Atleast with everyone else we know what they are thinking. Claude’s a bit 50/50 IMO since he pretty much does what he’s told without question, but that’s more to do with the fact he wasn’t supposed to have a specific personality so I dunno if I would call him “heartless” when it’s never been made clear that’s a make up of his real personality. Anyway everyone else though for all the bad deeds they’ve committed has atleast 1 redeeming quality, but I can’t think of a single one for Toni.
