Probably the cut weapons like the Programmable AR (XM-25), Heavy Rifle (SCAR-H), and Heavy MG (Galil/LMG hybrid?). The concepts and models likely exist somewhere around Rockstar Games still. It would he nice to see them go back and bring them in.

guys, i just had a thought...once the DLC comes out, we would have like 2 weeks later snow.

how big is the chance that they will keep the christmas snow in mind for the new island and add christmas event specific terrain.

like real modelled snow on the streets and sidewalks etc.

similiar to north yankton that gets activated during the christmas and new year just like before

A P90 (Assault SMG Mk.II) which looks more aesthetically pleasing than the current one.

An AutoMag (.44) like the one in The Ballad of Gay Tony. Something that packs a punch yet feels accurate than the .50 Pistol.

A WA2000 and DSR-1, the latter being on TBoGT with explosive rounds. Both beautiful and accurate snipers. And for the WA2000, why not include semi-auto and bolt action variants, both with its advantages and disadvantages.

I'm 100% on board with this idea.

 

About time to make the off road vehicles actually useful for something.

 

But I want deep snow, like what there is in North Yankton where our characters can't even barely walk on it.

You mean, knee-deep snow? Kinda like how the Zancudo swamp sorta acts like knee-deep snow in December?

 

I'd be amazed if they went whole hog and put a frozen ice layer/prop over any in-land bodies of water.

Also would like to see a Katana sword added with ability to wear it on our backs like ninjas and a flamethrower as well. Also a dessert eagle aswell too.

Why don't you throw in godmode via CEO menu anytime you like, infinite off radar with no lobby notification and remove orbital cooldown and make it free, while you're at it?

I always kinda felt like the reason why Rockstar never really give us any news weeks ahead of the new DLC (except rare instances) is because if they announced it too early, people would know that a big DLC was coming and therefore would prepare accordingly (these announcements can even act as simple reminders that the game still exists to the casual players who hop in every now and then) obviously meaning that Shark Card sales will take a hit. With some updates, though, they take their time to hype them up properly for one reason or another (for instance the casino could be because it was such a huge thing that they couldn't just announce it a couple of days earlier like a normal update - or maybe they tend to announce updates early when there's too much drought between one update and the other, and often that period corresponds to the first half of the year).

 

But with this upcoming update, they started hyping it up since July, that would mean around 5 months in advance, which is a lot. And, given that most of the playerbase has known about the update for a while now, the usual strategy of trailer a few days early -> release wouldn't make much sense. That's why I think this time around we will be receiving some news around mid to late November, maybe even earlier, to hype the whole thing up good. Just my 2 cents.

Cut weapons, all of them, Vector with burst fire, Glock .40, Chainsaw, handheld flamethrower, katana, M16 with epic damage and ROF but lots of recoil and spread. Literally just try to recreate the M16 from III.

Apart from the katana one, that one would be epic.

 

The railgun would be a good addition, though it is one-shot and would be abused by Tryhards and Griefers, leading to it probably getting nerfed and being an obsolete weapon.
