As for the nightclub not being a business, I can think of 487 million reasons why that is wrong. Minus Tony's 10%, or course.

I have seen one cop car driving into the parking lot in the Vespucci station today, but that's about it.

I haven't seen anything weird about their spawns at all

weirdly, i played 2 days ago and a cop car randomly drove around my Nightclub, but it could probably a player before who got killed.

2017 - Gunrunning - Trailer: June 7 | Release: June 13

2018 - After Hours - Teaser Trailer: June 25

 

Bear in mind, 2016 & 17 gave us 3 big ones, so they probably needed to space out the releases, that's maybe why After Hours and The Diamond Casino updates have been July.

Fewer releases in the year = bigger release windows to play with.

With the amount of vehicles on the podium list, it'll take us right into July if they use absolutely everything;

Early June at the VERY earliest, however nobody "knew" about After Hours until June 25th...

 

Two-three event week newswires from now might be the time to drop hints due to the new wave of players GTA just got via Epic. Rockstar'll wanna give them a LITTLE time to get comfortable and get started with the enterprise starter pack, then drop the news. Hopefull next week also has double Bunker and Research speed to "make up" for the fact Rockstar couldn't Triple it even though they tried to... or something as equally cool like a event week that focuses solely on the pre-SecuroServ era, 2013 - 2015, just so the newer players can get a taste of what the game used be centred around.

I can't speak about anywhere else, but in my province of Quebec its pretty bad. Most cases of any province, and people are out and about as if nothing were going on.
