now that you have everything set up after that hard work of grinding you can now proceed to the main guide below. Note: The main steps are only if you have the CEO Office, Vehicle Warehouse, Bunker (Fully upgraded), MC Clubhouse, MC Businesses (Coke, Meth and Cash all fully upgraded), Nightclub, Terrorbyte, Arcade with Master Control Terminal and Buzzard. Also the tips below the steps are from my experience of grinding and selling cargo. Best done in a solo public lobby. The methods on the Well Set Guide spoiler below is now obsolete but I'll be leaving it here as homage to the old guide. Spoiler Terrorbyte Client mission tips and tricks. If that is the vehicle, kill all the enemies and drive the vehicle back to the location. Pre step: Buy supplies for your Bunker and MC Businesses. Make sure your Bunker and MC Businesses have no product in them first before starting the steps. If they have product in them, then sell them. 1. Buy supplies for your Bunker, Coke, Meth, Cash and Weed using the Master Control Terminal in the Arcade. (Note the Coke, Meth, Cash and Weed are all optional). Buying supplies for Weed is optional. Make sure to set a two and a half hour timer before you can sell your Bunker and MC Businesses after buying supplies. If your coming from the "How to gradually build your business empire part yet and you don't have all the MC Businesses then you can buy supplies on the current ones you have example; a fully upgraded Coke business only or both the Coke and Meth depending which ones you have. Step 1: Import/Export method (Formerly best time to money ratio). 1. Source vehicle. 2. Sell vehicle. 3. Do Terrorbyte mission. 4. Source a vehicle. 5. Do Terrorbyte mission. 6. Do Headhunter. 7. Sell vehicle. 8. Do Terrorbyte mission. 9. Source vehicle. 10. Do Terrorbyte mission. 11. Do Headhunter. 12. Sell vehicle. 13. Do Terrorbyte mission. 14. Repeat 9-13 or move to step 2. This will easily payback the money spent on supplies. Import/Export tips. Always sell to Specialist dealer for the most money. If you sold the vehicle with a Cargobob, land the Cargobob at the location you delivered the vehicle and spawn a Buzzard and fly to the Terrorbyte start a Terrorbyte mission then do Headhunter after completing the Terrorbyte mission, don't forget to fly to Los Santos before doing Headhunter. To only source top range vehicles, make sure you have 10 standard range, 10 mid range and 0 top range. If you have any dupes of a standard or mid range car, make sure to sell it and get another different car in that range. You can just drive it back to the warehouse. Stationary vehicle. Step 2: Special cargo method (Optional). Special cargo method with a warehouse. It's only if you want to mix things up a bit since doing the same I/E method over again can be efficient but boring. 1. Steal three crates. 2. Do Terrorbyte mission. 3. Steal three crates. 4. Do Terrorbyte mission. 5. Steal another three crates. You should have nine after you delivered those crates. 6. Do Terrorbyte mission. 7. Do one cycle of the I/E method above. (Do 1-5 on the Step 1: Import/Export method). 8. Sell crates or continue filling up the warehouse. 9. Repeat 1-8. 10. (Optional) If continuing filling up the warehouse, repeat 1-9. (You don't have to do the cycle again but it's up to you if you want to) 11. Sell the crates. 12. Do Terrorbyte mission. After finishing a source mission. If you go the vehicle mission then do Headhunter then do a Terrorbyte mission. If you get vehicle missions back to back and Headhunter's still cooling down then simply do a Terrorbyte mission and source another three crates. If you got a three crate pickup mission, then just do a Terrorbyte mission and source another crate after. Special cargo tips. Use Buzzard or Oppressor MK II to collect crates since it's faster. To know if you got a vehicle or three collect crate missions, pause and check the map. If your warehouse your sourcing the crate for is not on the map then you got a vehicle mission but if the warehouse is on the map then you'll have to collect three crates separately. If you have a Oppressor MK II and you see the warehouse is not on the map then don't use it because you have to leave the Oppressor behind after collecting the vehicle which has the crates and you have to go to the location to pick the Oppressor up. If the warehouse is on the map then use the Oppressor MK II to collect the crates since you have to collect them separately. If your a solo player who plays in solo public lobbies make sure to get the Armor upgrade for the plane and Brickade because there maybe enemy NPCs coming after you and the speed upgrade for the Tug since it's very slow. If you do get a plane mission where you have to air drop the cargo, go to the airport with a Buzzard or Hydra and enter the plane as usual but get out and get in your Buzzard or Hydra and scout the drop off points for enemy NPC Buzzards and Valkyries. If you do see them then make sure to destroy them at all drop off points. The enemy NPC Buzzards and Valkyries with explosive rounds can ruin your sale. Once your done destroying them then you should have enough time to go back the to airport and finish your sales. Step 3: Selling the Bunker and MC Product. (Note selling the MC Product is optional if you didn't buy supplies for them back on the Pre step). This is a solo method on how to do MC Businesses and Bunker 100% solo. Sourcing and selling top range cars after selling the MC product and disbanding MC and registering as CEO. Read before doing step 3. If the I/E vehicle is still on a cooldown after selling MC product then do a Terrorbyte mission and maybe even Headhunter and the cooldown should more than likely finish. Weed Business dilemma. Read first before moving to Step 3 or Fast Step 3. (This part is optional) Yes you should buy the Weed business to supplement your Nightclub. If your going to use the Weed business to sell product from then buy the equipment and staff upgrades. This is only if you bought supplies for your Weed business. If Weed business is at $84,000 when you enter: Sell the product. Two Post OP vans should be do able from the San Chianski range if your quick and drive very fast back to the van with the Bati 801RR which should have upgrades at that point. If you only sell only 9/10 stock then you'll make $113,400 which is still a profit. If Weed business is over $84,000 when you enter: Buy another batch of supplies. This is because you'll get three vehicles instead of two since it just exceeded the 2.5 bar mark. Once it's full, only sell if you got a Post OP Van mission for either the Coke, Meth and Cash then you won't have a Post OP Van mission for the Weed. Make sure to buy supplies after it's full. If you didn't get the Post OP Van mission for the Coke, Meth and Cash, repeat the steps again until you reach step 3. If still no Post OP Van for Coke, Meth and Cash then repeat the steps again until you get a Post OP Van mission for one of those three businesses sell missions. All other sell missions that require three vehicles including the Garbage Truck are doable solo from the San Chianski location. Main Step 3. (Optional because it takes a lot of time to do this part). 1. Sell Coke. 2. Disband MC and register as CEO and steal a top range vehicle and sell straight away. 3. Sell Meth. 4. Steal top range vehicle and sell. 5. Sell Cash. 6. Steal top range car and sell. 7. Sell or resupply Weed. 8. Steal top range car and sell 9. Sell Bunker. 10. Steal top range car and sell. Fast step 3 (If your short on time and need to do something else). 1. Sell Coke. 2. Sell Meth. 3. Sell Cash. 4. Sell or resupply Weed. 5. Sell Bunker. I only have some not all of the MC Business. and I'm coming from the "How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire" part. In that case once you bought supplies from the MC business you currently have then wait for two and a half hours as normal and sell the product from the MC Business you currently have. So lets say you only have the Coke only, just buy supplies for the Coke business, wait for two and a half hours and sell. Once you got more MC Businesses then keep doing the same thing of buying supplies, following the step 1 or step 2 on this "Well Set Guide" and sell product from your MC Businesses and repeat. What you'll get when buying one batch of supplies for your Bunker and MC Businesses (Coke, Meth and Cash). Note: This is with the Equipment and Staff upgrades. You'll always get $140,000 local or $210,000 remote for the Bunker. All Bunker sell missions can be done solo since buying supplies gives you $140,000 ($210,000 remote) and anything equal or less than $175,000 local means you'll get one vehicle. You'll either get $112,000 local and $168,000 remote (2 bars) or you'll get $84,000 local and $126,000 remote (1.5 bar) for the Coke. You'll either get $95,200 local and $142,800 remote (2 bars) or you'll get $107,100 local and $160,650 remote (just over 2 bars) for the Meth. You'll always get $98,000 local and $147,000 remote (2.5 bars) for the Cash. You'll either get $84,000 local and $126,000 remote (2.5 bars) or you'll get $90,300 remote and $135,450 remote (just over 2.5 bars which is three vehicles) for the Weed. You'll always get $70,000 local and $105,000 remote (just around 4 bars) for the Document Forgery. How many vehicles you'll get per bar. 0 - 1.5 = 1 vehicle. 1.6 - 2.5 = 2 vehicles. 