They're Pegasus spawns because the construction vehicle is a technically a Pegasus vehicle (only available via AW) and the last photo is an old spawn for vehicles like the Stretch limo and the small military mesa. It's just a new spawn point added with the LSSS update.

Just a reminder that a "entirely new location" could literally range from a building to a new country, with R* wording there's never a way to sure.

 

I'm still betting on the finished Mile High Building, which will be the place were a Die Hard-esque heist will take place.

 

But regarding this Santa Catalina island...Yeah I can f*ck with that.

The AW Pegasus Dozer is green... although Agatha's Car Service seems to be buggered up so I'm willing to believe Pegasus spawns are doing weird things.

The AW version is just painted green, it's the same vehicle (like how the space docker works for example).

Imagine how cool would be to have the surfer van in benny's to get the livery from like the The Truth one. Shame that there's no mechanics that allow us to enjoy the cool interior that R* do for vans, like the yuiga classic.

This. It´s certainly a pretty cool idea that would work really well, but i believe its harmless mod fun more than anything. IMO, the next dlc will drive the story forward and away from los santos completely, so it cant just be a small hub, it has to be either a big city or a bridge to a big city...remember rockstar´s goal is to decouple gtao from gtav and that means decoupling it from los santos.

That'd be pretty rad. 

I'd imagine it could also be done much like the luxury aircraft that have the champagne, they could probably just use the smoking animations / scripting from the apartment bong.

I havent been here in a few weeks and someone told me about it so I wasnt sure... Its such a wasted opportunity for a cool bennys vehicle, what if they add a stock beetle with the surfer along with a bennys version for both?

It wouldnt surprise me if they had 2 substantial sized maps in the works...one being Liberty and another being take your pick for down the road. I have reasons for believing this to be the case.

 

I also anticipate them bringing animals into the enhanced Online and possibly the leaking gas tank feature from story mode. They could sell us bulletproof gas tanks in the custom shop.

 

The GTA Enhanced reveal trailer seemed to focus on Online. It almost seems like they are building a better version of Online for PS5 or maybe I am hoping for that.

Rockstar did alot effort on that trailer, they mixed the 8 year old trailer, ps3 trailer and the characters trailer footages and that's how they called that fusion of playstations gameplay's , (PS5 future of gaming).

OK there are Pegasus spawn points too. but the yellow dozers spawn even if you just drive there, regardless of whether a public or closed session

and the whole point of making online standalone was big map expansions  laying the groundwork for vice city when six comes out . 

so confident they will do an lc expansion they worked on before probably scrapped because of current gen limits the assets are there probably ready to go for next gen 

 

 

Yeah all the signs are pointing towards Santa Catalina being the "new location" now but I just can't see R* adding LC to next-gen aswell. At least not straight away. R* will be so intent on adding stuff to this Santa Catalina Island and will probably produce 2-3 updates on it throughout 2021. I'd say that and GTAO's current map will be their prime focus for the next 12-18 months. After that, maybe?

I agree. would be cool if most of the cars had design by gta san andreas maybe as an idea if Rockstar Games publishes a remastered version of gta san andreas and rockstar games promotes that in gta online like with Red Dead Redemption 2 with the ax and the two revolvers

or maybe the people that do know things but don't leak trust the mods enough to tell them, why do you think they hint at future updates so often?  the casino was hinted at, cops and crooks was hinted at, even though we didn't get it it was the planned update

Both of these updates were rumored (based on assorted things including content already hidden in the game) for ages. I am not at all convinced that anyone at Rockstar is talking to anyone that runs this forum and telling them what's coming next.

We could probably get the CnC update after the heist update, or they will integrate the content into the heist update.

I don't think that will happen. R* is more for the future than for the past. We didn't get a SA Stories bcz the LC and VC stories were already in the dead end of the 3D universe era and after that came GTA VI, thus no investment in a SA Stories.

And that Yan's quote about "no one wants to be arrested", it was a clear hint, which means, i guess he can leak when the dlc's are about to drop (second thought, he leaked a cop dlc knowing that we wouldn't get that dlc bcz some reasons). Same with the mods here, a lot of them mess with us and give subliminal messages when we are 2 weeks (+/-) apart from the release of a dlc.
