gta tutorial simion phone call

recently got gta on pc and decided to do the turorial for nostalgia but ive done it and simion has not called me to inform me that i can buy proporty, as far as im aware i have done everything, the gereld mission, the lamar race, robbing the store, going to the clothing store, getting a car, doing the last team standing mission. im really stuck on what to do any advice would be appreciated

When you say the Gerald mission, do you mean the one you have to do right after the race, or do you mean Meth'd Up? If you haven't done Meth'd Up yet, try that. (Simeon called me after I had completed that mission)
