A Mythical Monk
Just recently my friend and I were talking about how ridiculous inflation was in GTA online. We also talked about how useless some businesses were in the game itself. We provided a solution, the stock market. It would just be like the stock market IRL, but you invest in businesses in the game (exg: cocaine, weed, warehouses, hanger, etc...). The more active a business is in GTA online severs the more money the stock can produce, but with a twist. My friend offered that giving a random boost of money outcome to a random business daily will help in making useless businesses more useful. While that would sound good on paper the businesses that make more money at the end of the day would be the overall champion. I offered that there should be a community vote daily on what the boost should be, for example: everyday when you log on you have the option to go to your phone and vote for one of three businesses, and the businesses will be random at all times and the boost would be the same everyday. I think the solution I offered will fix inflation overall by making everything a lot more realistic in terms of pricing and the amount of money you make. I know this is a long one but I would love to hear people’s opinion ( if you think you have a better solution please do tell! I am open to anything and will take constructive criticism) Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/954631-stock-market/ Share on other sites
brain_bank
The reason why they won’t add the stock market, is because players could end making a ton of money. In story mode u could easily make 2 billion dollars with the stock market. Also the thing u said about the community stock market is already a thing it’s just not in online only in story. It just wouldn’t really work out. Link to comment https://gtaforums.com/topic/954631-stock-market/#findComment-1071266591 Share on other sites
