GTA Protagonists Voice Actors ranked from worst to best

Recommended Posts

Ahmedmfroezspeed

alright, i done the GTA Games ranking,i've done the GTA Protagonists ranking

but how about ranking their voice actors ?

just a little note that i have to say here

i don't think any of the voice actors is actually bad

but compared to other, one might be bad,one might be good, and another might be outstanding

i don't think anyone else thought of doing this list

and i don't think any one else thought of this idea in this world

so it would be my pleasure to make the GTAForums, the place of birth of this topic

we all know the Craiterias so i don't need to say them, but just in case, here

1-how good the protagonist he voiced is

2- what else did he do for the protagonist he voices, like stunt performing, motion capture, etc

3-what ideas he brought for the protagonist he voiced...

4-how good his voice is

and finally,5- what other works he has done for Rockstar

i won't be counting mute protagonists like Claude and the Online Protagonist

or Text protagonists like Huang Lee and GTA Advance's mike

but i will be counting the stories protagonists voice actors

good ?

okay, now let's begin with the worst GTA Protagonist Voice Actor

now, starting off at #11 is surprise to every single GTA SA fan reading this list

#10-Young Maylay- Carl Johnson- GTA San Andreas i bet all of you expected Luis' voice actor,eh ?

ik,ik,i don't really think his voice is bad,or anything like that

in fact,he works well for a black protagonist voice actor

but the con here is that he sometimes was annoying in this game

and sometimes he was cool, and sometimes he was alright

so it's mixed here, and he didn't really do much for the game he was in except writing a song and singing it for it and voice acting for the

protagonist, so #10-Young Maylay

#9- Mario D'Leon- Luis Lopez- GTA The Ballad Of Gay Tony

ik how much i f*cking HATE TBoGT and how much i HATE Luis Lopez

but when it comes down to voice acting, CJ and Luis will just flip flop and switch places

i must say,not only did he do voice acting for his protagonist

but he also was in motion capturing crew

and we've got to appreciate the work he did for his protagonist

he also did a few stunts for SA,but sadly,he was uncredited

so appreciate his work,please

so #9-Mario D'Leon

alright, from this point on to the end of #7 will be Voice actors that are in the Middle

#8-Shawn Fanteno- Franklin Clinton- GTA V

now, i gotta say, he is better than Maylay -his cousin btw-

because, first off, his voice is a bit better

the protagonist he voiced was a lot better

and he was much more badassic than CJ

and i hear that he was in motion capture crew too

so he did a lot for his protagonist

so #8-Shawn Fanteno

#7- Steven Ogg- Trevor Phillips-GTA V

this guy was perfect for the voice of Trevor Phillips

now only because, you know, his voice is angry

but because this guy is a great actor, seriously

but it seemed weird for him to voice a GTA Protagonist

but he still,fitted the role

so #7-Steven Ogg

alright, from now on,these are voice actors i like

#6-Ned Luke- Michael De Santa- GTA V

originally, he was 1 spot lower than Ogg

but what brought him 1 spot higher, is because

he assured us that the suspicions about MrBossFTW being a clickbaiter were true

so,thanks Ned,,for hat you did,and what you assured us

so #6- Ned Luke

#5-Scott Hill- Johnny Klebitz- GTA The Lost And Damned

this guy fitted the Role of Johnny K

because he just fits th guy's character

the voice felt like a voice of a true biker

but what flushed half his work down the toilet and brought him to #6

is what happened in V,but still after all that

he is still better than Ogg...

#4- Michael Hollick-Niko Bellic- GTA IV

this guy actualy fitted the role more than any other voice actor

because he's been motion Capturing the protagonist

and he seemed to make Niko 60% more effective

from this point on,these are voice actors i absolutely love

#3- Dorian Missick- Vic Vance- GTA Vice City Stories

i will say, this is the single best Black protagonist Voice actor in the GTA Series by FAR

he was very effective and fery fitting for the Role of Vic Vance

and that's what brought him up to #3

#2-Ray Liotta-Tommy Vercetti- GTA Vice City

now, i will say

i don't really think that it's weird for him to Voice a GTA Protagonist

but he is still, effective for the role, and a lot better than Missick

#1- Danny Mastrogiorgio- Toni Cipriani- GTA Liberty City Stories

yes,you heard that correctly

this guy is the best GTA Protagonist voice actor ever

now only because he is underrated

but because also, he did a lot of works for Rockstar

for example, before LCS, he voiced the Ammunation gun Clerk in GTA San Andreas

and the poor guy was uncredited

but later,he got a role that made him more famous

the role of Voicing Toni Cipriani, the best protagonist in the franchise

he also was a stunt performed in LCS, so it's would be great to appreciate his work for LCS

and he also appeared in Red Dead Redemption and Max Payne 3

and in all his roles of Rockstar,he was good

how about you guys ?

how would you rank the GTA Protagonists Voice Actors ?

Claude's voice actor is so great he doesn't even need to say a word to tell us how great he is. /endofclicheclaudehasnovoiceactorjoke.

Anyway my top 5.

1) Michael Hollick - Niko

2) Steve Ogg - Trevor

3) Ray Liotta - Tommy

4) Scott Hill - Johnny

5) Ned Luke - Michael

I'm not sure where the others fit, but to be honest I don't think anyone's voice acting has been so bad to be ranked the "worst" or one of the worst. It's just these guys IMO in my top 5 completely stole the show for various reasons and I can remember them more. Generally speaking I think the series has had some fantastic voice acting not just from the protagonists, but other characters also.

These are exactly the ones that stand out to me as well. Only difference is I'd move Ned Luke up to third place. Michael Hollick and Steven Ogg's performances were particularly magnificent.