2.6 - 5 = 3 or 4 vehicles depending on the sell mission. Bunker and MC Business sell tips. ALWAYS sell remote for more profits. Two vehicles are do able from the Sandy Shores business. (Yes even two Post OP vans and the lesser evil Garbage truck can be done from the cocaine business without using the Oppressor MK II to get back, you only need a Bati 801RR). If selling in a populated lobby and you got the Dodo or the Buzzard mission, do not fly near Yachts since it may have defenses on which can destroy the sell vehicle. The Yacht is bigger than the buyer's boat when doing dodo sell mission so it shouldn't be hard to miss. Make sure to register as president inside the MC Business on the computer and disband straight away after you sell product from your biker business. This is to avoid getting raided. To disband straightaway after selling the product, just simply go into your interaction menu and keep mashing the X button (PS4) or A button (Xbox one) or keep clicking disband if your on PC. For faster travelling to your MC business if your doing Step 3 fast is to disband MC and register as CEO and spawn a Buzzard. Solo Post OP van tips. I know people give up on the MC Businesses all because of the Post OP aka Slow OP vans and I can understand why since the vans are very slow and the drops are far apart but reading this will give you confidence to do the MC Businesses again. This Post OP Van tips are based off having the Sandy Shores/Grand Senora Desert MC Businesses. Make sure to practice driving them. So buy a Post Op van in the Warstock cache and carry (it only costs $59,850 buy it now or $45,000 trade price and it's a Pegasus vehicle) and practice driving them around and curb boosting so you can get comfortable driving it. Also practice evading traffic with it. Another thing to do is experiment which steep hills are faster to reverse on and where it's better to go forward. Once you reach Los Santos then curb boost as much as possible. You should be able to get back to the second van on time with a Bati 801RR if you can't afford an Oppressor MKII. If you are approaching a very steep hill that drastically slows the Post Op van to a crawl like the one in Vinewood hills then reverse since it's faster than driving up it. Do a J-turn once you reach the top and approaching downhill. Avoid crashing into traffic otherwise you'll lose time since the van is slow to accelerate. As already mentioned on the MC guide, buying full supplies once means your Coke will mostly be two bars but sometimes one and a half bar. Meth will be mostly be two or sometime just over two bars and the Cash will always finish on two and a half bars. You'll be safe in getting two vehicles or Post OP vans in this case. I've tested it from the Sandy Shores businesses (Coke, Meth and Cash only) that you can finish two Post OP van sales with an upgraded Bati 801RR if you can't afford the Oppressor. Make sure to wheelie back with the Bati 801RR as much as possible and avoid crashing or you'll lose some precious time. Instead of following the way point the game gives you, mark your own way point to the north eastern most or eastern most Los Santos drops since driving on Senora Road is faster than going up the hills and start from the east drops and follow the way point to your next drop in central Los Santos or Vinewood hills except if there's another east Los Santos drop then go to that drop next. If the easternmost drop is in central Los Santos then you better off following the way point the game gives you even though it leads you to a hill. If the hill gets very steep then reverse and do a J-turn once the gradient reduces and you feel that it's faster to go forwards. If you get the Post OP Van mission at the Meth business in Grand Senora Desert then reverse up the steep dirt road for better acceleration and follow the waypoint the game gives you but only if the easternmost drop is in central Los Santos otherwise set a way point to the eastern or northeastern most drops and follow it as normal since it leads you to a much quicker main road than the slower steep dirt road and the hills. You should be done for the day, if you want to continue to down to Step 4 or Step 5 and sell the Nightclub then go ahead but if you want to fill up the Nightclub, then don't sell it yet until it's full. Step 4 (Optional): Set up your Casino Heist or you can continue doing the step 1 I/E cycle or Step 2 Crates cycle. If you don't want to do this part for whatever reason then skip to step 5. Just do all the setups for the Casino Heist. The setups I recommend doing are Silent and Sneaky or Big Con. This is so you can stealth the mission and get more time in the vault provided you stealthed your way there. If doing Big Con then I recommend doing the Gruppe Sechs approach. This is so you get free access to the vault. The optional Casino Heist setups I recommend doing are. Level two security pass. This is so you can access level two doors in the back area of the Casino where the guards are. No need to do the tedious hack of memorization. Patrol Routes. This is so the guard icon appears on your mini map. Make sure to collect all 54 cards so you unlock the high roller outfit used for the Big Con approach. Card locations will be on the second spoiler of the guide on "How to gradually build your wealth" section of the guide. No need to waste unnecessary time collecting NOOSE or Firefighter outfits. I personally don't recommend doing the aggressive approach unless you want to do something different or want to unlock the outfits used in the Aggressive approach or even want the Elite challenge which isn't easy to get. Step 5 (Optional): Selling the Nightclub and do a Casino Heist with a friend. Once you finish doing Step 3 or Step 4 then it's time to sell the Nightclub but you don't have to sell, instead you can let it fill up until it's full. 1. Sell all the product or call it a day. If your done for the the day then you don't have to do 2 - 6. 2. Source and sell top range Import/Export vehicle. 3. Do Terrorbyte mission. 4. Do Headhunter. 5. If there's money in both the Arcade and Nightclub safe, just collect it, also go to the Casino and spin the wheel. 6. Complete your Casino Heist with a friend. 7. Wait for the game to auto save and you should be done for the day. Alternative steps from the main well set guide. Casino Heist with Bunker and MC Businesses method. This is the only time where I recommend playing on Assisted Aim Partial lobbies because finding Casino Heists on Free Aim can take forever and more players play on Assisted Aim Partial. 1. Buy supplies for your Bunker, Coke, Meth and Cash. 2. Do the Casino Heist as host. Do the preps and finale. 3. Go on quick jobs on your phone and join Casino Heists as a crew member. 4. Keep doing Casino Heists mostly as a crew member until the two and a half timer is up. 5. Do Step 3 or Fast Step 3. 6. Do Step 5 or wait for Nightclub to fill. 7. Repeat 1-6 or call it a day. Simple method. (For players who don't have lots of time to play but still want to do the steps). Step 2 is not needed. 1. Do the pre step. 2. Do Step 1. 3. Keep repeating Step 1 I/E cycle until the two and a half hour timer is up. 4. Do fast step 3. 5. Once you sold the MC Businesses then sell nightclub product or wait for it to fill up and you should be done for the day. Simple Sightseer, Headhunter and Terrorbyte client mission cycle. (Best to do in an invite only session). 1. Find a car and sell to Los Santos Customs. 2. Start Headhunter. 3. Do Terrorbyte client mission. 4. Do Sightseer. 5. Do Headhunter. 6. Do Terrobyte client mission. 7. Do Sightseer. 8. Do Headhunter. AFK Solo Method. What businesses you'll need. CEO Office. Kosatka Submarine. Special cargo warehouse. Vehicle warehouse (Optional). MC Clubhouse so you can buy the MC Businesses. Bunker with Equipment and Staff Upgrades. MC Business Coke, Meth, Cash, Weed and Document Forgery. Only Coke, Meth and Cash need the Equipment and Staff upgrades since I don't recommend using the Weed and Document Forgery businesses, Weed and Document Forgery is so you can supplement the Nightclub business. Nightclub with equipment, security upgrades, five technicians and level five storage upgrade so you can store more product while AFK and also get all five technicians. Staff upgrades are optional since the staff upgrade is to slow down the Nightclub property loss which in my opinion the extra money gained in the safe is really just a bonus. Arcade with Master Control Terminal. How to do the AFK solo method. 1. Buy supplies for Bunker, Coke, Meth and Cash using the Master Control Terminal in the Arcade. With the Nightclub, set the five technicians to South American Imports, Cargo and Shipments, Pharmaceutical Research, Sporting Goods and Cash Creation first. 2. Now start an easy contact mission in your apartment and go to the couch where the in game TV is and watch it. Once you sit down, then press the right D-Pad to make sure your watching the in game TV otherwise you may get kicked out due to idling or you could stay indoors and rubberband the right thumbstick so the camera moves in circles. Starting a contact mission and doing this AFK method means you won't pay utility bills and you cannot get raided, on top of that you won't lose any Nightclub popularity. 3. Keep controller charging. 4. Leave the console or PC on but turn off your real life TV or monitor your using to play the game. If your playing on you real life TV then you can change channels and watch what program you like. 5. Do whatever you want outside the game such as school, work or whatever things you need to do, you can even leave your console/PC on overnight if you want. 6. When your ready to comeback, turn your TV/monitor on and finish the contact mission. If South American Imports and Pharmaceutical Research is full then assign the two other technicians to Organic Produce and Printing and Copying since there's seven types of product and there's only five technicians to collect them assuming you bought all of the technicians. If South American Imports and Pharmaceutical Research isn't full yet then continue to AFK until they're filled up or you can also sell MC Businesses and Nightclub at this point if you want or otherwise continue to number 7. 7. Once South American Imports and Pharmaceutical Research is finally full, set technicians to Organic Produce and Document Forgery. Start another easy contact mission to AFK again. 8. Now once Organic Produce and Printing and Copying is filled up (takes 26.6 and 15 hours respectively to fill up), you can either sell the Bunker and MC Businesses or continue to AFK until Sporting Goods and Cargo and Shipments fill up. (Scroll up and follow step 3 or fast step 3 while selling the Bunker and MC Businesses). 9. Repeat 1-6 or 1-8. Combining the AFK solo method and Cayo Perico and other businesses in between. 1. Buy supplies for your Bunker, Coke, Meth and Cash using the Master Control Terminal in the Arcade. 2. Go on the Arcade TV and watch. Once you sit on the couch, make sure to press the button the game says watch TV, this is so you don't get kicked for idling. 3. Leave console or PC on but turn TV or monitor off. 4. Now go to work or school or do whatever needs to be done in real life. 5. After you comeback home from work or school, do some Cayo Perico heists and a few Casino Heist preps. - You can also do Step 3 or Fast Step 3 depending on how much time you have. (See spoiler above for more details). Note doing step 3 for fast step 3 is optional now. 6. Sell Nightclub or wait for it to fill up more. And also sell product from the Bunker too and buy supplies for Bunker after you sell the product. 