          Police Enhancement

 

This script aims to improve some cops related spawning issues, like if you use vehicles other than police2, police, pstockade, fbi, noose, polpatriot, nstockade in cargrp.dat, then blank empty cars would spawn and no cops inside.

 

You can use more cops/vehicles for making a better law for game.

 

There are many options to edit:

 

Weapons - Give whatever guns to cops. 

Models - There are 35 total slots for cops which are differentiated like [LCPD Cops, NOoSE, FiB, Army].

Vehicles Models - Here you can set which cop model to spawn with which law vehicle. Eg: [m_y_swat(NOoSE Units) can spawn with noose(Vapid NOoSE Cruiser).

Even you can set amount of peds you want inside the car(Max peds is 4 if it's a 4-Door Car, 2-Door if Sports car/Truck).

 

Now whenever you have wanted level 4 and above and you are piloting/Boating (Driving Helicopter/Boat) then helicopter will join the pursuit and try to Give you headshots.

 

When you reach 5 Stars of wanted level then an additional helicopter (total of 3 helicopter) will join the pursuit.

When 6 stars then total 4 helicopters and police will become aggressive and they will shoot you.

 

Everything is customisable.

 

And note:

 

In the game, every thing except peds/vehicles have been given some IDs you need to use them for assigning weapons to cops.

 

Eg: 0 is used for Unarmed 

       1 is used for Baseball Bat 

       .

       .

       .

      57 is Used for AnyWeapon so 

      58 is used as AddOnWeapon_1 (which is a increased limit in ZolikaPatch)

      59 as AddOnWeapon_2 and so on.

CHANGELOG : v 3.0

 

1. A complied script and reduced size.

 

2. Provided Snipers to ARMY MAN and NOOSE TEAM (Pilot and Swat Both) When they are in Helicopter.

 

3. All cars are bullet proof so no damage to cars with bullets(but still affected by fire, melee damage, explosive, fire)

 

4. Increased the number of Police to join the pursuit.

 

5. Military/Noose will use AA12, Sweeper Shotgun, Sawnoff.

 

6. When you are in Helicopter or in Boat Police Helicopter are in the sky and will come to attack you.(Vehicles: Annihilator, Police Maverick, Police Maverick (GTA V), Police Valkyrie, Maverick (With Undercover CIA Agents(m_y_ciadlc_01))

 

7. Use ADD-ON PACK-IV for edited Scenarios.dat (Big LCPD Headquarter in 3rd Island With Annihilator at the Helipad, Protected by Military, and UN Building, Airport, Happiness Island also Guarded by Military (Weapons: M249, M16A4, M4A1))

 

8. Enabled Armoured Security (they will be spawned with Security Guards)

9. Now limited ammo for Police/Fib/CIA/noose/army

 

 

NOTE : DOWNLOAD ADD-ON PACK-IV FROM THE DOWNLOAD SECTION.

 

NO NEED TO DOWNLOAD OLD VERSION OF THIS MOD/SCRIPT

Wow, pretty interesting pack you have there! I have a question - I would like to add more peds to the LCPD - I have 2 additional peds (m_y_cop with beta heads and m_y_cop from EFLC) that could spawn along with the other cops, but I can't figure out how to do so... oh, and could it be possible to make it so once you reach a 3-star wanted level, cops might spawn with uppr_004 (which in my peds is a body armor variation) and have additional armor points like the NOOSE?

It is possible to add more of them but only in GTA IV not that Elfc because Tbogt becomes glitchy, like apc cannon not work, brickade don't spawn , buzzard missile is not visible.

 

 

 

 

Okay to add more peds 

Go to peds.ide and make new entry

Go to pedpersonality.dat and create new entry

Go to pedvariations.dat and again create new entry with the variation available with the ped mod.

 

Done now place the new added cop/ped name to any of the zones in pedgrp.dat

Do one thing rename the fatcop and cop to the cop you newly created . Use traffic spawner for default cops or my scripts ok.

