If the entire GTA playerbase can accumulate 100b in Heist finale money (from any of the 3 Heist DLCs) over the next 7 days, we get a vehicle from Heists 4 once it release free of charge for a short period of time, as well as a bonus prize ("a badge of honour" the newswire calls it) for anyone who partakes in a Heist this week.

In all seriousness we really shouldn't have to worry much about performance with this update. This island is likely behind a loading screen. You guys don't seriously think that this island is going to be physically next to Los Santos do you?

game runs fine for me, PS4 is notorious for running games poorly, and if people are still using the first iteration of the current gen consoles not only is the hardware old but the first iteration was full of issues, the mid generation upgrade is your best bet for this and many other games

The major problem with FPS starts to happen when the new business battle areas spawns in free roam,  which are the aircraft carrier, chicken factory and the forgery, whenever they are active my frame rates are slowed down to a crawl.

 

And I read reports on Reddit that says this issue also happens on PC so they aren't much of a hardware problem, but most likely a bug due to poor implementation of said areas in free roam.

 

But yes, current gen consoles are already quite old and cranky and they were only equivalent to a mid-range gaming PC at best back when they were released...And playing this game on them is a suffering even without the frame rate issues.

not all PCs are better than consoles, most of my friends are still running AMD FX processors and GTX 750 cards, it's def a hardware issue, I get no frame drops ever while playing online

 

I have:

Ryzen 5 1600 (so not even the current gen)

GTX 1070 ti

8 Gb RAM at 3200

 

I run the game on high, 1440p and 120 fps stable

sorry, I forgot I actually run it at 1080, and it hovers around 90 fps, most of my other games are 1440 with 120 fps

Well they always make subforums before dlc is released. But for now we don't even know the name or what it is. I'm guessing mods will use it to leave new hints in the logo or something like that.

Bruh none of that counts as gambling  They wouldn't block it.. But yeah, the wheel thingy being blocked dosn't make much sense either.

I mentioned concerts before but I didn't thought of them actually being inside the casino. Would there be enough of space? The scene would have to be kinda small.

Well, I also think it's just a distraction from what's really to come, I don't believe that the "biggest dlc of all" is just a reuse of the Casino.