7. Repeat 1-6. Optional: You can also leave your console or PC on overnight to maximize earnings from Nightclub. Only leave on when your console or PC overnight is in a well ventilated area. Note: Lobby should most likely be empty by the time you comeback on thus you can sell stock from your Bunker and MC Businesses without worrying about griefers. Or you can set your MTU to 800 on console or use solo public lobby methods on to guarantee a solo public lobby. Please note, if your doing Casino Heist or playing an activity with a friend then you'll need to set your MTU back to 1500 if your on console then you can switch back to 800 if your grinding again. For Xbox players who get kicked even while AFK on security cameras, TV or rubber banding their controller. If your on Xbox, I think you need to charge your controller while AFK because when your controller runs out of battery the game will let you know and in that alert screen, your considered not in the game so whatever your console idle settings are, you'll get kicked once the console idle timer passes so make sure your controller is charged when you go AFK. If that's not the problem, then you may need to change your idle settings on the Xbox's settings menu to prevent getting idle kicked even when using watching cameras or TV. You don't need to change any settings on PS4 or PC. Additional AFK tips. IMPORTANT: Make sure your console or PC is in a well ventilated area and no objects or wall obstructing the vent fans while doing this method and make sure it's breathing freely otherwise it may overheat. If your tight on power bills and need to save as much power in real life then I don't recommend doing this method otherwise you maybe paying more in energy bills than usual. Having solar panels helps in places where it's sunny most of the time. Make sure your internet's good otherwise if it fails; your automatically going to get kicked out of the session. Make sure to put a sleep or rest mode timer on your console or PC. This is to rest the console or PC and not waste unnecessary power bills since you don't make money while on the alert screen. It's useful should your internet fail or the lobby wants to vote kick you or any other reason that may get you kicked out of the lobby. The console or PC will not go into rest mode while still watching the in game TV or security camera, it's only if your on the alert screen, you'll need to charge your controllers while AFK or make some idling setting adjustments or both if your on Xbox though to avoid getting kicked even with rubber banding the controller or watching security cameras or TV. If your going on holiday for more than three days; make sure to turn off your console otherwise the Nightclub, Bunker and MC Businesses will be full by then and won't make more money until all product is sold. This is because you'll be paying approximately $10,000 in game bills every 48 minutes and it will slowly eat away whatever money you have assuming your not registered as a MC President or CEO or if you AFK while not doing a mission. Assuming your not in a contact mission of course. This tip is mainly to save real life power bills. -Make sure your not registered as a CEO or MC President while AFK because you'll lose $9,400 on Bunker utilities and $30,000 on MC Business utilities every 48 minutes (assuming you have all the upgrades and all MC Business types). Note being a MC President loses you both the $30,000 and $9,400 per 48 minutes wheres being a CEO only loses $9,400 per 48 minutes. Not really significant if you AFK while doing a contact mission since you won't pay any bills and you won't get raided, also your Nightclub won't lose popularity. Another reason not to register as a CEO or MC President while AFK is because you can get raided. If your indoors and your registered as a CEO or MC President, the game will kick you out of a building and force you to defend your Nightclub or MC Business. Like on the Step 3 tips, make sure to register as a president inside the MC Businesses and disband immediately after selling so you can't get raided. (See spoiler above for more details). What to do or get after being well set. Decor for offices, clubhouse, businesses and properties: This is so you can add some features for some businesses such as a mod shop for your CEO Office and MC Clubhouse, different decor for Nightclubs and Arcades since they'll have a bland look when your first them. You can add a gun range to your Bunker and complete it's challenges so you can carry more explosives. Gun locker is useful if you don't want to constantly scroll through your weapons while on the weapon wheel such as having to scroll through five different weapons to get to the weapon you use constantly. Moving your Maze Bank West office to either Maze Bank or Arcadius building (optional): If you want a more central location that is. Relocating Paleto Bay Businesses: If your Bunker is in Paleto Bay or anywhere north of the Alamo Sea then I suggest moving them to either Farmhouse or Chumash locations. If your MC Businesses and clubhouse is in Paleto Bay then I recommend you move them to Grand Senora Desert since they're it's much easier to sell MC product to Los Santos by following the Step 3 guide above. Also move your Arcade to a Los Santos location such as La Mesa or Vinewood if it's located in Paleto Bay. Note: If you relocate your Bunker and MC Businesses make sure to sell all product since you'll lose all product when you move. Also you'll have to re buy upgrades for them and you also have to re buy decor for your Bunker and MC Clubhouse. Hangar: Get a location in Fort Zancudo. This so you can store your favourite aircraft and the Fort Zancudo location gives you access to Fort Zancudo and you can steal a jet there. Also get the workshop so you can modify aircraft. The Hanger crate business is not worth it since it doesn't pay much and takes long to source crates and plus it's not solo friendly due to the amount of planes or helicopters you get while selling crates solo. Note: Any aircraft that came out before the Smuggler's Run DLC such the Hydra, Lazer, Buzzard, Annihilator, Maverick, Titan, etc can only have respray done to them. Prices for Fort Zancudo Hangers. - Fort Zancudo Hangar 3497 $2,085,000. - Fort Zancudo Hangar 3499 $2,650,000. - Fort Zancudo Hangar A2 $3,250,000.All have the same interiors, your literally only paying for the location. Doomsday Bunker: You can host the Doomsday Heist. Grand Senora because it's in the center if the map and you can spawn an aircraft next to it thus not needing to go to the Hanger and it makes getting Act 1 Elite easier. Completing all three acts of the Doomsday Heists unlocks trade price of all Doomsday Heist vehicles since you've completed or you'll be completing the setups and finales as host and using Lester to lose cops is free instead of paying $200 per star. Grand Senora Facility itself costs $2,525,000. You can get snacks for free like at the CEO office by going up to your facility assistant. Orbital cannon isn't worth it since it costs $900,000 to install and $500,000 for a manual shot and $750,000 for an automatic shot. You can use it as a surveillance tool which is free to use by looking or tracking other players. Arena Workshop: For more garages and to stop those annoying Bryony calls. It costs $965,000 - $4,365,000 depending on what you add or change. Toreador: Very useful in heists, can go underwater, has boosts and has infinite missiles. It costs $3,660,000 on Warstock. Missiles come as standard so no need to modify it at an MOC or Avenger. Akula: So you can do cargo missions or Sightseer without griefers blowing you up since you can use the stealth ability the aircraft has to conceal you and the cargo your carrying. To unlock the trade price which is $2,785,000 instead of the full $3,704,050, you'll have to complete the server farm setup mission as host for the Doomsday Heist so therefore you'll need a facility to host the Doomsday Heist. Need a Hanger to own. Hydra: So you can fly around the map fast and it has excellent explosive cannons and can VTOL as well so you can fly it like a helicopter. Completing Humane Labs Raid EMP setup will unlock the trade price for the Hydra which is $3,000,000 instead of the full $3,990,000. Seabreeze: Very useful if cargo or supply is on the water since you can safely dive bomb in the water and not have to worry about the Seabreeze engines since they won't stall. If you want to unlock the trade price of $850,000 instead of the full $1,130,500; you'll need to do 36 Air Freight sourcing missions. Need a Hanger to own. Molotok: Fast and maneuverable plane. If skilled, you can pretty much land anywhere such as the top of Maze Bank, Mt Chiliad, buildings with roofs that are unobstructed with things such as vents and roads in front of businesses. To unlock the trade price which is $3,600,000 instead of the full $4,788,000; you need to do 18 Air Freight sourcing missions. Need a Hanger to own. Casino Penthouse: Add whatever you want with it and you can do Penthouse missions. Owning a Casino Penthouse grants you access to Agatha's office where you can take a photograph of the vault blueprints. Completing all six Penthouse missions unlocks the security camera set up for the Casino Heist where once completed, it becomes permanently unlocked although you can replay the mission as you wish. Oppressor: An alternative vehicle to the MK-II Oppressor, useful since it can be spawned over and over again until the cooldown of spawning the MK-II variant expires. To unlock the trade price which is $2,650,000 instead of the full $3,524,500; you'll need a Bunker and Mobile Operations Center and you need to do all the MOC missions to unlock the trade price. You'll have to complete the Bunker research if you want to unlock the missiles which costs $180,000. Missiles are limited to 20. Can only be upgraded in MOC or Avenger to upgrade. Oppressor MK-II: To help with grinding so you can get back to the second vehicle when selling product from the MC Businesses and to make Targeted Data and Headhunter more easier. Also very useful for some vehicle and crate cargo sourcing missions. To unlock the Trade price of $2,925,000 instead of the full $3,890,250; you'll need to own a Terrorbyte and complete 5 client jobs. Can only be modified in the Terrorbyte. Missiles costs $180,000. The explosive MG costs $275,000 but it's not good to use because of the lack of damage it does plus you have to be in front of the target for it to kill whereas you can fly high and use the missiles to kill a target with ease. Cargobob: Very useful for vehicle cargo to prevent damage from enemy NPCs. Fly high enough so they don't hit you unless your doing a mission where enemy NPCs in helicopters spawn such as the photography or the barge mission. It costs $1,790,000 for the Marines version and $1,995,000 for the Jetsam version. Stromberg: Very useful against other players on Insurgents and on foot who are coming after you since the missiles are accurate and it can take up to six missiles with someone inside. Costs: To unlock the trade price, you'll need to