In my opinion they captured the DeTomaso P72's ugliness very well.

 

But I think almost all modern cars are ugly not just modern supercars.

We're getting Anaheim and Orange County. A lot of Southern California is very visually similar. This would also be a lot less work for Rockstar. Also Anaheim is the home of Disneyland. We're getting Glory hole theme park!

Well the design of the real DeTomaso is actually very retro-inspired. The only thing about it really that screams modern are the lights and a few other features.

 

I think most modern super cars are actually great and intricate, I'm actually around them quite a lot. Rockstar just cheaps out and cuts corners on them because they know they're gonna sell anyway. There aren't many modern super cars I like in this game because of it, they're all half-assed and honestly extremely underperforming. Which is to keep balance, or some bullsh*t, but they still charge you multimillions for most of them. It's ridiculous. In most of the recent packs, the tuner, the luxury cars, the SUVs- they've all been quality. But then you have the supers... and they always look stupid. Seems Rockstar doesn't know how aerodynamics work either. A lot of today's super cars are styled by aerodynamics. Rockstar's super cars seem to disregard that because they don't seem to fully grasp how they work.

 

If they actually dumped effort into making these super cars look and feel as special as they do, not exactly in real life as that takes a lot, but at least as special as they did in Forza... I guarantee a lot of GTA folks wouldn't hate super cars as much as they do. It really has a lot to do with how sh*t of a job Rockstar does.

Being hyped for the update isn’t what I’m worried about. It’s more about when we arrive at the station. I don’t want a useless filler update. I want gameplay to go with the new filler content. A “mediocre” update by GTA standards just sounds like it bricks your console and fries your TV.

I can almost bet you that we're getting the DLC on.. 13th of August, 7th of August we're getting a trailer and next week we're getting a photo / leak or a code that Tez can crack. Depends on how much will players spend on RDR2 next week. (Idk at all how RDR2 works with real life money, like GTAO has shork cards, but idk what RDR2 has)

So no one is going to mention the fact that GTA DLC cars are looking more and more similar to their real life counterpart? Also I think they are now heavily influenced by mod community, just think about the Zion Classics and Hellfire.

An F-117 is nowhere near an air to air. Sukhoi 57 or F22 however is indeed the BEST Dogfighter that exists. We might get mix of them both. F117? not so much.

I doubt it would be a good dogfighter... But they could give it the akula stealth, some bombs, decent missiles and a cannon.

I realize that but "modern retro" is really hard to pull off without looking tacky.

 

The P72's rear I like a lot but they just went overboard with the rest in my opinion. The interior in particular is just ridiculous.

  Yeah, Rockstar can afford to cheapen out on supercars because they will sell regardless.

 

On the other hand, the Vagrant for example is a very close model of the Ariel Nomad and very fun to drive but there are people who refuse to buy it just because it's not a super/sport/muscle car. (If you're reading this, hi! )

It's really hard to do Pugachev's cobra with Lazer, i can't wait to hit it with these bad boys! I've been long requesting a mix between f22 and su57. This is how it looks  For those who didn't know, yes! you can do this in gta.

We already have mix of Harrier and F35 ingame so that's debunked. YF-23 is just ugly and no one would buy that. F22? Anyday. F18 Super Hornet? We're not that lucky.

Not the summer update tho, they were probably talking about the winter/holiday update with the biggest update
