There seem to be New collectibles. There's an audio container called "dlc_sum20_hidden_collectibles"

 

Sounds are pretty random. Dinosaur rawr, police sirens, reload Sound and many many more.

The “beater dukes” is just the dukes w/ busted fenders,  I think there’s 1 new hood and liveries.  Can always make a joe dirt special though, cuz you know my real hemi getting that foot print gas pedal installed so you stole this pos.