complete Submarine Recon as Heist leader and it's $2,395,000 instead of the full $3,185,330. You can go underwater with it, just hold the right d-pad button when you reach the water. Thruster: Very mobile and can and virtually anywhere. Costs: To unlock the trade price of $2.750,000 instead of the full $3,657,500 you'll need to complete Act 3 finale as host. Your pretty much invincible when getting shot with missiles from behind WHILE flying in a straight line. Krieger and Emerus: If you love racing then those are the two best cars for the super class since they both top Broughy1322's testing. It costs $2,875,000 and $2,750,000 respectively. Pariah: Fastest car in terms of top speed according to Broughy1322's tests. It costs $1,420,000. Vigilante: Very useful for Heists since the missiles are accurate, bonus if there's another teammate who has one for heists. It costs $3,750,000. Need an Avenger or MOC to install missiles which costs $180,000. Mobile Operations Center and Avenger: Very useful since you can upgrade certain weaponized vehicles and both the MOC and Avenger are well armored thus allowing them to take many missiles. You need a Bunker to own an MOC and you need a Facility to own an Avenger. The MOC costs $1,225,000 - $2,790,000 depending on what you add or change on it. The Avenger costs $3,450,000 - $4,787,500 depending on what you add or change on it. You'll be paying a bit more than the max price listed above if you add armor, performance upgrades, respray and change camo etc. Yacht: Not practical but it's a symbol of a well set player. However broke players who don't have businesses have been known to own yachts. You can do Piracy Prevention VIP work if you own a Yacht. Using the Yacht's defense system while on the Yacht will protect you from tryhards in jets and Oppressors should they come at you. If board from doing the steps. Grinding the same steps over and over again can get boring overtime. I recommend doing the Casino Heist for bonus money and to mix things up a bit. Help other people sell their product. Do other activities such as survival, contact missions, original Heist and Doomsday Heist. Help other people finish their original Heist because there's still plenty of players out there who haven't finished the original heist yet. Have other people help you while you do the steps. This is to help make the person with you plenty of money and it'll make you proud that they're getting money with you. Do the AFK solo method above should the grind get boring. 6. Questions and Answers. Spoiler Questions and Answers. Q: Don't they have plenty of other guides like this on the Reddit GTA Online Mega Guide Thread, Youtube, GTA Boom and on this forums? A: This guide combines VIP work Headhunter, Special cargo, Vehicle cargo, Bunker, MC Businesses, Nightclub, Terrorbyte and Arcade with Master Control Terminal in one guide assuming everyone has those businesses. Not many people know how to do the Biker business solo thus why they're giving up on it so that's one of many reasons why I'm making my own guide. Also some but not all of the poor to rich type guides are outdated e.g no golden revolver headshot challenge or Maude's bounties with stone hatchet challenges that earn $250,000 upon each completion yet but they still give good information on how to get started so still look at those guides when in doubt. I'm looking to offer something new in 2020. Q: Why play in free aim lobbies? A: Because there's less players since the default setting is Assisted Aim Partial and lots of GTA players are lazy to change the aim preference. With less players on free aim means a less chance of griefers coming after you. Sure griefers still go after you on free aim but there's less of them so the chances of getting griefed in free aim is lower than in auto aim judging from my experience. Plus you more likely to get in a sparsely populated lobby in free aim which should help with grinding. Assisted Aim Partial is still useful when looking for someone to play heists with because most players play on assisted aim partial. Q: I'm used to auto aim and just moved to a free aim lobby, how can I improve my aim? A: Keep doing survival and other missions. Overtime, I can guarantee your free aim skills will get better the more time you spend and shoot NPCs in a free aim lobby. Q: With daily objectives, do you get $150,000 straight away or does it add up in seven days? A: It adds up if you do them for seven days straight. Q: Should I get the Arena garage and do Arena activities? A: Depends if you have the money, if you have all the businesses and you well set then go for it. But if you don't have the businesses yet then no. With the Arena activities, no because it take pretty long and the payout's aren't good, your better off doing the modified Import Export method in the "Building your Business Empire" par and you make way more money doing that method. I know the Bryony phone call is annoying but resist the temptation to buy. Q: Now that you mentioned phone calls, how do I prevent getting phone calls from NPCs e.g Agent 14 for Bunker, Gay Tony for Nightclub, Malc for Clubhouse etc? A: You can't the only way to stop getting phone calls is to buy the businesses. If they call you, hang up straight away and your all good. Q: I'm a new player and before reading this guide, I did the Revolver headshot challenge, delivered all five bounties to Maude and killed 25 people with the stone hatchet, I even completed flight school and got all gold and I completed all the Heists on hard but spent all that money and Heist bonuses for completing them the first time on super cars and upgrades, no I didn't buy a Armoured Kuruma, Buzzard or any of the businesses. I deeply regret now after reading this guide, what should I do? A: Don't worry about it, keep doing a combination of contact missions and Heists to earn money and mix things up a bit. Join heist setups and hopefully they accept you despite being a low level or host an original heist since you most likely can't afford a Facility or Arcade. If you don't know how the Heist works then look on youtube to see which method is the best way to do Heists. Since you got those supercars, use it to do Sightseer and Hostile takeover so you can save $25,000 to spawn a Buzzard as VIP. Evade cops with your super car when doing hostile takeover and your all good. Also do some survival missions as well to improve on your shooting and to earn extra money. Don't spend any money unless it's for ammo and armor, just keep grinding until you have three million and your all good. Scroll all the way up to the "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players" part and see number 5 VIP work and Dubsta 2/Sentinel XS farming. Q: Why doesn't this guide include the Hanger Business? A: Because the Hanger business is designed to have multiple players in your CEO organization and collecting crates solo can take up to 10 minutes and you only make $10,000 per crate while you can be making $22,000 in three minutes doing Headhunter or $31,000 in three or four minutes doing Terrorbyte missions Diamond Shopping, Targeted Data and Robbery in Progress. Q: I have a Hanger already and I know making money doing the Smuggler's run is inefficient but I do love planes, should I do the Smuggler's run sourcing missions for plane discounts? A: Yes of course, it maybe time consuming but at least you have discounts on your favourite aircraft. Q: I'm doing Import Export vehicle sell mission, will enemy NPCs in blue Sultans come after me if there's other players in the same lobby I'm in because I mainly play in a solo public lobby and they always come after me. A: No they won't go after you, just hope your lobby is peaceful and you should be all good. They only spawn in a solo public lobby. Q: I want to use the Cargobob even in the missions that you suggest the Cargobob isn't recommended. This is because I want to take the vehicle to the warehouse and park the Cargobob nearby to use it in a sell mission so I don't have to get another one after I delivered the vehicle? A: When you get in the vehicle, drive it to a place where a personal aircraft spawns or if you don't have a Hanger but own a Cargobob, drive to a Pegasus location with the vehicle and get out and get in the Cargobob and your all good. Q: While doing Headhunter, the enemies in the vehicle keep on driving and it's hard to hit with the Buzzard's missiles not being the most accurate, how can I hit them with consistency? A: Make sure they're stopped at the lights then light em up with a combination of missiles from your Buzzard. Q: I don't have my favorite item or items researched yet, should I still buy supplies for the Bunker? A: Yes but only if it has both equipment and staff upgrades. Set your staff to manufacturing and research. Assuming fully upgraded, you'll make $147,000 selling to Los Santos if your staff is on manufacturing and research. Q: The game tells me to destroy cargo on the map, is it worth destroying? A: HELL NO, This is because you only get $2,000 if you destroy other peoples hard work and the player who's doing cargo lost all that hours and money trying to buy or steal supplies and car. Imagine is a griefer comes at you and destroys all your hard work you spent collecting cargo and filling up your warehouse. Q: I'm broke but I have all the businesses the main guide requires including a fully upgraded bunker or MC Businesses (Coke, Meth and Cash) and Nightclub with all upgrades and technicians. A: Follow the steps on the main guide as normal and you should be all good. Q: Why not do the Doomsday Heist instead for newer players? A: The facility is expensive around two million dollars for one in a decent location whereas a high end apartment for original heist only costs $200,000 and you can get around $2,500,000 - $3,100,000 million after finishing the original heist assuming you got all the extra bonuses and done all of them on hard with having 55% cut on the last four finales and 60% cut on the Fleeca finale. Doomsday heist missions are also hard because of the insane accuracy of the enemy NPCs which will require plenty of resets such as starting the current setup or finale and the heist heavy outfit does nothing. So paying two million for a facility isn't recommended for newer players. Q: Does the Heist Heavy outfit also work in the Doomsday Heist now that you just mentioned it? A: No, it only works on the original Heists. Trying to use the Heist heavy outfit in the Doomsday Heist does nothing, you may as well do the Doomsday heist in underwear. Q: But the Heist Heavy outfit makes me slower. A: Yes but it gives you much more health and armor reducing the chances of dying and impressing your experienced teammates