To be honest, i would still like to see actual mansions in the game, even if they cost has much has the yatch costed but bigger of course

The current even week ends on August 11. That’s going to be the date the update drops in all likelihood.

I think Mansions come eventually. Even if it’s on PS5.

 

My only hope is that we can purchase multiple mansions and not just one. I’d swap a bunch of my apartments/stilt houses for mansions in a heartbeat.

They did, it was The Lab if I'm not mistaken, it was only on PC and then added into the consoles as part of Ill Gotten Gains 2

Wasn't talking about blonded. I was talking about the new episodes of Ron's podcast they added with Smugglers Run.

Yeah, I thought it was added with PC release at first, it had nothing to do with a specific update.

So my point stands, I'm pretty sure they will give us some kind of a new business or at least new missions. Otherwise they wouldn't be giving us those city morgue clowns with a filler update that only adds races or adversary modes. 

The only reason we thinking it will be a tiny filler update is because they mentioned a huge one coming later this year. So I'm expecting something similar to rdro - a new business made from something that was already in the game. Something with a lot of grinding to keep us "entertained" till the big one is ready.

So my predictions are:
- new missions for new rc vehicles
- smugglers run part 2 (cause they can upgrade old aircrafts and that wouldn't require a lot of work + everyone been asking for a new hangar)
- I/E 2 (cause thats fans favorite and theres a lot of stuff they can add to it)

I think they'd mention it if it was a business, I think it's some sort of a new spin on Stunt Races with a new addition to the creator or something along the lines.

We will see in couple of days. They still haven't said anything about it. And that post they made was mainly focusing around rdro. I just can't see them releasing yet another dlc with stunt racing in 2020. Open wheelers or RC racing creator might be part of dripfeed tho.

I predict a copypasted business with the biggest grind / longest dripfeed we seen so far just to give us something to do. 

edit: or small upgrades for previous businesses that they will slowly dripfeed over the year

I knew I wasn't the only one thinking that too. 

 

Them teasing a "big" update for a later time doesn't necessarily mean the one before that will be a "filler".

 

On the other hand, the newswire was very vague and did not mention anything and I guess the community is used to getting some sort of hints regarding a big update which was the case with the previous 2. 

 

To me the difference between a filler and big update is the inclusion of some sort of property with space for vehicles.

It was all nonsense. Or at least as far as we're aware, seeing how there was no official evidence of the MHC opening and certainly no human-trafficking / prostitution business information. T'was clickbait essentially. 

 

New update expected on or soon-after the 11th August. Filler DLC.

Mansions would be great for the summer DLC but I’m afraid that seems like too much to ask. I think we are getting a lazy DLC from Rockstar on the 11th. My only hope is the cars are good.

They won't release a Newswire this Thursdays, because the event week is 2 weeks long; they did the same with RDO when it had its 2 week event. If they do release a Newswire, it will most likely be either an announcement on the update itself or just a tease for it.

I'm really hoping for a quality of life update add backpacks and the option to buy duffle bags. Give us exotic pets for the penthouse and mansions if they add them. Hows about a mall that works like NBA 2k20's online neighborhood its a tak2 game after all

I mean adding atleast some new high end stilt apartments (on new locations like vespucci beach) would be nice too. That`s not hard at all btw, just copy and paste the interiors, change window views and you`re done.
