Do they have some form of petty hatred for the inventory fireworks? Is the GTA-verse an even more bizzaro yankeeland than we thought; a land where full-on professional fireworks are legal but possession of pocket firecrackers is a terror offence? They have not ONCE allowed us to buy more of them since the original Independence Day event in 2014, and they even removed them from our inventory a year or so ago.
