Unfortunately, never gonna happen, not even Double.

 

The Take is capped at 3.6m for every type of Loot, so even if you see a bunch of clickbaiting glitch tutorials for doubling the amount of Gold bars for 4-5m, when they get to the 100k on a Coupe screen, the Actual Take statistic, even if during the mission it said 4.8m or something high like that, will get sliced down to $3,680,000.

 

I had a kid call me a noob for not wanting to glitch my own Heist then laugh in the comfort of his own ignorance when I explained this to him.

Rather unfortunate yeah. I do admit, a long time ago i saw those vids, tried them and it does cap to 3.68. Would be nice if R* could do it.

You bet your ass I would be recording that, then submitting a ticket with the footage for when it doesn't payout. Granted... doing it for 5 full warehouses "before realizing something was wrong"... they'd probably tell me to take a running jump.

ok, a little funny thing.

my little brother finally went about getting the RDR2 weapons.

and we realized that collecting the clues for the double action revolver, also counted for the clues of the serial killer with the navy revolver.

so and after getting the double action revolver, all he needed to do was only find the bloody van, and now just kill the killer.

The game is feeling really stale, so they need to do something to keep interest up. You would think they would be on the ball with this, but I suspect they have just become really complacent and take the player base for granted. As time goes on (getting on for seven years this year) and interest wanes, you would think that they ought to be trying to retain players, not alienate them with shoddy practices and the silent treatment. 

 

It might be "Rockstar's way" not to divulge anything but, come on, this game is creaky. They aren't exactly going to be springing the surprise of the decade on us are they?

 

A bit of engagement and / or an announcement of what they have in the pipeline would be welcome. 

 

Nothing substantial for six months, and their expectation that everybody is going to be cock-a-hoop about them dragging this game onto next gen is a bit cheeky in my opinion.

Interesting enough, Rockstar removed the double RP bonus on Special Cargo, two hours after the tunables update went live last Thursday. It makes me wonder if it was initially planned for tomorrow event.

When you say "planned", do you mean just the RP or a proper Doube $ & RP event?

 

Because if it's JUST RP, then dial back to the beginning of this week... ow. They spent a whole week winding up that slap to the face.

they should remove the property cap, it makes no sense that a multimillionaire businessman cant own more than 6 apartments/garages

What's the point in it anyway? Who cares if the casino heist gives out a 99x payout if there is no new DLC to spend money on

The thing is I'm not diving into details as I would like to assume they had something in general planned for Special Cargo. Whether it's only RP or a proper bonus event, since the RP bonus wasn't intentional, I would assume it was a small piece that slipped past the checks. At the same time, it's possible that we may end up with just RP, I guess we can only hope for the best.

well, considering the fact that's incredibly easy, It can get me and many people to the goal amount they want. But payout won't happen.

Cops & Crooks I dont think will be the next update. For starters it's an old concept and even rockstar said they'd never do it. Secondly in my opinion(correct me admins if im mistaken) The C&C DLC Brings In the good guys side now since Grand Theft Auto Is centered around the criminals POV(Point Of View). It would make no sense bringing it in even an outdated concept still needs refinement. Thirdly C&C Is a troll and nothing more than a way of confusing people to think the next DLC will Be C&C's. Finally With Independance day coming in 3 days time i doubt it would be Interesting playing the good guy when you can play them on Director mode(SP). When you think about it. C&C's is a very old concept. It was canceled by rockstar for a reason. So In my conclusion we will have to wait and see as you will never know.

Me and a Friend.  We did  it the week where they had the 25% bonus onto it.

 

We played the finals and helped each other at the 2 man preps ( getaway cars and so on) and did all the other stuff alone for our heists.  

 

A pretty quick way.  40-60 minutes at max for the preps

We both do the same thing, Especially the duggan shipments. approx and hour or more for us. Simply because we are a bit distracted with other businesses. But we pretty much do 2 a day. Artwork for Aggressive and big con is the best. It's quick, easy and a lot of money with only 2 people. About 2 mil each after doing 2 heists.

In a sense I can be considered a low life To The Big guns Of This Forum Since I will admit though i am a bit honored to be on the forum with legends who have probably done more than i have in my life. #Fun 2 I have heard about you through youtube and thats as far as i will go with the youtube thing fallowing rules. Secondly if I may Some of your suggestions and even ideas best mine. Although I'd love to see Cop's & Crook's as a DLC but quite frankly i doubt it will happen as that was a GTA IV Gamemode that was cancelled more than 8 years ago.
