GTA Vice City Missing Hidden Packages (Xbox)

Hi

I recently started playing Vice City and I am collecting all the hidden packages. But I have a problem. I can't find one package. I am using the map below and I'm sure I got all the packages from 1 to 50. I double checked and I watched a guide online but I don't know where I'm missing one. The ingame stats show 49 out of 100. If that helps I am still at the begginig of the game I haven't done any missions yet and I am playing the original Xbox version of Vice CIty on RGH Xbox 360.

I don't even own the game I downloaded it from a site maybe the problem is with the game. At first I tought that the map I'm using is wrong or I forgot which packages I got. I will start a new game these days and try again.

How is that even possible? Didn't you say that you play VC on Xbox?

Yes. RGH/Jtag is a mod for Xbox 360 that leds you play games from the hard drive. Vice City was dumped from the original Xbox disk and uploaded to the site I got it from. I hope I just missed one package somewhere and there is no problem with the game. Is there a video or guide that is 100% true and someone can recommend me to use.

I finally got some free time to play and I got all 100 Packages probably I ran over one didn't pick it up and because I was there I was sure that I got that one. But one last thing the hunter helicopter that is supposed to appear arround the place where package 3 is found, it doesn't spawn for some reason. Do I need to pass a specific mission or I messed up something again.

You have to complete the final mission for the Hunter to spawn.