that you know what to do by not dying. Q: Why no glitches such as vehicle dupes or Act 2 finale replay? A: This guide is for players both new and well set who want to earn money legitimately. Money glitching may get you banned and reset so I don't want players to risk losing their hard work and progress. You can try money glitching if you want but don't blame me if you get banned, money wiped and reset. Q: But isn't vehicle duping safe? A: Depends how much you sell per day. Sell too much in a day then you'll activate Rockstar's anti cheat system but selling only a small amount per day should be safe. It's always more safer to sell clean dupes. Q: Does this guide have any glitches? A: Mostly no except changing your MTU on console or suspending the task manager on PC to get into solo public lobbies to avoid griefers. Other than that; no. Q: I bought the Criminal Enterprise starter pack and got a free Bunker in Paleto Bay, should I get it? A: With the Paleto Bay Bunker being free, that depends if you play in a solo public lobby or not. This is because the sale to Los Santos is a very long drive which takes time to get to the destination. Also most resupply missions take place in Los Santos so it's a very long drive the get the supplies back to the Paleto Bay Bunker. If not in a solo public lobby, there's a high chance a griefer can come after you on the exposed highway. Your much better off saving up for a Bunker in Farmhouse or Chumash since they're closer to the city. Only get the Paleto Bay Bunker if you play in a solo public lobby, if you play in a populated lobby, then I suggest getting the Chumash or Farmhouse Bunker. Q: Speaking of Criminal Enterprise Starter pack; should I get it and if I do get it what should I do? A: No; it's not worth spending real life money on the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack. But if you do get it, it already has a free CEO Office, MC Clubhouse in Great Chapparal and a Counterfeit Cash business in Grand Senora Desert. Since you have free $1,000,000 then buy a high end apartment in Del Perro and start the original Heist, also use that $1,000,000 or $800,000 assuming you bought the cheapest high end apartment and buy the Armoured Kuruma after completing the Fleeca Job as host. Scroll up and follow the "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players" for more. Q: I'm rank 25 but the host keeps kicking me out of their Heist finales or setups before it even begins, why is that? A: Because they don't trust lower ranked players from finishing the heist because they have a bad experience from lower level players not knowing what to do or constantly dying thus spending plenty of times of constant resetting if a low level player keep failing or dying so they're not even going to bother with them and kick them out in a heartbeat. Q: Wanted level won't go away at the Prison Break finale after everyone boards the plane even flying for hours still won't get rid of your wanted level? A: I think it's glitched due to bad connection that if a person already has their wanted level flashing away and the person with bad connection still has their wanted level thus everyone still gets the five star wanted level. If that's the case then reset the finale, if still doesn't work then change roles and if it still doesn't fix it; your going to need a new crew preferably get players who are in your country or continent for better connection since they're in the same regional servers. Q: I lost too much money while doing the Pacific Standard or Casino Heist? A: Restart the Heist. With the Casino Heist, let the guards kill you so you can stealth it again. Q: I've miraculously completed the Criminal Mastermind Challenge but I've spent all the money on a Gold Luxor Deluxe and a Supercar. A: Ultimate Facepalm. Q: You said "Best to do either the con job Gruppe Sechs method or the stealth method with two or three players to maximize profits." But isn't it more profitable to do it with two players? A: That depends which item your stealing. If your stealing cash or gold then having three people with you can be useful since you can't get all the items out with two players which means lost money being left at the vault. With artwork, yeah two people is more profitable since taking the artwork is much faster than collecting gold or cash. Q: With the Casino Heist, with the aggressive approach, can I stay in the vault to get extra money despite the nerve gas going off? A: If you play on hard mode (the red skull on the approach on the board) then no because you get zero lives but on normal mode (no red skull on the approach on the board) yes because you get one life so you or a teammate but not both can stay behind and collect extra cash, gold or artwork and even diamonds. Q: How do I destroy all 10 Duggan shipments and should I even bother destroying them? A: You need a Buzzard to destroy all of them on time. With enemies on boats and helicopters, fly behind them and spam rockets and they should be destroyed. Buzzard is quick enough to get from one end of the map to another. Hunter or Akula also works even better because they're just as fast but have no cooldown homing missiles whereas the Buzzard has a three second cooldown after firing the homing missiles twice. The best vehicle for this mission is the Hydra since you can get to the targets very quickly and use the explosive cannon on them. Yes you should destroy them if your doing the aggressive approach because the guards have armour and helmets that they take so much bullets to kill via headshot. On top of that, they also have an assault shotgun which shreds through your health in an instant. Destroying all of them means the guards won't have any armour, helmets and they'll only be equipped with a pistol or micro SMG. If your doing Big Con or Silent and Sneaky approach then you don't have to do it if you can remain undetected your all good. One pistol whip will kill an unalerted guard even if he has a bulletproof helmet. Q: Should I buy any of the preps for the Doomsday or Casino heists? A: No because they're very expensive and the missions can be done. Plus it eats big into your profits so don't even buy the preps at all, best just to do the missions since they're free to do. Q: Can Casino Heist set ups or preps be done in a invite only lobby because I don't want griefers coming after me? A: Yes. I think I mentioned it earlier. Q: When should I start buying other properties such as a Doomsday Facility, Casino Penthouse and Hanger. Also when should I start buying vehicles such as weaponized vehicles, planes and supercars? A: Once you have all the businesses required for this guide and you follow the steps everyday so you can save up on whatever you want to buy. Q: Now that you mentioned the Casino Penthouse, should I get it so I can do the Casino Penthouse missions. A: No if your a new player and yes if your well set, because the basic model costs $1,500,000 and the max payout assuming you finish all six missions as host is approximately $1,100,000 dollars. Q: I read the main "Well Set" guide already and know what to do. I want to get my friend who's new to the game to make easy money, how much will they make? A: Assuming your doing Step 1 Import/Export Method. Terrorbyte mission pays them $31,000 with Headhunter $21,000 and another Terrorbyte mission $31,000. They gain also $5,000 per fifteen minutes with additional $500 per successful source mission (crates or vehicle cargo) and $10,000 per sell mission. They'll make approximately $100,000 per cycle or approximately $300,000 per hour just for helping. They lose $250 per fifteen minutes though if the CEO dies. Once you move to Step 3 Selling Bunker and MC Businesses; the associate will get 10% of the sale capping at $30,000 on top of the extra $1,000-5,000 bonus per successful mission. Best to sell Bunker as MC so your associate can get $21,000 instead of $10,000 per successful sell mission (assuming you only bought one supply batch and your Bunker is fully upgraded). I maybe wrong on this though, if so then let me know. Q. Is the Buzzard better than the Oppressor MK II for grinding and why should I get the Buzzard before the MK II Oppressor? A: Overall as a grinder vehicle, I'd stick with the Buzzard because it can be consistently spawned using the CEO Interaction menu to spawn vehicles. The MK II Oppressor has a five minute cooldown after it gets destroyed or you returned it to storage and plus it remains at the location where you have picked up the vehicle cargo while doing source vehicle mission or on crate missions where all the crates is in a vehicle thus you have to leave the MK II Oppressor at the location. With the Buzzard you can easily spawn another. The reason why you should get the Buzzard first is because it's cheaper and already comes with homing missiles whereas the MK II Oppressor costs more and you require the Terrorbyte to install the homing missiles which are limited to 20 and already costs a lot on top of needing to own a Nightclub which you need in order to purchase the Terrorbyte. I recommend getting the MK II Oppressor once your well set. Personally I still use the Buzzard more than the Oppressor MK II for grinding with the Oppressor MK II being used for some missions and as a supplement grinding vehicle with it's better missiles and being easier to land in tight places. Q. Why should I buy supplies for the Bunker and MC Businesses, isn't it more worth it to steal since your not paying $75,000 to purchase supplies? A: Depends if it has upgrades or not. If it has full upgrades then it's not worth stealing because you can be doing other things such as doing Step 1 Import/Export method or Casino Heists while your businesses makes product in the background. Doing Step 1 I/E method makes more than enough money to pay off the supplies. You can also easily make money back by sourcing and selling vehicle cargo after you sell product from an MC Business or Bunker. If it has one upgrade, steal supplies until you have three bars or 60% of the supply bar is filled and buy the rest. If it has no upgrades then yes, I suggest stealing until the supply bar is full to make maximum profits. Q: Should I get security upgrades on the Bunker, MC Businesses and Nightclub? A: If you want to. With Bunker if you stay under 50% of product you shouldn't be raided since buying one full supply batch gives you 20% of product. With the MC Businesses, make sure to register inside the MC Business and disband immediately after selling to prevent getting raided. For the Nightclub yes because there's less chance of getting raided. I have the security upgrade on the Nightclub and done the AFK method several times and not one time did I get raided, just