100 hidden packages

I'm confused. When i first got GTA vice city, i went to cheatplanet.com and i was scrolling down the page when it told u what u got when u got a certain amount of hidden packages, and it said that when u found 100 hidden packages u got a hunter on the helipad on ocean beach and the ultimate car and fort Baxter Air Base. Well anyways i just found 100 hidden packages and i can't find where teh ultimate car at fort baxter is. Has anyone found it?
