There's no way an F1 car will not be included upon the initial release of the update. Especially if OWC mode will be added from the get-go.

 

From what I recall, they never tease any dripifeed in the newswire posts that come as screenshots, usually in the trailers. 

 

This time they teased that new looking F1 that I am sure will be released on Tuesday alongside OWC mode.

You can do that just choose a matte color then hover over metallic but dont buy anything then change your plate then select a pearl

Yeah i meant a new garage slot. Besides R* should add another slot as they're supposed to be adding "a dozen new vehicles" to the game on Tuesday. It will save players from selling cars and clearing up their garages.

I would bet the average player has more garage space than they could ever actually use. 

 

What are we up to now? 200+ spaces? I'd say the people who need more are probably in the minority nowadays.

 

I mean more is always good, but I wouldn't count on it, not in this update.

You could say it's useless but at least it isn't wacky like other vehicles and it's a nice homage from older GTA's (and the problem with the sync of waves shouldn't matter, since it will be a little over the water).

It should come with it's own water races too imo.

 I'm still surprised that after 7 years they still haven't added a single hovercraft... If years ago you would told me that they would add flying cars and bikes before a hovercraft I would never believe you


But the fact that out of all the new pictures they showed only 2 had new vehicles (cars) makes me think we won't be getting anything like that in this dlc... only regular cars... kinda boring if you ask me.

Well this looks like a filler update. New mini games require work and new code. At least golf is already in the game. And playing golf on the yacht seems fun tbh


Also fishing in gta? I guess they could reuse some of the code or animations from rdr2 but hunting sharks with a harpoon gun seems like something more in gtao style than fishing. What would you even fish for in gtao? Fishes would replace P's&Q's?
To get crates from water?

Also if they would to copy something from rdr2 I would pick a bow over fishing.

Thats the main problem here! Yan literally said in the same tweet that the picture had nothing to do with gtaonline and its from SP but CnC believers keep bringing it up like it was real over and over again like if R* confirmed it themselves or something... Plz show me all of those "hints" you talking about. Cause I haven't seen a single one from a reliable source.

We had more proof that R* were working on LC than we ever had for CnC lol. We even had more "hints" about Santa Catalina at this point. 

But you are right, this forum is ridiculous when it comes to religiously believing in certain things... they even create convenient excuses for why it didn't happen.  Its the sorftsecret/reddit leaks all over again...

Exactly. Thats why hangar space should be a priority now. 

But when it comes to garages they can always just expend the cap for properties instead of adding a new one.

Yeah i suppose so but believe it or not a handful of players do have their garages full. That's because they buy every car in every update which obviously takes up space. Adding another slot is not a massive priority for me but it would be useful if we're getting more than 10 cars in this upcoming update. I predict we'll get about 17 cars.

I think that applies to Hangars as well, I think only a minority has a full Hangar.

some of the things i am hoping we get :

• new garage space ..which i am sure we will get ..because we get some storage space in every dlc.
• yacht upgrades (ability to dock more sea vehicles/maybe a car storage place/billiards table/...) 
• some new naval vehicles/aircraft/fast moving underwater seasharks (as requested by many others on this forum)
• QOL updates / nerfs / anything that will make tryhards salty tbh..
• next dlc location tease... R* likes to connect dlc these days... since ocean is the theme.. they can mention something about the future island expansion through a phone call or a characters/captain darcy's dialogue...
• maybe we will be able to travel to catalina island in winter in our yachts and dock it off the coast & take our cars for a ride on the islands hilly roads or go mountain biking...

last point.. just my wishful thinking.. clearly more excited about the december update xD

I'd bet money there will be literally none of those things. Maybe a few very small QoL things that nobody will mention after the first couple days.

 

I'm expecting cars, races, and adversary modes. I'm basically expecting a March update but in August.

There's 660 vehicles in the game. I'm a big collector. I have like 180 cars...but still, i do have 3 garages space wise a little bit here and another little bit there, hell, i even was able to purchase all the free (sh*tty) vehicels that R* gave us and put them in the arcadee garage and still have 4 or 5 slots free there.
But yeah...if R* is adding content for the next 3 years of course they will need to make some more space, and of course they will. It would be a joke if the "biggest update ever" woudn't brought that.

I think that if they dont straight up add garage space they will surely increase the property cap. Sure, you freaky people with 200+ vehicles are the minority, but why give you grievance when there's an easy solution to keep you happy?

 

Also I'm sure since they mentioned more than a dozen vehicles it means there's probably 12 new ones and 3 new benny conversions.

 

The thing im personally looking forward to the most are the bug fixes. Really hoping they were thorough this time. There are enough vehicle bugs to have a release just for them.

I guess you right. But statistically speaking? I'm sure more people are running our of hangar space than garage space since they adding them with almost every dlc. But they never expended hangars.

Majority of players don't buy every single car thats available in the game. They buy the things that look good or drive good. And that applies even to car freaks, collectors, racers etc. I would say I buy like 90% of cars from every dlc and I'm still not running out of space.

But when it comes to aircrafts? They are way more diverse than cars, all of them have different features. And we have only 20 spaces for 20 custom aircrafts (+ a lot of old aircrafts on top of that). So if they added even a single new one, we would be forced to remove something. At least with cars its easier to find something to sell since lets be honest here, there's a loooot of cars that look similar or behave the exact same way. Even Broughy1322 can confirm that theres a sh*tton of cars that are piratically identical.

We are more overdue for a hangar space than a new garage imo.

This update isn't "the biggest update ever". I'm sure the December update will bring new properties.

For R*, the statement "more than a dozen new vehicles" basically means 13. We already know 4 of them.

Yeah I get you, I also want a new hangar seeing how mine has been full for a long time now, I think the issue with owning planes in this game is the fact that the broomstick mk2 has basically denied air for regular players, there are a few skilled pilots who can successfully fend those trolls off.

 

Like, I consider myself decent in planes, but I don't enjoy fighting those mosquitoes now, especially with how cowardly their users run away once they can't get one for another 5 minutes.

Love the harpoon an golf off the yacht idea. However the fish would be legendary collectables. Unlocks a shark helmet and fish livery

But R* are consistently adding 10,15, 20 new cars every update. Yeah some cars might look similar and some might drive faster than the other but the community are still going to buy them. Sooner or later players are going to run out of space and let's not forget some players don't even have executive office garages or nightclub garages. They just have to make do with apartments. I agree with you about the hangar needing more space but when was the last time R* added new aircraft to the game? It doesn't look like we're getting any in this update. R* love adding land vehicles.