 

Okay there is new voices for cops in TLAD named e1_m_y_cop_white 

E1_m_y_cop_traffic_hispanic something like this you can use them for different cops just by editing the peds.ide

New weapons for law enforcement : G63C Assault Rifle

 

New Cars(for ADD-ON PACK-IV) : Cheetah, phoenix, insurgent(will be usable by Noose team and Military)

Tomorrow I will update all the things. Scripts, The Add-on Pack IV.

Collision for G63C because the gun floats without any collision, sounds for it.

New Features

Update for Police Enhancement V3 to V4

and also for Add-on Pack IV V3 to V4

 

1. Limited Ammo For Police Like the player Has.

2. New Weapon G63C Assault Rifle Usable by Law Enforcement (LCPD, NOOSE, Military, CIA, FIB)

3. Now fixed The game Crashes if much car spawn during wanted level.

4. Now Every 7.5 Seconds police will be spawned.

5. Provided to all of them the AWM Magnum Sniper which they will be using if there are in Helicopter(No M249 Now but rare chances that will have)

6. New Law Vehicle (Insurgent from GTA V thanks to Thundersmaker for Conversion)

7. If you are in Helicopter or In Boat with any wantedlevel star. The cops will shoot you with the horde of Helicopter.

8. Download Add On Pack IV for vehicles/guns/peds.

9. Now the EFLC version of Cops and Traffic Cops(TLAD) will spawn with original Cops from GTA IV

9. Now the EFLC version of Cops and Traffic Cops(TLAD) will spawn with original Cops from GTA IV

(For this either delete the m_y_cop/m_y_cop_traffic (.wdd/wtd/wft) from the TBoGT/TLAD pc/models/cdimages/componentpeds.img

Or rename them as m_y_cop_eflc.wdd/wtd/wft same for TLAD m_y_cop_traffic to m_y_cop_traffic_eflc.wtd/wft/wdd) 

10. Use the fastman92 gtaiv config .ini for limits hack.(Thanks Fastman92)

11. Sound for Guns for Player(Weapon sounds)/Peds(Weapons sounds but sometimes wrong sounds from wrong guns/peds)

12. Added Cheetah and Phoenix from GTA Vice City/GTA V Converted Model(Thanks to Thudersmaker for conversion)

A) POLICE ENHANCEMENT UPDATES - NEW FEATURES

1. ADDED CONFIGURATION FILE (.INI) FILE SO THAT YOU CAN CUSTOMIZE SETTINGS ON YOUR OWN.
2. FIXED RANDOM CRASH PROBABLY WHEN MANY POLICE COME TO CHASE YOU.
3. ADDED WEAPON SLOTS FOR DIFFERENT VEHICLE DRIVER AND PASSANGER.
4. ADDED NUMBER OF PEOPLE TO BE SEATED IN THE VEHICLE.
5. ADDED NUMBER OF AMMO TO BE AVAILABLE TO THEM.

Added more stuff 😉 and now you can use more weapons (using the increased limits of ZolikaPatch)

Thanks for the mod. Can you help me configure it so it mainly just gives the police a varity of weapons and nothing else? (In my case, I also use your addon pack, so it would be ideal with the UZI, M4 from the DLC, P90, along with the other default weapons) I feel that right now it spawns too many cop cars. I don't really get what/how to edit the ini properly.

I'll fix the spawning of too many cop peds and cars. And for weapons you need to use their IDs. Thinking to make cops use APC cannon to hunt you down. 😁

Version 10 gonna be epic. It's beta I'll tell what I've changed and added.

 

A custom dispatch.xml and loadouts.xml, and aipersonality.xml which will do same task as GTA V/Saints Row: TT files did for peds and weapons.

 

Right now I've done self-generation of XML files in Game folder/common/data/*.xml 

 

Thinking to add flags for vehicle spawn like :

DANGEROUS-vehicles whom crash your car or ram you.

CAN_BE_FRIENDLY-can fight others or assist you when you need them.

HEAVY_REFORCEMENT-vehicle who carry units with RPGs M60 Grenade_Launchers Grenade Sticky_bombs

DRIVE_BY-can do vehicular drive-by which override wanted 5 and 6 star drive-by.
