Max Payne 3 - GTA V model conversion?

This is the model that I want to convert - https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/john-wick - It contains .ydd, .yft, .ymt, ytd. I want to convert these files to replace Max in Max Payne 3. Is it possible? There are various examples of people successfully doing this
