I know we are talking about something, but imo R* should atleast increase the cannon speed a bit.

The explosions of the B11 canon are iirc smaller and weaker than the one from the lazer and hydra and the shooting speed is iirc 10% of what the lazers and hydras shooting speed is.

 

It would still not be overpowered if they would increase the cannon speed a bit.

-Hip Holster ^

-Gun belt, as seen a BUNCH of times.

And maybe something new:

-Chest Holsters. Would be cool to see these added

I keep them under 100, which is probably still a lot to a new player.

 

It's never been a problem storage-wise up until now because I'm sorting my MC bike list and also keep a bunch of merge-glitched cars in case that gets fixed with the next DLC.

 

I'm not buying another garage unless it's attached to a mansion.

It's not my thing, because let's be honest showcasing your cars to other players is like 5% or even 1% of GTA Online. It won't take long before you get killed or blown up, unless you participate in a car meet, but it's not like there's a 24/7 car meet you can always participate in it. Most of the time you are either grinding, or engaging against other players. I'm not hating on car collectors, but the limitations of this game make such task a bit boring, you can't give keys to your friends so they could pull out some of your cars.

You can't have a transporter trailer filled with 10 cars from your garages, so you can flex your collection. Even if such features were to be added, the game is ruined thanks to the weaponized vehicles, one guy in Mk2 can ruin a car meet or destroy your whole collection with a single missile and the asshole won't stop until you leave or you force him to leave. That's when you realize it's not worth it.

this tbh, I just like collecting the cars and customizing them. Also I just generally find it fun to try completing different tasks using different vehicles, it keeps grinding fun, and it makes evading griefers even more rewarding if you are good enough at driving. Like currently one of my favourites is the issi classic, because not only is it small and fast, it can go up smaller stairs quite easily, which makes it great for avoiding larger vehicles, or even most aircraft. Personally, I'm just hoping we get another small car in this dlc, maybe something like a honda beat, or mazda az-1, and hell, if the next dlc actually is a dlc themed around the police, maybe we will get some more tuners.

Not chest holsters, but shoulder holsters. Though chest holsters would be pretty cool, too. But let me wear shoulder holsters with a dress shirt and loose tie and I can get behind the cops theme.

I would love some absolutely MASSIVE garages that are customizable like our penthouses. Say you have like a full warehouse-sized garage divided into multiple sections, like 120 spaces. You could then move huge decorations around and actually take up some of those spaces if you wanted.

 

For instance, say you have 8 classic muscle cars. You don't want a 10-car garage because then you're left with two extra spaces, and you don't want to fill those spaces with different types of cars because then you're breaking the theme. So what if you could place seating areas or decorations in those extra spaces, making that whole section of the garage look nice and be the perfect dynamic fit for your collection? Then you could customize the murals, banners, and other artwork to give that section of the garage and even stronger sense of theme. And if you could put a dozen of these little collections in one huge space, it would be like a glorious car menagerie.

 

In fact, what if they used the building next to the casino, then converted the track behind it? So now you can take your cars straight from your garage to the track to test them out.

They'll probably never modify the horse track because it would be too big of a change for the map, but I generally like the idea of highly customizable garages. Since they were there they could have done it with the Casino's but oh well.

Yes, that is sad, It is too easy to destroy these free roam meets and there is not a feature in the game to open for example a Car Meet lobby.

 

Besides that, I am on Xbox very happy with the club GTA Car Meets, there are car meets being hosted 24/7.

I am also in a crew which is hosting car meets 24/7.

Anyways, is there anything to speculate? Pls don´t ask me to read last pages. I have the feeling it will be waste of time.

There is easy solution to this - Car Meet spots. Special underground parking lots where you have gathering to flex with your car, vote for the best one etc. It's been done, but poorly with the parking in the Diamond Casino. If Tuner DLC would ever happen someday (which I doubt it will happen, at least from what I heard from my R* janitor ) I think it should be a must-be feature.

 

That being said I recognize that there are some limitations with the garages. Each player has multiple garages with vehicles with different upgrades and in short that's extra data, and that data needs to be stored somewhere...

yesterday on a friend only server there was a police van parked on the middle of the street in downtown LS.

Two cops were standing at it, doing nothing. when I tried to get into the van, the doors were locked, but the two cops did nothing. no stars etc, nothing...

 

Is it me or is this strange encounter new?

That's the Packie job from the casino heist DLC. But it was bugged because the cops hot out and the mission can't be completed. You'd normally hear Packie asking for help and then steal the van to drop him off but when it bugs out, the van stops and locks up with the cops getting out.

my thoughts on a COP DLC (mostly coop, PVE, free roam)

 

 - make it like a free roam business. as long as you have your business active, you`re officially on patrol in blayne county.

 - you can choose your home police station, which will be your new business property

 - You get messages and phone calls about actual crimes in free roam

 - small crimes are happening as random encounters  everywhere in free roam, if you spot them, try to stop them.

 - you can call backup like helis, road blocks, etc while chasing the target

hey some of us have a large car collection and with all the cars already available and who knows how many more they could add with future updates, more garage space is always welcomed.

 

in my case, i have 157 vehicles in my collection, still got some available spots but i wont mind more garage space.

 

something i really really hope they add its a garage management service that allow us to transfer vehicles between garages without having to physically drive every car from one garage to the other, this will make rearranging garages more easier and faster.

 

yes i know this system someone could create a duping glitch but at this point everything creates a damn duping glitch , so yeah make it happen R*