make sure your not registered as a CEO or MC President while AFK and your all good. Q: Why do the Steps have "Repeat 1-5 or 1-8" instead of "Repeat steps 1-5 or steps 1-8"? A: To make it clearer so people don't get confused from "repeat steps 1-7" which some people will think but there's no step six or seven. Most people shouldn't get confused though but I want to make this guide as clear as possible so no one gets confused. Q: Is it worth doing Nightclub popularity mission to keep your Nightclub popularity full? A: No since the missions are pretty long and your much better off switching DJs every 90 minutes to prevent losing popularity and get back to what your doing quickly. Q: Is selling two Post OP Van missions possible while selling the MC Businesses from Los Santos? A: Yes if your quick and if your Coke, Meth and Cash is NOT in Elysian Island or Terminal because it'll be much harder or impossible to sell two Post Op Vans. Make sure the Coke, Meth and Cash is in northern Los Santos if you already bought those Los Santos locations. Q: About the MC Businesses, I bought the ones in Paleto Bay or Elysian Island/Terminal, also my Bunker is in Paleto Bay or in a location other than Farmhouse of Chumash; should I move my MC Businesses to Sandy Shores/Grand Senora Desert and my Bunker to Farmhouse or Chumash? A: Yes, if you have the money to do so because you have to re-buy the upgrades once you change locations although you get half on what you spent on the location back unless you got the Paleto Bay Bunker through the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack, which in that case, you can't get any rebates from moving to a different location if that business is free to buy. Q: Other than MC Businesses and Bunker should I move my other businesses and Bunker away from Paleto Bay? A: Yes again, since most missions take place in Los Santos. Don't be tempted to get the free Arcade in Paleto Bay if your a Twitch Prime subscriber, instead buy one of the locations in Los Santos. With the facility, this is entirely up to you if you want to move. Q: Ok but why should I NOT buy a business in Paleto Bay? A: Because most of the resupply missions for the MC Businesses, Bunker and Arcade/Casino Heist setups take place in Los Santos and it's a long drive or flight back to those businesses. You might be lucky and a resupply mission takes place in Paleto Bay but overall it's not worth it. Also sell missions are very far from Los Santos should you choose to sell remote and unnecessary amount of time is being wasted in trying to get back to collect another vehicle while you already reached that second vehicle if you sell from the Sandy Shores businesses. If your not in a solo public lobby, there's a higher chance griefers can come after you and destroy your product since your open on the highway and your most likely not even half way to your destinations when you could've arrived their if you sold from the Sandy Shores MC Business or Farmhouse/Chumash Bunker. I think I mentioned something like this in an earlier question above. Q: I want to move my Bunker, MC Business and Arcade out of Paleto Bay but don't have the required funds yet although I'm more than willing to re-buy upgrades for them. How do I still do solo sell missions from Paleto Bay? A: With the MC Businesses assuming you have the upgrades, sell in the Blaine County area. With the Bunker sell remote to Los Santos as normal but make sure your in a solo public or peaceful grinder lobby to avoid being griefed. Still buy supplies though since you still make a profit (except on the Document Forgery) if they have full upgrades. Half upgraded, steal until three bars and no upgrades steal until bar is full. Good luck with the long drive back from Los Santos. Q: Why do players buy businesses in Paleto Bay anyways? A: Because players get duped in buying the cheapest location for the Bunker and the Arcade. Another reason I hear is because to get away from other players and tryhards/griefers, you can go into a solo public lobby to fix this problem. Don't be tempted at any costs in getting a Paleto Bay business but you can buy a house there if you want since it's pretty cheap. Personally, I have the 4401 Precopio Drive house with a six car garage there only because I have plenty of money and only wanted a property in Paleto Bay just for the sake of it. Q: A majority of players suggest getting the Farmhouse or Chumash Bunker but which one of those two should I get since I know they're both closest to the city. I'm torn apart on what to choose from? A: This is a hard choice to be honest, I can see why many people suggest since they're closest to the city and both are next to a freeway. Since the guide suggest buying supplies, you'll be doing sell missions most of the time. Here are the sell missions you get and which location is best for which missions. Feel free to disagree with me here, this is from my experience from doing Bunker sell missions. Phantom Wedge mission: Slightly for the Farmhouse Bunker because most of the drop offs are in eastern Los Santos and the Farmhouse Bunker is located on the eastern half of the map. Insurgent Pick Up Custom delivery to one location: Probably even because the drop off locations are in mixed east and west of Los Santos. Insurgent Pick Up Custom multiple drop offs: I think slightly for the Chumash Bunker for this one because most of the first drop off is also located on the western half of Los Santos. Dune buggy: Probably even for this one since you can take whatever drops feels closest to you. Monster truck mission: Probably the Farmhouse Bunker because most of the drop offs take place on the middle to eastern and south eastern parts of the map. Some of the drops does favour the Chumash Bunker though. I maybe missing some missions though so let me know which ones I missed. Price. Chumash: $1,650,000. Farmhouse: $2,375,000. Which one should I get?: Personally I'd go with the Farmhouse because of it's more friendlier Monster truck sell mission but it's a bit more expensive than the Chumash which is another great location. Q: A griefer is coming after me or the vehicle carrying the product got stuck and there's literally no way to get it out or the plane drop mission is bugged thus making it impossible to drop cargo and finish the sell mission, because I spent lots of money buying or lots of time collecting supplies, what should I do? A: Close the application if on PS4 or dashboard if on Xbox One or find a new session on all platforms. You only lose ten percent of product or three crates if your doing cargo warehouse but at least all that time or money isn't wasted and you get to keep most of the product. Q: Should I sell in a populated lobby? A: Depends, but only if your certain the other players there are peaceful otherwise a griefer may come after your cargo. Make sure your in a grinding lobby just to be safe. If in doubt, don't sell yet. Q: Didn't they used to be a glitch where you can deliver all three crates in an Avenger? A: Yes but sadly it's been patched unlike the unfortunate Titan glitch where dropping cargo doesn't count at all. Q: I have three other players with me in my organization, I know how Step 1 I/E Method works but how should I do the cycle? A: Instead of selling the car, source the vehicle instead until you have four top range vehicles stored in your warehouse and repeat the cycle since there's a twenty plus ten minute cooldown per vehicle sold in one go, so since you sold four vehicles, you'll have a fifty minute cooldown. Q: Is selling a full 111 crate warehouse possible solo? A: Yes, I've sold 111 crates several times solo no problem. The only problem I had was the plane mission with the enemy Buzzard and Valkyrie variant. All I did on that mission is get in the Titan, scout the area with a Buzzard or Hydra, destroy the enemy NPCs, drop the crates off and done. Three Brickades and one tug boat sales are very easy to do since you have thirty minutes to sell which is a lot of time. Q: Should I get the vehicle upgrades for selling the crate warehouse missions? A: Armour upgrades don't provide extra protection from rockets fired from griefers in MK Oppressor but it may provide extra protection from enemy NPC bullets and explosive rockets from Hydra or Lazer. Bulletproof tyres are useful on the Brickade and speed upgrade is useful on the Tug. Jammer upgrade is near useless on the plane especially if your in a solo public lobby. The upgrades worth getting are the speed upgrade on the Tug and bulletproof tyres on the Brickade. So should you get upgrades?: Up to you really. Q: You mentioned buying supplies from the Master Control Terminal from the Arcade but should I sell my product from there though? A: No because you have to go all the way to the business your selling from which wastes some sell time just trying to get there. Your much better off selling from the actual business location because the sell vehicle is right there most of the time. However, not all vehicles spawn at the business location such the Dinghy boat, Dodo plane or Buzzard for the MC Businesses and the Tug and Plane for the crate sell missions. The sell vehicles for the Bunker are always located next to the Bunker, the sell vehicle for the Nightclub is always located next to the Nightclub. You still need to actually go to the vehicle warehouse to sell a car though. Q: Why do you suggest using the Bati 801RR, isn't it the exact the same as the Bati 801? A: The Bati 801RR actually has better acceleration than the Bati 801 but they still share the exact same handling and top speed. Q: Players in alien costumes are coming after me? A: Either find a new session or plant proximity mines or sticky bombs to kill them. Q: I've read your original guide on Reddit, I've noticed some changes you made. A: I copied and pasted my guide from Reddit and I decided to fix or add some things to make the guide even better. Q: With your Reddit guide why did you have to make three separate guides, can't it be done in one? A: I wish but you can only have a maximum of 40,000 characters per post so I have to make the guides separate since the posts are so long. Q: Did you have any help while making this guide? A: A little bit from Youtubers and some threads from the Reddit Mega Guide, other Reddit posts and the GTA Forums but I mostly made it with my experience in grinding the businesses. Also the tips I post are mainly from my experience in sourcing and selling although some have links for an even better explanation on how businesses work. Q: Who does this guide cater to? A: Players who are new or well set. I'll be adding more Questions and Answers here soon. Q: I've seen the Reddit thread on the Bunker sell missions but will it freeze time for the whole sell mission so I can sell four Dune Buggies or four Merryweather Insurgents solo? A: I wish, but unfortunately no because you'll have to get off your phone once you reach the first drop to deliver the product since you can't drop product while in your phone since you have to press the right d-pad to drop product and the timer starts as soon as you leave your phone so you'll only save time getting to the first drop only which means; yes doing four dune buggies or four Merryweather Insurgents are impossible to do solo even with this trick. Q: But can I still do this trick for the MC Business sell missions mainly so I can sell all three Post OP vans solo? A: Unfortunately, no. Getting out the phone doesn't freeze time at all and as soon as you leave your phone the timer will have long started already. 7. The End of The Guide. Spoiler The End of The Guide. Added more to the table of contents section with the correct sections of the guide that's been changed today at the time of editing. Changed colour to some links to light blue that I've missed on the last editing I've done. Two new Questions and Answers have been added to "Questions and Answers" section of the guide. Changed the GTA Online Reddit mega thread to the latest version. August 28th 2020: Added a Casino Heist grinding method on both the "How to gradually build your business empire" and "Well Set Guide" sections. Added the locations of the movie props on the "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players." section. Added more tips on the Casino Heist on the Arcade section on the "How to gradually build your business empire" part. Buying supplies and selling product from the MC Business (Coke, Meth and Cash) is now optional. "This guide assumes you haven't got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack" and "This is assuming your new to the game and haven't got the Criminal Enterprise starter pack" has now been bolded to make it stand out more. June 16th 2021: Made more updates to the guide. Removed Casino Heist method on the Well Set Guide. Put spoilers on the obsolete Casino Heist methods on the "How to Gradually Build Your Business Empire" and on Steps 1-5 on the "Well Set Guide" Whiten the texts on the Well Set Guide, Questions and Answers, The End Of The Guide sections and texts outside the spoilers. More edits on the way soon found something new or made a mistake or I need to update something and put new strategies in or if someone comes up with good tips. I had to put spoilers on them just so I can submit the guide. Remember to take advantage of discounts and double money. Edited June 16, 2021 by xInfected_Virus Font too dark. User came up with tips. Added table of contents as well. Black-Dragon96
You are mentioning buying small special cargo warehouse and using it until you have enough cash for an I/E warehouse. You are also suggesting to buy a motorcycle clubhouse and mc bussiness. I personally would not recomend any of this. (On a sidenote, you forgot that the player also needs an office to do I/E and crates.) Special carco crates cost money and if the player looses them due to a bug this will eat into the profits fast. Biker bussiness take a lot of effort for a pretty small profit considering the work you do. Instead keep doing stuff like VIP work and try joining random casino heists and Bogdan Problem missions (decent pay and you may learn a thing or two). Mondale
You might want to try trimming that down OP. That's a lengthy read for information that is already available and well known. Yeah I know, the guide was originally supposed to be one big post but I couldn't submit it so I had to split them into spoilers. This is mainly for new players who haven't played the game especially the players who got it for free from epic. A low level player is likely to get kicked from heists, I've tried joining random heist from my new account and got kicked for most of them. I've included the second paragraph most of your comment in my guide and added the CEO office part, thanks for your tips. The MC Business mainly supplement the Night club and I'm trying to combine most of the businesses that are practical to do hence why the Hangar business is not included. For these guys making the additional 500k for the cheapest I/E warehouse would be the modus operandi. The paleto bunker is pretty sh*t locationwise, but it should work with single vehicle sales. Notare
Hey @xInfected_Virus, I'd like to make a suggestion, to make it easier for the reader, put the titles of the sections before each section outside of the spoiler area, so the reader can find the things easily without having to open every content. xInfected_Virus
9 hours ago, Notare said: What are the pros and cons of MOC x Terrorbyte x Avenger? Why did you choose the Terrorbyte? The reason why I chose the Terrorbyte is because you can do Terrorbyte client missions which pay around $31,000 in just three minutes work if your quick. Combine with Headhunter and even Sightseer and Hostile Takeover for even more money. Terrorbyte. Pros. Client missions pay well and are easy to do. Very durable so it can take plenty of missiles. Can upgrade the Oppressor MK-II. Can also have a weapons workshop. Can install anti air missiles. Cons. Need a Nightclub to own. Expensive to install features such as Oppressor MK-II, weapons workshop Drone Station and anti air missiles. Need a Drone Station to do Diamond Shopping and Targeted Data. MOC. Pros. Very Durable especially the trailer so it can take plenty of missiles. Cab can be used for Haulage. Cab is quick when modified has explosive turrets. Can modify weapons and weaponized vehicles. Can do MOC missions. Cons. Cannons have limited viewing range. Can be expensive to install features such as vehicle workshop and cannons. Rear cannons need to be researched. Need a Bunker to store. Avenger. Pros. Very durable so it can take plenty of missiles. Can fly. Has vehicle and weapons workshop. Cannons have more viewing range. Can be flown like a helicopter thus making it easier to land. Cons. Need a Facility to own. Expensive to buy and upgrade. Can be expensive to install additional features such as cannons, vehicle and weapons workshop. Hope this helps. Coming from a passionate solo grinder. m0b0ss
I have two questions: 1st: should I buy an armored kuruma considering I already got a Duke o' death? 2nd: since I'm mostly playing solo in public lobbies, to get a single vehicle sell, I have to steal supplies once for MC businesses and then sell, while for bunker I buy supplies once and when depleted I sell then buy again. Is this acceptable for making money or can it be improved? xInfected_Virus 1 Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/955427-gta-online-best-solo-money-making-guide-for-new-and-well-set-players/#findComment-1071239995 Share on other sites

Is this acceptable for making money or can it be improved? 1. Yes if you like to do heists and contact missions because it gives you even more protection from enemy NPCs than the Duke O'Death but the Duke O'Death is fine. If you don't do heists or contact missions then you shouldn't need it. 2. You can steal supplies once but it takes time doing the steal mission. I recommend you buy supplies even though it gives you two vehicles since two vehicles including Post OP vans can be done solo. That's if your MC Businesses is located in Grand Senora Desert. If your MC Businesses is located in Paleto Bay or Elysian Island/Terminal that might be a problem because the remote drops are too far from those locations. Hope this helps. Where are your MC Businesses located btw? ChiroVette
On 6/6/2020 at 3:34 PM, xInfected_Virus said: Awesome, good luck on your money making and creating your business empire journey Hope it helps. Okay, so I am so new to GTAO that I am reading the What businesses, properties, vehicles, clothing and weapons you will need. I definitely understand not to get the upgrades now, as they all cost money. I have the Criminal Enterprise Pack as well as the Returning Player bonus. I decided to start in a completely solo lobby, and spent a couple of hours last night as a n00b player, trying to get my bearings. I decided to grind to level 5 with a couple of races against AI, a Simeon mission, and something else I forget. I needed to be at level 5 and to wait for Simeon's call to buy the properties for free in the Criminal Enterprise Pack, which is cool since I didn't pay any money for the pack. In fact, ironically enough, the game with the CE pack was $15.00 as opposed to $30.00 for the game alone! No brainer there lol. Some questions: So I spent some time getting all the free weapons available from Ammunations as well. I also spent about $20K on ammo, but only because I started out with $2 million right at the beginning, which is odd, because I thought the CE pack only came with 1 million? Where did I get the other million? Anyway, with a few missions done, I more than offset the cost of the ammo for the free weapons, and am back to being over 2 million. Now I am very confused by the initial section of the guide in terms of clothing, weapons, properties, and vehicles. Do I own any of those things yet from the CE Pack when I purchased the stuff for free? I guess I would like to ask for some clarification of what to do first here. Am I supposed to grind out the $33 million or so I need for all of this. I'm kidding, of course, since you said I only need $3 million. But what exactly am I doing first? You listed a whole bunch of cool stuff, but take this for example: "Just buy the Maze bank west CEO office ($1,000,000), Buzzard ($1,750,000) and Convenience store warehouse ($250,000)." Not to sound daft, but do I own any of this yet? I could have sworn I bought the Maze Bank office for free with the CE Pack? But I could be wrong. Also, is any of the stuff you recommended buying as early as possible stuff I can get for free with either the Criminal Enterprise Pack or the Returning Player Bonus? I am very confused as to what exactly I'm supposed to be doing now. Should I be taking random jobs or whatever jobs and grinding out cash? Should I buy something(s) with my 2 million immediately, as in right now? Should I wait on spending money? Are there specific money making jobs/missions/tasks I need to be doing? So, since I bought the FREE CEO office from Maze Bank, am I a "CEO" now? I remember reading that's important as I seem to recall it being like a VIP only its permanent? What exactly is a CEO in this game, and what does that mean? I actually have to stop asking questions now, that's how clueless I am. I am reading through the guide in that first section, and its like I'm reading another language. So much so, I have no idea where to even start with questions. xInfected_Virus 1 Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/955427-gta-online-best-solo-money-making-guide-for-new-and-well-set-players/#findComment-1071241153 Share on other sites

I am reading through the guide in that first section, and its like I'm reading another language. So much so, I have no idea where to even start with questions. It's all good, keep asking questions. The guide assumes if players don't have the Criminal Enterprise starter pack hence why I quoted the CEO office price hence why it can be confusing for players who have the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack. The Buzzard, small crate warehouse, Heist Heavy outfit, Bulletproof Helmet doesn't come with the Criminal Enterprise Starter pack so you'll have to pay for them as normal but since you have 2 million, I suggest getting both of them. Yes your a CEO and being a CEO is better than being a VIP because you get VIP perks for an indefinite amount of time unless you retire as CEO. With that two million you have, I recommend either saving up for the La Puerta I/E warehouse or buy the La Mesa I/E warehouse. Once you got the vehicle warehouse, scroll down to number 4 "How to gradually build your business empire part" and follow step 2. You don't need a Buzzard yet since you can still call one from the CEO interaction menu but it'll cost $25,000 but you can spawn the Buzzard for free until it gets destroyed or you retire as CEO. Eventually do some Casino Heists as well to mix things up a bit since doing the I/E cycle over and over again can get boring. Eventually, I'd save up for the Buzzard because you'll save money in the very long run by not having to spend $25,000 calling another one in. Before joining Casino Heists, I recommend you do the revolver treasure hunts and collect all cards, all action figures, destroy all signal jammers and even complete flight school so you can get more RP thus being a decent rank so hosts are less likely to kick you out of a Heist. Hope this helps. If you have more questions, let me know and I'll be happy to help. Eventually do some Casino Heists as well to mix things up a bit since doing the I/E cycle over and over again can get boring. Eventually, I'd save up for the Buzzard because you'll save money in the very long run by not having to spend $25,000 calling another one in. I think I am going to start with buying the La Mesa at some point tonight. What advantages does a player get for saving up for the La Puerta? I also think that I am going to grind out some money tonight, too. I want to try and dive into the game later. Oh, and I also purchased the Carbine Rifle and SMG you recommended, and upgraded one of them with the mods you suggested. The other one I think I have to be at level 15 to mod that gun. 1 hour ago, xInfected_Virus said: Before joining Casino Heists, I recommend you do the revolver treasure hunts and collect all cards, all action figures, destroy all signal jammers and even complete flight school so you can get more RP thus being a decent rank so hosts are less likely to kick you out of a Heist I will definitely get this grunt work/collections stuff out of the way. Might as well, while I acclimate to the solo room and such. As far as flight school, I'm not sure why, but that isn't available in my game. I remember tinkering with flight school online, it was literally the only time I went online on the PS3 7 years ago. I like the flight school and would love to play that again. Some of those courses were tough!! I remember getting I think it was Gold in everything. lol It was frustrating. Yeah I am not ready for heists yet. I also don't have any friends on PSN who I know play this game, so I am eventually going to have to meet some folks to play with. For now, solo is just fine for me. By the way, are there decent rewards for all those tasks you just listed? xInfected_Virus
24 minutes ago, ChiroVette said: Thanks, I appreciate it! Okay, you said I need the Buzzard here, but you also said I don't need to buy it. I assume what you mean is that I can at least for the time being, just get one delivered for $25G, but at some point, as you're suggesting, the whole penny-wise, dollar foolish thing comes to mind. So I know the Buzzard is a definite purchase at some point. A Buzzard is a must have vehicle since when you call it 70 times because $25,000 x 70 equals $1,750,000 thus saving money in the long run. I recommend you keep on repeating step 2 on the "How to gradually build your business empire" part after you bought your I/E host original heists if possible or join Casino Heists if you can until you have $1,750,000 then get the Buzzard, also get a small special cargo warehouse as well since it only costs $125,000 so you can combine step 1 and step 2 from the "How to gradually build your business empire" part. Don't forget to do the collectibles and such. Apologies for having to adjust it since the guide is more designed for players who don't have the Criminal Enterprise starter pack as mentioned already. 24 minutes ago, ChiroVette said: I think I am going to start with buying the La Mesa at some point tonight. The La Puerta is the best location to deliver cars from because it's near a main road and getting to the specialist dealers is a bit easier and it's away from a gang area as well unlike the Davis (the one I have) location. La Mesa is decent as well if your starting out. That's the SMG you need to be a certain level to mod it whereas the Special Carbine, you don't need to reach a level to upgrade it. 24 minutes ago, ChiroVette said: I will definitely get this grunt work/collections stuff out of the way. Awesome, best to look at the r/HeistTeams subreddit and see on the 6a do Original Heist section on the "Building your wealth from scratch for new and broke players" and scroll down to the see the "Now you need to make your post stand out on the subreddit or the find lobbies and players section of the GTA Forums and let higher ranked player lead since they most likely know what they're doing" and copy and paste my example post so you can use it for the r/HeistTeams subreddit or even on the find lobbies and other players section of this forums. Hope this helps. Let me know on how your progressing soon and I'll help. Btw, you have PSN? I'll add you so I can help you with the steps. I mainly play in free aim lobbies though since it tends to be more peaceful. ChiroVette
Hey @xInfected_Virus, I want to respond to you in more detail, but I just got in from a long bicycle ride around the Big Apple, and got out of the shower, and lol I'm dripping wet. So I just want to tell you my PSN name is ChiroVette. I am listed with a nickname of Paul Blank, though, but I think you can find me through ChiroVette. Look for a Spider-Man PS4 logo as I think that's the one I chose. xInfected_Virus 1 Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/955427-gta-online-best-solo-money-making-guide-for-new-and-well-set-players/#findComment-1071242037 Share on other sites
ChiroVette
Hey, sorry for the double post, but I wanted to ask this separately! I watched a little of your video of the Action Figure collection, First off...wow, I had no idea there was a jet pack in this game. Crazy...love it! Anyway, it seems to me that this is a worthwhile investment BEFORE I start the collections missions. The problem is that its a 3 million dollar item, and base on your guide, I can't justify purchasing it. But these guides send you all over the map for hundreds of collectibles. I can absolutely guarantee that when I hunker down and start gathering all these grindy collections, I am going to want something to cross the map quickly and nimbly, like a jet pack. So my question is this: Is there any other vehicle aside from the Jet Pack I can use for collections, mindful of the fact that these guides send you all over the map a million times, often in completely haphazard ways? Or, failing that, is there any scenario where it makes sense to find a way to save for that Thruster early enough to make my life a little easier with the collectibles? By my calculations, I could literally take days, even a week, just to do all the collections, unless I commit like lol 8 hours a day to this game. Thoughts on anything that can make these collections more manageable? Because the last thing I want is to have to keep stealing helicopters, and invariably half the collectibles will be in places not easy to land and take off from. So I am really trying to come up with some justification for the Thruster. Thoughts? Edit: I am going over your How to Gradually Build Your business Empire, steps 1 and 2 as you recommend. Why is step 8 in each of these to sell your warehouse and your vehicle? Is this rinse-and-repeat thing some kind of exploit? A Buzzard will do just as good in travelling around the map quickly to collect all cards and action figures and to destroy all signal jammers. The Jetpack is expensive and only has 30 missiles which have the same accuracy as the Buzzard whereas the Buzzard has unlimited missiles and you need a facility to own a jetpack which costs even more money to get. I'll test out how long it will take to collect all action figures and cards since I haven't collected them yet. I haven't even done the Navy revolver yet. 3 hours ago, ChiroVette said: Edit: I am going over your How to Gradually Build Your business Empire, steps 1 and 2 as you recommend. With step 1, you can keep going until you have 16 crates. Hope this helps. Maybe then it would be worth it to hold off on buying the Buzzard and save up for it. Use the 2 million for other stuff in the meantime? Or blow almost my whole load on the Buzzard? I really don't know if I want to spend close to my whole bank on a helicopter this early. I can always do the collections after buying the Buzzard later on. Your thoughts? I am a little confused as to precisely what you mean by Step 1. When you say "repeat step 1" (which I am taking to mean spam step 1 lol) It looks like the combination of all 9 steps is really step 1? See my confusion? Here, I will quote this: 1. Do Headhunter in Los Santos with Buzzard. 2. Source three crates. 3. Do Sightseer. 4. Source three crates. 5. Do Headhunter. 6. Source three crates. 7. Do Sightseer. 8. Sell warehouse. 9. Repeat 2-8 or keep going until you have 16 crates then sell. So all 9 of those "steps" are combined into step 1? Or do I keep repeating "Do Headhunter" because that is step 1? You see my confusion, right? Same question for the quote below. are all 9 steps in total "step 2"? 1. Do Headhunter. 2. Source vehicle. 3. Do Sightseer. 4. Sell vehicle. 5. Do Headhunter. 6. Source vehicle. 7. Do Sightseer. 8. Sell Vehicle. 9. Repeat 5-8.
